Here's a question you could try asking the pro-hamas crowd; just ask them to describe in detail exactly what happened on Oct 7th. I.e. force them to speak out the horrors committed, and then let them try to justify it. It's truly sickening how they all ignore what actually happened.

I love how the “trauma” expert lady basically excuses the behavior of Hamas as due to the trauma they have suffered and then when asked if the trauma the Israelis suffered on October 7 had anything to do with their response she immediately says that suffering trauma is not an excuse for bad behavior. Just to be clear a two state solution is a Palestinian state. In fact it has nothing to do with Israel. Israel is already a state. The only obstacle to a Palestine state is Israel nationalism and by extension USA that keeps vetoing any resolution that dares recognise Palestine's authority in the UN.
Everyone said stop the war in Gaza and demanded a ceasefire, not one person thought that giving all the hostages back might be a good idea.

Really great to listen to someone interviewing without trying to stir the pot. It’s so refreshing. Most reporters seem to try to be dirt bags and play ‘gotcha’. But I really appreciate that you are trying to take a neutral stance and open mind when interviewing these people. We cannot open people’s minds to sense and reason if we keep prodding at their emotions.

I must say though, to me, it was obvious those to whom you spoke did not seem to be very informed nor did they take the opportunity, you gave them by being there, to make a sensible case for their causes. Both of the causes, covered in this video, and your previous one (the support Israel) need to be aired but it is a shame these two groups had not done their due diligence. Please keep showing us these perspectives whilst continuing to give us the great interviews and cutting comment content that helps educate us all about others.

In my view it's partly the media's fault and partly the fault of individuals who absorb what they read and what they are told without question. Some of them are probably career protestors - one day they'll rock up to a "We're all Hamas" protest, and the next they'll be seen at a "We're all Hizbollah" rally - at least, they did until the UK government banned the annual Hizbollah rally.
My experience is that most people who march in protests are uninformed and poorly focused.

I really appreciate your going to these marches to tell the truth of what is happening on the ground and not just some sound bite. It is clear to me that neither side will change their mind because they both feel that the other side is lying. Even when presented with concrete evidence, educated people cannot remove the prescription of their glasses when looking at it. This is the real difficulty but ultimately the truth will always prevail.
@mariakatz8442 Whilst I do not justify Hamas Israel is a nation which was founded by European who set out to create a exclusive nationlist state in a land of which was not their origin. They lobbied the British government to agree to giving them a state in Palestine, and thus starting buying up land. One of the big questions asked by the Zionist settlers was The Arab Question (google it). How where they to rid the Arabs from the land to make way for more European Jewish settlers? One idea was transferism, which was to voluntarily or involuntarily transfer the native Arabs to other nations. Furthermore, the Labour Zionist movement created manifestos to absolutely exclude any non-Jew in their settlements or business in Palestine in order to eliminate any assimilation. Various Zionist militias organised such as the Hagnah and Irgun trained by the British who actively attacked Palestinians. Of course there was aggression from the Palestians as well but this was sparked by the growing and aggressive settlers from Europe, Zionists.
These militias even attacked the British. During 1947-48 these militias went on to attack 500 villages murdering and raping and drove 750,000 people into exile, whose family today are not allowed to return. Part of Gaza is a refugee camp from this genocide and ethnic cleansing. Shortly after the UN afforded the Zionist 55% of the land from 6% overnight without any consent from the Palestinians which sparked the Arab War. Since then the Israeli's have not rested to rid the Palestinians and make their life hell. Hamas is an organisation that was funded by Israel to replace PLO whose sole aim was and is to create a two state solution.

I appreciate the Konstantin's reporting. He doesn't argue with those he's interviewing, instead, he just asks questions and lets them talk. It's refreshing.

That's what all reporting should be, getting the views of the interviewees to inform the audience of their perspective, maybe with some helpfull questions to encourage them to clarify or expand

These Just Stop Oil protestors keep saying that they don't have the right to protest. They proved the fact that they DO have that right. They just can't do it in the middle of the road and block traffic. I don't get to do that, and nor do they. We should all be equal under the law.

At first, I thought she was referring to trauma as in life-threatening injuries, like the kind you deal with within a hospital's trauma unit, so it peaked my interest for a good second. Love the closing thoughts - easily the best part of this for me. Totally agree with Konstantin’s assessment, seems completely fair. There are way too many videos like this one, that just cherry-pick the worst individuals to show only the worst representatives of a certain cause or viewpoint, and I appreciate the efforts taken to apply a more even-handed approach than other channels might apply. I understand why other channels do this, but I appreciate this channel’s efforts to not feed the algorithm by encouraging unnecessary divisiveness. Thank you!

Once upon a time, not many decades ago, mainstream news was like this. It was the norm to have "the news" in the first portion of the news program, a particular topic would be covered in more depth part way through, and then analysis and commentary on a range of topics. At least Canadian news was (and still is in some ways) as was US TV news in the days of Walter Cronkite. Today, US news is so tribal, misleading, a virtue signalling. It seems UK news is this way too. KK is not reinventing the wheel but he is doing what professional journalists and news agencies should be doing. Get the information, ask questions, put it into context, and let the reader/listener/viewer decide. No secretive narratives, no virtue signalling, no backing of a particular political party or politician. Without this--and for many years we've lost this--democracy dies.
The thing which first impressed me about the triggernometry guys and the thing I have always commended them on is their interview style. They are quite possibly the best interviewers in the UK since Parkinson. They never interrupt people rudely or shout over. They give everybody the space to speak. Their calm manner gives the interviewee confidence to reveal themselves.

A common theme with pro-Palestinians is that they seem to think that Israel is conducting this war for retaliatory reasons, which isn't the case. The purpose is to erase Hamas from the Gaza Strip, ensuring that the massacre on October 7th can never be repeated. If the IDF wanted to make the Gazan death toll as high as possible, they wouldn't urge them to evacuate from the active warzones. Also, people seem to forget how little Hamas cares about it's own people.
It's funny that the dude says "they're trying to exterminate them, 60% of the buildings are flattened, some 15000 dead" - so even by his own numbers, less than 1% of Gazans died while 60% of buildings are destroyed.
If he'd just take care to consider his own stats, he wouldn't embarrass himself with the "genocide extermination" claims.
