This is super clever design. I’d imagine why a lot of the bigger pen companies don’t make refillable/tip-replaceable pens is that they want people to keep buying replacements, but doing it this way means that the studio can still sell replacement tips and have a somewhat recurring customer base while making it much more sustainable and affordable for consumers, seems like a great combo!
I was totally distracted by you wearing white flappy sleeves whilst playing with open ink bottles and filling the pen - all the kudos for not knocking the bottle over and even keeping your hands clean! Love the pen too.
Hullo Peter, Nice video and very cool pen! Your drawing is as fabulous as always! I am a little low today but your video was quite enjoyable and spirit encouraging too! Please take care and stay safe out there!
Have you thought about re-creating one of your art pieces in clay so it's 3D? That would be interesting, probably pretty time consuming... Just a thought :)
Clay never inspired me as a material, so I am always impressed by those who can make something beautiful, practical, or interesting from it. Your videos are unique, and I love your artwork in different media. The castings are very interesting, too. Please keep on with the updates of your course. Very clever pen design. Tom's Studios have a number of beautiful and well-engineered products I would like to get a chance to try out some day.
Cool video as per usual! Been really cool to see you dabble in clay lately on insta!!! I studied ceramics for a year and fell in love with the art clay can make. Your style is so different from mine so it's gonna be really neat to see what you'll make. Please keep posting your clay experiments! (And also yes, the classic flower pots is earthen ware)
I think... Peter doesn't get any wierder. He has arrived at the multiverse of madness ..but bam !chaos ensues and Peter does not dissapoint. What garment is this I wonder 🤔.
hi peter! ive been watching your stuff for a few years now and i love your art. i was wondering if you're open to commissions for designs for tattoos? if not, how would you feel about someone getting one of your doodles as a tattoo?
I don’t think I’ll be able to make one for you right now, but feel free to get something tattooed I’ve already made! I’d love to see it if you get it done
Cool pen! Hey, Peter, I have an vintage Koh I Noor tech pen 3060 that I got from my mom. It’s from the 50s or 60s. Black body with brass belly ring and clip, gray bullet top of the cap and band says Koh I Noor (made in Germany). I know nothing about cleaning or filling these old things! Should I take it to a pro? It’s got some kind of semi clear round gasket thing in the inner workings.
Hey Lori, I am "a" Peter. Probably not the Peter you had in mind, but I do like to react to your comment. In England they have a tv program called 'The repair shop', where everyone can go and have some anthique or vintage item get restored. Your pen sounds like a fun item for the show, but either way, I think that if you can link your mothers pen to Peter draws, you ad some value to the item as a whole. Make the pen a very personal treasure for yourself ? So as a member of the 'Peter-family' ( haha ) I like to say ; go for it ! 🙂
@@elastiekjeelastiekje7071 Hi Peter, “not the Peter Draws” one. 😀 Thankyou for the input. I’m in the US, so I don’t see me bringing my wee pen across the pond as they say, (unless they want to fly me over there!) lol Maybe they’d like to have me ship it to the show, per Peter Draw’s recommendation. 😎👍🏼
@@sunnycharacter Do you have any ambition in showbiz ? Maybe you can make a pilot of a repair-shop sort of program for American television ( or send the idea to a network .. or maybe such a program already excist in America ? I hear that America is not a small country, so I can imagine that someone came up with that same idea before :D . Well, whatever you do, good luck with it ( I live in the Netherlands, we are a small country, we do not have such a program ourselves :-P )
@@elastiekjeelastiekje7071 Hmm, not a repair shop of vintage finds that I know of, but there’s been an “Antiques Road Show” for years. But that’s mostly about antiques and getting appraisals that people come from all over. Not about repairs. Yes, US is a big country but I’m retired and have no ambition or resources to take on such a venture. Sounds cool though and somebody should host one on RUclips!
Hey, you should do a left handed doodle video.. If you haven't already. If you have, then maybe you could turn this single video idea into a progression series!
Rapper PD in the house..wow ,pen a little pricey for me, Amazon and blicks don't have them, they're on his website, I think the concept is cool maybe I'll get one someday..
@@peter_draws understood... The collar and fine tip are terrific 💯 I just keep picturing felt tip pens that had more of a magic marker tip. My mom wouldn't let me use hers because they were easily smooshified.😁😉
First notification from Peter in a while,,, glad to see his sanity is still nowhere to be found
😂😂😂😂😂😯🎨🖌️👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏☺️☺️☺️☺️😊😊😊🎶😁😁😁😁❗❗❗❗❗
Maybe he’s the only sane one out of all of us
That’s facts cacti
a lot to unpack here, i have many questions 😆
😂😂
How do we know they didn't also replace Peter with a completely identical peter!!!! 🤯
Because Peter is an absolute one-off!
Maybe the hand is the only remaining part of the original Peter....
@@c_lars_02 which is more Peter? The original hand with the new body, or the original body with the new hand?
@@chill5213 ah, the old Theseus’ Peter conundrum

The ink soaking up is SO satisfying.
Nice lines, nice drawing, nice outfit.

Love the pen too.
The finished piece in this one is so incredibly cool. The fake language looking border and captions is so pretty and interesting. Just mwah 👌
out of the 100’s of drawings i’ve watched you do, i think this is my favorite

"Scientists accidentally swapped my hand with another completely identical hand" - this happens to me every day
Fountain pens and a white coat? That's a bold move
ngl I feel like if I met Peter in the street, he would be dressed like this as normal daily wear.
Have you thought about re-creating one of your art pieces in clay so it's 3D? That would be interesting, probably pretty time consuming... Just a thought :)
Make a sculpture of pen parts. Like a fountain pen that's blown apart. Bur at the start of the blast
Anytime you upload it makes me smile, always a joy to see how you are and what you are getting up to😊

Uses prototype pen with beautiful white jacket, gives me a heart attack every time he drags his sleeve near the ink
oof, this piece is a fave of mine. beauty peter
Peter, your videos always bring me joy. I hope you are enjoying life to the fullest
Ohhhhhhh 🙌 you finally got a technical pen with a metal body instead of plastic
I was half expecting a rap from you today dressed like that. Loving your awesomeness as always!
It’s always a good start to a day when you receive a notification from Peter and open to be treated by ominous keyboard sounds and glorious outfits
Peter for Pope.
Peter’s fit would 100% be in JoJo
AMA is all you need. You ARE the living source.
I like how Peter just occasionally walks onto set with the fuckin D R I P.
Oh I am in LOVE with that pen. I checked the website and they have 9 other nib sizes as well. When I get the chance I am going to get quite a few
That'd be a highly inappropriate coloured or tailored garment for me to wear whilst testing out potential smudgy ink ness

The new King
Literally called a terra cotta flower pot… you’re a champ my friend.
My dude with the moog! Hell ya bud
I really like the idea of this pen!
The pen does have a nice design
that is the most fitting outfit I have seen you wear yet. Please rock the pre-monotheistic look more often
In this outfit you look like a chef, a rapper and a pope archetype at the same time
mesmerizing
Addicted to the calming effect of Peter's voice
That is awesome! I love felt tip pens. This is perfect for me.
Peter, wearing the fall/winter Dior collection. Giving chef bishop vibes. Starring in the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Wonderfully Creative Peter.
smart pen design! Hat's off to the designer :)
Brother. Wow! Thanks for sharing!🙏✌️🔥
havent watched his videos in a while... has peter become a cult leader?
When wasn't he
Tom's Studio is great! Love their calligraphy set, this looks super cool as well 👍
that was a truly strange and amusing opening. You need a white cat.
can you review the pilot version of this pen. I believe the Pilot refillable felt pen is in the Kakuno series
so excited I needed this!
Lookin fly, Peter!!! Love your stuff as always
Hey Peter. It looks like your Podcast is no longer on Spotify?
The Lunos is beautiful. Meanwhile the experienced, respected Rotring still makes pen barrels that crumble if you give it a mean look
Yeah the Rotring construction quality makes me so frustrated
I feel like I just saw the beginning of a Dr Who video..😁❤️
Greatest intro to a video I’ve ever seen
Nice threads Peter.
I lack the confidence to fill a pen while wearing white. Well done!
unexpected and exciting; 9/10
Really cool drawing, I really like your style. How did you develop your style? And how do you discribe your style? 🙂
I like that synthesizer.
Absolutely amazing... I'm wishing to know you some day dear Peter
I'm currently taking a ceramics class in college, would love to see what you make for a video!
Peter casually re-enacting Theseus’ Ship.

That was beautiful!
was that a Mini Moog machine at the baggining?
It’s a Moog Sub 25

Where did you get that shirt?
That shirt! 🌟

thank you I was feeling a bit...well you know.
what an outstanding outfit ❤
Respect the drip...
