    Hey Bro, question you should do on channel that NO ONE has covered. what is the lowest each of your GFR'S has gotten/ highest creatnine has gotten. My blood work came back with GFR 62/ creatnine 1.4 (yes GFR was a cystanin C gfr too) its never been under 90 ever regardless on cycle or not, have a couple theories why. Making few changes and rechecking in 8 weeks. But be good to discuss so we can all learn from each other especially since kidney health is pretty much number 1 priority in my book for bodybuilding next to the heart of course.

    • @canadianbeefpodcast
      @canadianbeefpodcast  4 дня назад +2

      Most likely, you are dehydrated. If not, start doing 10g astragalus per day

    • @justinhorval8491
      @justinhorval8491 4 дня назад +1

      @@canadianbeefpodcast i bumped it from 3,000 to 9,000 once i got labs back last week. and yes i know for fact was dehydrated, too much to type why i still went in to test i normally don't. my main concern was if was the EQ, i experimented with most ever 1,000 test, 1,000 EQ and i know rodent models show Renal toxicity i never had before on EQ but thought maybe at that high maybe it is toxic? Any insight on your end on that dose? I can say this it 100% does act as an A.I. my E2 came back as 29.3 on ref range of 11.8 - 39.9 with no A.I. tabs being used and i aromatise very easily so good Anecdotal report to add to list, its not just primo that does it. Masteron does not lower my E2 at all i checked it on 2 cycles.

    • @WilliamRyan-h2y
      @WilliamRyan-h2y 3 дня назад

      @@justinhorval8491 Any idea of where your blood pressure is? If you aren't currently running something like telmisartan as an insurance policy, I would certainly add it. BP will have the largest impact on long term kidney health, so you'll want to keep that in range.

    • @justinhorval8491
      @justinhorval8491 3 дня назад

      @@WilliamRyan-h2y BP at time was 120/60 pul 70... i run 10mgs Ramipril year round prescribed by doctor, 5 mgs Nebiviol also prescribed. On cycle i add 80 mgs of Telmisartan BUT as of last 3 weeks i been doing 20mgs Olmesartan instead of the telmisartan cause it is stronger for sure, my bp with the telmisartan was in the 130's switched to Olmesartan just 20 mgs in morning with my prescribed meds and on cycle BP is 112/58 pul 65 as of last couple weeks 5 different days/readings. So if anyone needs to learn OLMESARTAN for sure is stronger in case your BP is still high on Telmisartan, and yes that is in the medical literature too. I was dehydrated for blood test FOR SURE not guessing. only 1 litter of water in over 12 hrs, super long story why and i never do that ever but super rare incident and lab was closing for 2 weeks too so i ran in. But in general i do 1.5 gallons of water per day. I believe test was skewed cause of dehydration but THAT much? BUN is usually most affected by it which is was also elevated.

      Subject n=1 aka you
      Start with adding 1 supplement or compound
      Take notes how you feel
      Keep other variables consistent
      Review notes, compare to visible progress, and decide if compound X/Y/Z is a yes or a no.
