      1: Magnesium bro....

      2: Avoid bright light at night, Install red or yellow bulbs in home. (Blue light stops melatonin release)
      3: have a cup of chamomile tea . It's sleep promoter.
      4: Most important point is.
      Exhaust yourself with walk or work. If you're not exhausted, sleep quality goes down ..
      2,3 miles walk or cycling during daytime not before sleeping...
      5: if you're married, have sex just before bed and sleep like baby..
