    Another reason why they have Aids patients take the all 18ius at once cause it's easier for patients to adhere to only pinning once a day as oppose Twice or three times a day. It's a hassle to get patients to adhere and remember to a rigorous schedule.

    I just want to give a big shout out to Kurt Havens for caring about the youth out there that aren't necessarily able to make the right choices with PEDs. We can say don't try this at home all we want but the reality is there will always be someone who will do anything to be like you guys. Even taking too much insulin and crashing their car coming home from the gym. Thank you for keeping the big picture in mind kurt.

    Kurt - In this video you say to take all 18 units, in the video with Todd Lee you say the max effective dose is 4 units, in another video you say the max effective dose is 3. Which is it for bodybuilding?

    46:50 - Regarding the inflammatory response, NAC is known to lower the response you get from weight lifting adaptation and lessens gains overrtime. Is this true?

    • @padraig88

      Natty and been taking NAC for years now and it's not a concern so far. Don't forget that NAC is a merely a precursor for cysteine, involved in the synthesis of Glutathione.

    Kurts comment around 43 minutes about deca and tren stimulating opposite genes to each other. I've heard it mentioned that deca is a progesterone agonist and tren is an antagonist of the progesterone receptor. So makes sense that they interact with opposite genes??

      He mentioned many times he is not trying to be bigger. Kurt is not a young guy. He is a phd with family and hundreds of clients, very busy. Nevertheless he needs to run these experiments before he can recommend to his clients.

      this comment is so dumb, obviously he doesnt fill out the screen as the 300lb monsters (robin, justin, morgan), but Kurt is absolutely jacked to the tits, could easily do a pro classic show, has the size and structure and walks year round in stage condition, and he has 20+ years on these guys.

  • @IgorVolyn
    @IgorVolyn 2 месяца назад

    So if HGH help tighten up the skin does that explain why some bodybuilders who use to get really "fat" in the off season still have no loose skin when super lean because they used HGH during the prep? Also what dose of GHK-CU is safe to run longer term for loose skin issues?

    • @m3th0d30
      @m3th0d30 2 месяца назад +1

      Possibly I suppose, but realistically it's much more likely they never got fat enough to stretch their skin so much that it couldn't revert back.

    • @canadianbeefpodcast
      @canadianbeefpodcast  2 месяца назад

      We did 500mcg of GHK-CU + 500mcg epitalon daily
