Check out this shadow-generating fire pit build project! We liked the idea that the light generated from the fire would cast a shadow through the CNC plasma cut metal and onto the trees or walls around your fire. The structure of the fire pit allows for proper air flow and for easy access to replenish the fire with wood.
The structure itself is very easy to weld up and doesn't require any additional metal other than your metal plate. No need for angle iron, square tubing, or round pipe - just some 11 gauge hot rolled mild steel.
You can design fire pits one of a thousand ways, so let us know in the comment section below what kind of design you can come up with!

Interesting video, but please go take an Audio 101 course. By the time you get the volume up loud enough to hear the voices, the music is uncomfortably loud. Better mics for the humans and lower level of the music, or hey, why not no music at all, would make the overall production much better.

nice new take on a fire pit from what Im used to seeing. I would really like to see some more of the engraving tool being used. Something with design and detail in it not just letters numbers and lines.

Lincoln wish more of your projects would be at the do it yourself level. We can not all afford the cost or space needs for a Torchmate.

Star Lab, ArcLight, Shop Sabre seem to be at a better price point.

I have been using my TM CNC to make fire pit rings since 2008. Two problems with this video, the paint is obvious issue.... Not sure why the table was mentioned ( promo ad ) and the welder welded it all on the floor?
SO the next thing is why it wasn't designed in two sides and broke at the center line to form a 90 degree angle? Any fabricator or welder with their wage could point this out.
Simple design and approach is great, but why not stretch the skills and capabilities of the CNC Plasma out a demo both ways? This way you could sell the machine from two points of view/fabrication. I have been running my CNC for 9 years now, and I am still learning new ways to use it...

didn't bother to check for squareness before welding, real women need to learn to measure before welding......
