did you guys end up re formulating the pre HD black to prevent the clumping? mine clumps like hell but still works great. i keep it in the freezer to help keep it moisture free, that glycerol is so hygroscopic lol.
Have you thought in have a warehouse in Panama? Panama is just in the middle of all the American continent and also has a great logistic hub. If you put a warehouse here you can ship easier for any other country of America. P.S. I am refering to the Republic of Panama no Panama city beach in Florida
