Amber just gave Lianfang too much information about the stairs. I see the wheels turning in her head right now. She's going to find a way to use this as a way to harm Shiyi. She's still under the delusion that LIngyi belongs to her. I really wish she would wake up because she doesn't have a snowballs chance in hell in getting his attention. He avoids her like the plague.
She just proved the main reason why she shouldn't raise him. She didn't have a clue how to deal with him. She was indulging his antics as he ran around stabbing people with the spear. She is not fit to raise an animal let alone a little boy. I'm so glad that Lingyi saw firsthand how horrible of a candidate she is to raise that little boy. She's also quick to excuse her behavior by saying that she didn't know...she does this whenever a problem arises. She never takes blame for her actions. Her delusions is working overtime...lol She really believes that Shiyi is threatened by her...lol It's the other way around but she will never admit that to herself. She is forever accusing Shiyi of scheming because that's exactly what she would do. This girl is beyond pitiful. She thinks she threatens Shiyi's power. Lingyi will have nothing to do with her. He is still investigating her for poisoning his son/harming Shiyi. He isn't blinded by her act like his mother. He knows exactly the kind of person she is on the inside. He wouldn't choose her if she was the last woman on earth.
I love the way he smiles...lol He smiles with his eyes especially when he's looking at his wife. He's such a gentleman. The way he hold her is endearing. He really loves her. When she wakes up/realizes that she's in his arms and pretends to be sleep..it's priceless. I couldn't stop laughing. He knows she's pretending....lol The little smirk that he gives when she covers her up speaks volumes. He isn't fooled by her act. He knows her too well. She doesn't know what to do at this point. She has feelings for him but she continues to keep him at a distance. He's winning her over with his tenderness towards her. She has a man that's willing to fight for her. How can she not fall in love with him? They're perfect for each other.

@@Irynash11 Lianfang is the worst possible guardian for that little boy. She wouldn't know how to treat him/she would definitely put him in danger with all her scheming. She doesn't want him because she cares...she wants to use him to get closer to Lingyi. She was honest with the GM about her motives/the woman still agreed to help her with this matter. Two peas in a pod...that's for sure. They only care about manipulating Lingyi. Every time they try to get him to see her in a new light...it backfires...you would think that they would get tired/finally face reality. HE"S JUST NOT INTO YOU...lol
Lianfang is projecting her actions onto Shiyi. She's the one that plotting to harm her yet again...while Shiyi is working on providing a family for Fengqing. She's the one fighting for a position in the family/a position in Lingyi's heart. Shiyi has already gotten everything Lianfang wants without even trying. She has Lingyi's heart/he isn't giving her up for nothing in the world. Shiyi has already won...it's Lianfang that's fighting a battle that she could never win..and she's doing it alone.
Yes, Qin was willing to risk her own life to save Fengqing. She put his safety above her own. It shows that she has the potential to be a great mother. Unfortunately she doesn't know how to care for him. She doesn't know how to set boundaries for him. She's been playing the role of a sweet/innocent and meek concubine for so long that's the only role she knows how to play. Shiyi had to step in to tell her that her toy was to grown up for him. I feel bad for her but at the end of the day she doesn't have what it takes to raise such a little boy. He would drive her up the wall in a heartbeat. Yizhen is the best option for him. She has experience/he actually listens to her.
Lingyi/Shiyi said so much with just a look. They were on the same page when they saw how Yizhen handled Fengqing with such tenderness. The perfect couple. He was really happy to see her sleeping at his place. These two really know how to play a spirited game of catch me if you can....lol Her pretending that she's sleep/him pretending that he doesn't know she's faking. I'm sorry they had me in stitches. They're too cute together. I love the tenderness he showed when he was caring for her. You can see how much he truly loves her from the way he cared for her. His facial expressions alone were gold mines...lol She is falling under his spell. She has a man that loves her with every fiber of his being/he's willing to wait until she's ready to give him...her heart. How could she not fall in love with him?
General Fu is funny. He is so into Dongqing...but I agree she over did it....lol They do make a cute couple. I will say that Dongqing is one lucky lady because he's already ahead of the curve...he knows how to treat a lady. He's been Lingyi's unofficial advisor for months...and every time he gives him advice it actually works.
