Made today - they’re great. Read the comments at kirbiecravings and there was a good one - mix the cheese and almond flour, micro, then mix. It was really easy to mix it all up.
Your dip looks excellent. I avoid keto flours. To make chips I cut deli sliced American cheese (not plastic wrapped singles) into 4 squares then place on parchment paper and microwave till bubbling and slightly browned around the edges. I do a few slices at a time in 30 second intervals. Depending on the thickness of the cheese it takes a couple of minutes. Let cool and you have a crispy tasty cheesy “chip”. They are great with guacamole.
I just found you girls and I love your videos. I had weight loss surgery 4 years ago. I have been at a stall and I need to lose 20 to 30 more pounds to be at the goal weight that I have set for myself. I am going to try these recipes, they look amazing and easy which is what I love. I do not have a passion for cooking so any simple recipe ideas are welcomed😀
I’ve tried to like pork rinds and just can’t get on board with them. I’m on the hunt for an alternative to a good breading for frying chicken or fish. Seems like every recipe uses pork rinds. Supposedly coconut flour is pretty good but have not tried it yet.
I use the zero carb La Banderita street taco size tortillas, cut them with a pizza cutter, spray them with avocado oil, sprinkle some salt and air fry them for approximately 6 minutes at 400 degrees F. They are so good as nachos.
Have you tried Low carb tortilla chips from All day I dream about food? They are great! Less than 1 net carb per serving using finely crushed pork rinds instead of almond flour. I have also tried substituting parts of nut flours in other recipes with "pork flour" as Steve from Serious Keto calls it. Works great and lower the carbs.🇸🇪
I'm glad you flashed the crab meat can. I never knew it came that way. I looked it up online and it appears it's a thing that most of the companies have. I just never noticed. Thank you again. Learn something new every video
Finally a JOE DUFF recipe featured. I make his tortillas and tortilla chips(same recipe, slightly different cooking instructions. They are AMAZING. Tortillas also freeze well So I always make multiple batches
i made Joe Duff's Chips and added ranch dressing seasoning and made the chip shapes instead of microwaving it and frying it i just deep fried it ....it was really good it gave some crunch on the outside with a little softness on the inside and it held its shape when dipping it .
my little man lives on chip...the joy of tism... so I'm glad I found you channel today. This is my second video of yours that I'm watching. I'm hopeful
I never thought to look for crab meat in a can! I have made a few of Joe Duff's recipes, his video for a grilled cheese sandwich turned out fantastic. Thanks for both of these ideas, will definitely be making the Crab Rangoon.
I'm going to favor the cheddar cheese chips the dip sounds luscious I just got through making ranch dip but the crab dip sounds interesting too respect to those other channels but they're not as much fun how's the keto twins because there's two of you double our fun
I’m in the middle of a 48 hour fast, but after I break it I plan to try both these recipes along with your cheez it recipe from your last video. I’m not a fan of crab, but I bet the dip would be good with shredded chicken. I’ve been making a more bread like chaffle for the last month, but recently have switched back to your chaffle recipe because I love the crunchiness. I’m looking to mix it up some though so I’m excited to try these recipes!
Thanks yet again ladies for another tasty/easy addition to my keto journey! Like another poster said, love several other keto YT-ers but you girls are so much more fun!! None of the others regularly make me giggle like y’all do so I am shocked you aren’t over 100K yet but so so close and so so soon!
Love the dip recipe and will try both cracker recipes also. But this time of year in the summer, besides cucumber slices and celery I also love to use sliced summer turnips, small whitem mnild flavored, similar to radish. Nice and crispy and hold together in more robust dips like this one.
Wow that dip looks amazing. You could use zucchini as a carrier as well. Cucumbers give me heartburn but I love them. Zucchini doesn’t. I would eat that as a meal. Both of the chips look pretty easy to make and yummy. Gonna try these out. Thanks Ladies!
I'm going to have to try both of these chips AND the dip cause I LOVE crab rangoon! If I can get the plain chips crispy I'd definitely use those for dipping. The cheddar chips sound like they'd be tasty by themselves with a sprinkle of salt.
Well done ladies, as always =) I'm super excited to try both of these! We also will use the Mission brand occasionally, but lately I've been wanting to find some alternatives. Crackers/chips are so nice to have w/salads & soups & dips~ which we eat more of in the summertime. Thanks so much for paving the way~ we appreciate you...mucho bueno chicas! =)
I was using Mr Tortilla 1 net carb street size tortillas. I would take 5 and stack them, cut the circles in half, stack and cut in 3 triangles. It yields 30 small tortilla chips and fry in healthier oil until crispy and season with popcorn seasoning./or with a bit of salsa and sour cream. But they have changed the recipe and they ok but not as good as before. I like easy and it was easy and for 5 carbs. Gayle McLeod of low carb recipes has a great chip that requires more labor but if you like Crispers, you will like it.
Thank you for another great video! I'm definitely going to make these. I want to try the cheese version with a taco dip! Also, try them but half cheddar and half mozzarella, to tone down the cheddar flavor I can use them for other dips.
Omg only 10,000 short of 100,000 subscribers, come on people share an subscribe, these ladies deserve it! They are such fun and just think how much money and time they save us by trying all these recipes!😊
You gotta pan toast for a minute or so on each side (no added oil) them after microwaving Joe’s chips. And put a little salt on while stil warm. Best recipe
Fun! I have been wanting to try Annie's recipe for chips at Keto Focus, which are a little like Joe Duffs, but fried. I want to try the fathead chip that tastes like a "cheese-it". I definitely miss crackers with cheese and a glass of wine on a Saturday night!
I have also started drinking element because of you guys. I have been on keto now for since 2017 in December and I have lost about 80 lb so far that is a guess because I will say boob and did not weigh myself in the very beginning, basically because I hated to see the number and I never ever wanted to get on a scale. I am 5'3 so you know how chubby I was and that is a sweet word for being fat instead of chubby.
I have everything even lump crab will try this weekend thanks a million girls..by husband made me a tortilla press and boy oh boy does it speed up my rolling pin time perfect thickness everytime..I look for press in thrift store very pricy even there..
You did it again. Another great video. I'm definately going to make the crab rangoon with the tinned crab meat. I think I'll use veggies with the dip because it's easier 😋
I would love to see you both try the Phat Foods almond flour crackers! My favorite are the cheddar crackers. They are a staple in my keto diet and would be amazing with your dip! Please try them!!!!!!
Your crab dip looked delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever seen crab meat in a can before. (Making mental note) I finally broke my bad habit of eating Doritos. I don’t think I’ve had any this year!
Have you guys tried Extremawellness! tortillas found at sam's club and Walmart.they are high in fiber and come in 4 different flavors, spinach and herb, sprouted whole grain, whole wheat and tomato basil 😊
Could the dough be rolled out thin enough to make a pocket for a rangoon, then deep fry it? You probably already thought of that. Love your show. I have twins
💜🥰🤩🤗 You ladies are getting pretty good in the kitchen, you're gonna have to up your kitchen appliance game now❣😊 I've never had cheddar fat head before - interesting, I bet it's good.
The recipe in the attached link says 1/2 cup of almond flour and in the video you mention 1 cup of almond flour. I used one cup and I like it. I think a half cup might not be enough.

i do the same thing, but cut the cheese slice into 9 squares! It gives me 9 crispy cheese crackers for 1 slice if thik amarican cheese

Love this! So tired of pork rinds. I do toast the low carb tortillas as chips but this is cleaner! Easy enough to try out! Thanks!

You two haven't said "vehicle" in such a long time....👏👏👏 Crab Cheese dip is a family staple for New Year's. Love it!!

I so appreciate your test kitchen. I will make these soon.
my little man lives on chip...the joy of tism... so I'm glad I found you channel today. This is my second video of yours that I'm watching. I'm hopeful
Welcome!!! ❤️🤗❤️
I have a tortilla press with parchment circles. Perfect for cheddar dough
I love seeing the fur baby, he’s precious. I have just put the ingredients for the dip and chips on my shopping list.
I use a tortilla press for stuff like this. Easier and faster than rolling out and a consistent thickness.
Oh my goodness. That first cheese cracker is amazing! I got up and immediately made them. So easy. Thanks!
I never thought to look for crab meat in a can! I have made a few of Joe Duff's recipes, his video for a grilled cheese sandwich turned out fantastic. Thanks for both of these ideas, will definitely be making the Crab Rangoon.
I always have a couple of cans in the pantry for this dip! So good and easy! -Em
Thanks girls for another helpful video and for the love of God give Henry a chip 😂😂😂😂😂 he's so adorable.
He got plenty of chips and dip lol!
I'm going to favor the cheddar cheese chips the dip sounds luscious I just got through making ranch dip but the crab dip sounds interesting too respect to those other channels but they're not as much fun how's the keto twins because there's two of you double our fun
You guys are just lots of fun to watch, I look forward to see you two. Keep up the good work and by the way I also love those tortillas😁
Awww thanks Deane!

I think sesame seeds would be good on top of the chips before baking
Love the dip recipe and will try both cracker recipes also. But this time of year in the summer, besides cucumber slices and celery I also love to use sliced summer turnips, small whitem mnild flavored, similar to radish. Nice and crispy and hold together in more robust dips like this one.
We love the white part of bok choy for a chip as well! Tasteless and crunchy!
Great! The cheddar ones would be a good substitute for Whisp cheese chips. They’re keto, but pretty pricey! Thanks, ladies!

Yes they are great on their own!!
More keto chips, more dips and more Henry!
Thanks girls 😘,the chips look great and that dip 🤯🤯 I gotta make that!!! Great video!!!❤️😍❤️
Thank you for the dip recipe ladies 🤗🤗
I made the crab dip and love the lemon juice in it!
I made the crab rangoon dip and the cheddar cheese chips.....amazingly good. Thank you for your great videos.

The dip will definitely be going into my rotation!! Yum
Can't wait to make these. I'm subscribed to a bunch of keto channels and yours is by far my favorite! Hope you never decide to give it up.
Thank you for another great video! I'm definitely going to make these. I want to try the cheese version with a taco dip! Also, try them but half cheddar and half mozzarella, to tone down the cheddar flavor I can use them for other dips.
Tortilla press would also work.

I LOVE YOU ALL... SO GLAD I FOUND THIS
Looking forward to trying the Crab dip. Looks delish!!
I used the tortillas to with lite oil and bacon seasoning, so good. I need to try these to. Ty guys
You gotta pan toast for a minute or so on each side (no added oil) them after microwaving Joe’s chips. And put a little salt on while stil warm. Best recipe
We did
@@ketotwins toast until they start to look golden
Id add just a little allulose to that crab dip to give it just a hint of sweetness. Since we don't have sweet and sour sauce to dip it in!
Fun! I have been wanting to try Annie's recipe for chips at Keto Focus, which are a little like Joe Duffs, but fried. I want to try the fathead chip that tastes like a "cheese-it". I definitely miss crackers with cheese and a glass of wine on a Saturday night!
Thank you for sharing another option with Keto. Looks yummy.
It’s like you’re in my head. Just what I’ve been craving. Thank you!!!
🤗🤗

You did it again. Another great video. I'm definately going to make the crab rangoon with the tinned crab meat. I think I'll use veggies with the dip because it's easier 😋
Thanks so much Josephine!!
I'm really interested in trying these thanks for posting
Adding a little xanthan gum to first recipe helps with texture. Saw somewhere on youtube. Thanks for sharing.
Omg! The dip sounds amazing! I seriously want to go to the store NOW!
It’s sooo good!
I am going to be trying this. Thanks
Hello ladies, have ya'll tried "Ala Madre" corn tortillas? They are absolutely amazing. Only 3 net carbs. They are a game changer!
We’ve never tried them! Thanks for the suggestion :) -Em
That dip looks fantastic!
I love Hilo ranch chips, but so expensive!
I’m here for Henry 💕
LOL Henry!! Too funny. Thanks for the fun recipe trials. That dip looks soooo good!
Just ordered LMNT for the first time.
Hope you love it as much as we do! ❤️
Love the casserole idea! I miss crab Rangoons...💋🧚🏻♀️❤️🇺🇸
you can replace xanthan gum with psyllium husk powder. Double the measurement when using psyllium husk powder instead of xanthan gum.
Xanthan gum is more like a guar gum actually. Psyllium would make it taste very fibrous I think.
I would love to see you both try the Phat Foods almond flour crackers! My favorite are the cheddar crackers. They are a staple in my keto diet and would be amazing with your dip! Please try them!!!!!!
Thanks for the suggestion wendy!
Your crab dip looked delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever seen crab meat in a can before. (Making mental note) I finally broke my bad habit of eating Doritos. I don’t think I’ve had any this year!
You 2 are so cool and Inspiring to me ! Thank you !!
Awww thanks Debra 🤗🤗
Those look fantastic.
Y’all are AWESOME 👏
🤗🤗🤗
Could you use coconut flour?
Love Joe Duff, great ice cream recipe 😋.
Have you guys tried Extremawellness! tortillas found at sam's club and Walmart.they are high in fiber and come in 4 different flavors, spinach and herb, sprouted whole grain, whole wheat and tomato basil 😊
We have not! Thanks for the recommendation
I need a Henry in my life.
And I’m totally making that dip. 😀
Could the dough be rolled out thin enough to make a pocket for a rangoon, then deep fry it? You probably already thought of that. Love your show. I have twins
Kirbie’s chips. I bought a box of exam gloves and work the cheese and almond flour with my hands.
Girls this is lovely. Have you tried putting pepperoni in the microwave? Good snacks.
We have and like it! Very yummy
@@ketotwins 🥰
Great video!
You two are amazing. 🤗💕💕
Awww thank you Mary!!
I’m gonna try the dip as well, I’ll cut recipe in half as it’s just me.
Hey ladies, great video as usual!!! Do you have a carb count on the crab Rangoon dip???
I really don’t even think there are any, maybe a trace amount 🤷🏻♀️ from the various ingredients, like the shredded cheese -Em
❤️❤️ you guys are awesome!,
🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️
So laughing at Emily's scream! Both recipes look great. Really want the crab rangoon dip. Thank you ladies!
💜🥰🤩🤗
You ladies are getting pretty good in the kitchen, you're gonna have to up your kitchen appliance game now❣😊

They are good! Love The pico de gallo :)
Hey there! Did we ever got an update on the pickle ranch jar? Just asking for a friend.
It really didn’t taste like anything lol
Maybe try cooking Joe's chips in an air fryer?
Look at you girlz with your 90 thousand subscribers! Doing great!
Thank you 🤗
Mmmmm, crab rangooooon!🤤
I love chip so need to them. Make fat head dough all the time so easy switch to chips
I have a Chug and she'll tremble and whine when she wants a bite of what you're eating. It's so cute.
❤️🐶
The recipe in the attached link says 1/2 cup of almond flour and in the video you mention 1 cup of almond flour. I used one cup and I like it. I think a half cup might not be enough.
