Our VRF Grab Bags (GB) videos are compiled from content from our cameras as Mods and fans spot something neat while watching our cameras. In the GB you will, of course, find a variety of TRAIN content, special trains, maintenance, steam, diesels, interesting rail cars, cool paint schemes and more. You will also find fun people, city events, boats, planes, cars (sometimes going wild) and nature. Thank you for taking the time to sit back and enjoy these highlight reels that we call "Grab Bags"! - Развлечения
That poor truck owner...but the steam engine footage was wonderful--especially with everybody waving at everybody else and the Amish guys in black and white. The lightning in Big Sandy was beautiful, and the car show in Revy was a blast--thanks for another great one!
Sorry, I thought you were referring to the fire department’s response time and not the “extended warranty”
6:50 "Bacon Ridge" sounds like a breakfast joint most railfans would approve of.
I would eat there, because........? BACON!!🤩😍🤪
I was wondering if it got named that because somebody shot a hog up there...
Steam locomotive in black & white. Nice touch! It's the little details!
I thought the Mustang was cool until the 427 Corvette came into view!!!❤❤❤❤❤
The black and white footage at 8:16 is the best yet - if not for the modern string lights in the foreground, it would be perfect. Is it 2024 or the early 1900's?
There's nothing quite like a "classic" vehicle show! Brings back memories of the days gone by when I could name every car and truck make that passed by our family farm!
2:19 a rare treat for the grab bag, a steam double header, complete with a caboose! 😁
Thank you, thank you so much!! What a great Grab Bag and the ending with the car show, I was dancing along with my headphones on!! You made this old lady very happy!!
Thank you so much for the look at those vintage vehicles. 🙂🙂👋👋👋♥
Just love your lightning shows!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍📹❤️😃
And the rain-and-light show too!
Best regards from Hamburg Germany😃
The old N&W cabooses are always nice to see, filmed that one before in Roanoke, nice footage of the 630 and 4501,great video!🛤🚂
Cool car show‼️😊
Car show was incredible
*Awesome Catches*
I love going to car shows as love older pick up trucks. the triple train catch was wow.
11:31 That’ll buff out. 😆
My toast was burnt to a crisp this morning, not as much as that truck 😂
That paint job looked so real!
The sped-up footage of the firefighters putting out the truck looked like something out of a 1920s or 1930s short film. All it needed was Scott Joplin's "The Entertainer" in the background.
7:47 I’m sorry, but why does that Conrail Boxcar look so fresh!
Wow! Excellent catching all the trains in multiple locations, especially the CSXT1973, ChessieSystem, in Deshler, Ohio, I like them, they're awesome, I hope everybody's okay at the red pickup truck in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, @Virtual Railfan, thank you very much.
Just saw her last night
@@MediumApproachSlow Really?
@the-terrible63 yup didn't get a great photo though which is fine as it was the third time I've seen the locomotive. She was on m631 to Avon indiana.
Wonder if Revy checked out the car show?!
That effect at Paradise was cool -- black and white, old train and the (?) Amish boys watching.😊
At 5:22 - great to see some loads from the Paul Bunyan toothpick factory (Blue Ox brand?). Nice looking 57 Chebbies (and many other beauties) at Rev. Great grab bag! Cheers.
Not the first time I've seen a truck caught fire, even on a Nissan Titan.
We love Strasburg R.R. and have been on it many times . A great photo moment with the Amish Children watching the train.. love the trains, fun to watch and listen to...
It’s fun to see train action from around the country. Thanks, and keep up the good work.
great catches love it
❤AWESOME❤
That’s awesome 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Thats when cars and trucks had style
Double heading 4501 with 630 brings back memories 😊
Hi Virtual Railfan & it's is Randy and i like yours video is Cool & Thanks Virtual Railfan & Friends & Randy
Nice rail and road coverage. I'm a Corvette guy so the Blue Vette caught my eye for sure.
The pick-up bed and rear end are salvageable.
I saw that Illinois Central Gulf while train watching in Tolono, Illinois. VRF should put a camera there, in my opinion.
It's Monday afternoon with VR Grab Bag and the great trains thank you.🚂🚃🚃🇺🇲
(7:11) There is a Holmesville in Ohio, south of where I live. Never thought I'd see that name show up on a Cryo-Trans boxcar.
truth be told, I saw that IC Boxcar at my local train yard once at Flat Rock, Michigan on the CN/Former GT and boy was it cool!
LOL! So our famous La Grange was having some event and they didn't even take into account the trains that pass through there on a regular basis?
Ah, if you believe that there is some ocean front property in Kansas you might be interested in purchasing.
12:19 holyy 3 piece meet no way🔥
Beautiful cars at Revelstoke. Been there done that fighting a car fire. Been a volunteer firefighter for 47 plus years. Let the young whipper snappers do it now. lol. Question.when Amtrak breaks down and a rail company hooks up to it does the Amtrak crew drive the train or does the rail company provide engineers? Always wondered. lol. Thanks. Bruce in Wv!!!
10:24, The truck's on fire!
Gotta be combustion chamber issues. No car should be like that
Especially in 2024
Thanks for the "woka-woka-woka"!
10:26 I didn't see anyone stop to provide any help.
No it seems like they couldn't scramble to the left lane fast enough
I didn't see anyone in the truck either
Nice auto rack car with 10 ft. straight edge grafitti lettering down the side at 7:29.
I had a car that caught fire like that. Took a long time for it to burn past the engine and I was able to get everything out before the fire trucks came.
I stopped and gave a guy my fire extinguisher once to put out his engine fire. When he put it out he was grateful but said he should have let it burn.
Guess what's Virtual Railfan sad news RIP Railfan Christopher Brusman 💙😢🕊️😇😇who's seen on RUclips video is NS CSX Railfan.
Rest in peace.
My condolences to his family. May the Lord Jesus give them comfort and peace.
Thoughts and prayers for him and his family. RIP Christopher Brusman
May he rest in peace
So sorry.
4:56 “CAN YOU SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS COOKING?”
Car on fire at 9:30
Two steam vintage Locos with Caboose
Roanoke: SD40-2 NS 6079 + Caboose NS 555079 - Classic.
And all of it original N & W.
@@ghancock1218 That's good to learn of, thank you. I've got an Athearn B/Box NW SD40-2, so I will have to look out for a suitable Cab to paint & decorate. It was good to see the Cab in such nice, clean condition too.
Aways cool and the outro was, far out...
I’m kind of shocked at that IC auto box. I thought all those were gone for sure.
@ 19:30.Noice rack and pinion.
2:20 a double header
sheesh that’s a lot of wheels squealing makes you to have a bad headache afterwards
At 02:21..seeing those steam engines reminds me so much of my grandfather who worked on the railroad for forty some years..at 10:06 lets hope whoever the driver of that truck was got out of there and was uninjured. That truck is done.
How do the "odd" pieces of rail equipment, like the grain inspector car or some local grain association grain car get inspected and certified OK to operate. I assume they have to pass some sort of annual(?) safety check?
It is the responsibility of the owner/operators of said equipment just as if they are an operating railroad. If they don't have the "know how" they go thru contractors.
Dad worked for IC for 43 years, good to see some IC cars still around after CN bought it.
LA Grange, 1 Loco and auto racks
What do we see at 06:22? And if the loco is in plain sight at 13:55, why a 'black/white' shot at 14:09 too? Still puzzled what the background supposed to be at 14:40 Nice long train, though.
So much plastic used even in the fire wall of newer vehicles they burn fast !
12:24 three trains at a time
Did That Red Pickup Truck Had Overheat Problem?
Probably a fuel line or oil leak. Some makes and types of vehicles are more prone than most to engine fires, but I don't think Nissan is one of them. (Looked like a Nissan badge on the tailgate as it was being hauled away.) Makes you wonder where he last had the engine serviced.
9:31 Come on! The OKCFD responded within 8 minutes to the truck fire on the southbound lanes of the Centennial Expressway. Your headline is unfair to a fine fire department!
seems like the p42's been breaking down alot lately?
Mopar!!!!
So they put up a road closed sign for when a train goes Street running?
Looks like the street was closed for an event not related to the CSX train running.
They should. More accidents there on VR than anywhere else.
@@poowg2657 I would argue that Ashland probably sees about the same the only difference is with this location is that the train literally runs on the street so my argue could be invalid
@@lowellvillerailfanproductions Come to think of it, Ashland does have a lot of oopsidents but more of the "Make a hard turn onto railroad tracks, proceed until car gets stuck and/or damaged, notify police and call wrecker" type.
That poor truck. It didn't deserve to go out that way.
A guy 3 blocks down from me was rebuilding a Charger. Not sure what year but it was an older one.
Had most of the body done and finally got the engine running right.
Closed it up and locked it for the night. Left a cigarette burning in the ashtray...
Raise your hand when you think you know where this is going.
Long story short: The fire department had to pry the hood and both doors open. Even the taillights were melted.
This truck reminds me of that.
cant we use trash to fuel for steam trains??
A notable roof leak in Dalton, Georgia.
My eyes, my eyes, I'm a go blind, the half nude girl on the side o the truck!!!
What do the different names on the refer cars represent?
Some are places and some are names depending on the company.
Cryo-Trans are places.
Mostly towns and cities. Like Bat Cave North Carolina and Fries Virginia.
@@yyzedd There's a "Carberry" town in Manitoba.
@@jamesmckenzie3532 is Truth or Consequences a city in the US? (Car number 5265) And there are more with names NOT belonging to places.
@@Keikdv TorC is a town in New Mexico. It is located between Albuquerque and Las Cruces on I-25.
Hey Deshler dry the water off the lens
Oh heck no--that was a gorgeous light show!
9:47 Oops! He opened the hood.
Someone please explain the first part of the title. Thanks.
Two Locos leads coal train
My car has a lifetime warranty good for the life of the car. When the car dies, so does the warranty.
Nissan Frontier Pik-Em-Truk was Toast. 👎
I reckon if CryoTrans were hoping that naming their reefers would deter graffiti they were wrong!
Nissan Truck! HAHAHAHAHA! Leave the truck building to America...RAM
I have no interest in seeing model train footage in the grab bag , plenty of good real stuff out there .. and I’m a modeler myself..
I am disappointed in whoever decided to make fun of someone's tragedy in the title and thumbnail. That could be your vehicle tomorrow.
Revelstoke car show….someone in a bear-suit would have been perfect!!
🏔️🏔️🛤️🐻🏔️🏔️
Hello VR Friends🚂🚃Happy Monday🫶🏻I've been out of of touch because I'm in between packing & trying to move..Miss Y'all♥️
Well a good reason to have a fire 🔥 extinguisher 🧯 in your vehicle at all times in OKC because depending on where you are it could take up to 2 hours for EMS to get there such as in Wyoming Montana Alaska and so forth 😊👍
Took about 7 or 8 minutes for the FD to arrive in this case.
