@@TommoOnRUclips I do like the white stripes on the original, reminds me of Rothmans Williams. But nothing is beating one of my favourite liveries in f1, the 2017-2019 toro rosso, which you made very well for the 2024 car.

A fully white car with some accents looks great to me but in reality as soon as they start adding bare carbon into the mix it starts looking like a Haas to me.

I like the blue one but I also like the white one. The Red Bull Honda tribute livery is one of my favourites, I still wish I’d bought the team T-shirt from that race.
Apparently the quality of that tee was rubbish, so that might make you feel a little better. 😅
The quality is pretty average I own one myself, the white Honda tribute looks so great but you can’t really wear it much!

The white on the front wing with those stripes becoming red blocks. I still believe the white with red outlining looks brilliant. The stripe only being on the sides I do very much like compared to the original. Cool to see you worked out how to get the gloss effect working.
The white livery looks sexy. Like I said in the Williams redesign, I don't fully know why, but just like with wrestling attire, a white livery is a cheat code. The red block stripes look much better on this version than the blue one.
Red livery looks cool. I've wondered for a while why red bull don't at the very least lean into their name a bit more than they do. However Ferrari probably have sort of agreement with the other teams that theirs is THE red car.
I read "front wing with those stripes becoming red bullocks" three times in a row, right after the intro where I thought I heard Tommo say Racing Balls.
These are you're best redesigns so far. I love the variations as well. I don't like the real one but yours are nice. The white base is my favourite.

yours look more like the directors cut, beautiful execution, and theirs seems like its been tampered with by marketing after the design is sent for approval.

To put the logo of the app on the outside of the lateral part of the frontwing and the name of the app on the inside part is a 1000 iq move👏👏
I love the livery, particularly from the front.
Gives a 90s vibe because it looks a bit like the 1990 Williams test livery where they had white instead of yellow.
The number font and colour looks retro as well.
honestly i like the incorporation of the sharper angles here, the ones in the real livery feel a bit...tacked on? like it just didnt look right

Another day, another victory for Tommo's redesign, taking down the real teams. I love the irl VCARB as i was the biggest fan of toro rosso liveries and the v-carbohydrates livery brought back nostalgia! I, however, didnt really like the white and red outline and thought that it should be just red like toro rosso - which you absolutely got it PERFECT!
The White VCARB is probably what i expected before they stated it was blue, as the first rumoured racing bulls logo was white. But yeah, the White looks gorgeous! The red looks like a ferrari so uh....
You're on point with these redesigns this year. This one has to be one of your most beautiful up to date. Great usage of sponsors, interesting mix between old Toro Rosso and VCARB liveries. Just perfect I must say.
In my opinion white with redlines is much better, that metalic blue with chrome just so unique and when you put that white filling with red lines it just makes it even more unique and pops out a lot more. I really liked last year alpha tauri with those red colors and I am extremely satisfied with this one this year, they just improved it way more, best livery in couple of years in my opinion.
I think this is gonna be the prettiest car on the grid but your redesign smartens it up a bit and while I don't dislike the white I think it looks a lot better without it

Tommo's version is sensational! I also like the shade of blue better than the shiny original, even if it was due to your skill level. Overall there's a perfect balance between blue, red and white (and a tiny spark of green). Banger!
I really really love the white stripes on the original. I don't think original could be improved that much sadly so yeah I definitely still prefer that
I don't get this nostalgia and how people are talking about this livery as a throwback to the "classic" Toro Rosso when I remember Toro Rosso as a dark navy blue car with a gold nose and a red bull painted on the engine cover. I also remember the best Minardi liveries like the blue so dark it might be black with gold accents and the black car with white highlights. Any of those would be ok but since BMW is long gone and Williams isn't going to run it they should go for a full white car with red bull can dark blue accents. That would be a classic and they don't care about giving away a few thousandths due to extra paint anyway.

The white livery with red details is absolutely sick, it stands out a lot and would just look awesome on the TV feed for SURE. Love how the halo looks as well as the Hugo logo on top of the red shape on the side of the nose, nice detail and works really well with Hugo branding. I still don't get why they picked Toro Rosso color palette when they present this Visa Cash App RB project as brand new, it was the perfect time to bring something new! Would've loved a mix of navy blue with the green Cash App color.
Your design just makes sense. One of your best and it's very realistic.
for next year i think you should maybe do suit redesign videos as well to go with the car redesigns! i think it would be so cool to see it side-by-side with the cars!

Took a well made design abd made an evolution of it! Looks so good 👏 the only thing I would have keep is the lateral line where there is Honda... just reversing the two colors!

Honestly the only thing I would change about the original livery is painting the wings too. I liked the white on the car, but your redesign was also very good.
2:09 Also on the right side from our perspective, the second element of the front wing has part of the logo whereas the left side doesn't which looks quite weird in my opinion
Bang bang bang! I didn’t hate the red and white stripe on theirs but it did remind me of a redstripe can which was a hard image to shake. This is the best of yours yet this season for sure. The white special is sweeeet-as too. Top work Tommo!

It’s your first of the recent designs that’s actually an improvement. It’s simple but nice. RB get this pls. Would have looked even better in shiny as you mentioned. Keep it up.
The white one looks great as well, but it’s basically a Haas design. Still nice.
This is again so much better. I don't need chrome, this would really work well on track. The Hugo pops nicely this way and I love the front wing design. As you said, make one winglet blue tying it together, so smart. Nice spacing (less is more as they say). And a racing number that people can actually read now!

These all look phenomenal. I think the main issue with the real livery is that having so many prominent colors makes the design a bit too busy, I much prefer the red boxes to the white with red borders and honestly I kinda wish they had dropped the chrome for more white.

For the Cash App on the rear wing, I would make the text white in the green Cash App background. That way the wing would be uniform in color left to right and couldn't have a square on one side. Maybe they could have put the logo on both sides of the text to balance it, but they went with the normal logo. I know you said you're going to keep the sponsors the same, but I feel this change would be understandable.
I just had an idea to extend this series. Maybe you could make a redesign video, and then the comments could make suggestions, and whichever comments get the most likes, you could redesign the redesign and present redesigns essentially made by you and your community. I think it would be cool for after all the teams have launched cars, if its not too much work. I think it could be an awesome idea for some of us to have some say. I know for me, Im not the most artisitic or creative person but Id like to think I have some good ideas lol! Again, if its not too much work and the community thinks its a good idea along with you, could be fun.
Very nice job. In my Teams vs Tommo Livery Standoff, I will give this one , at a pinch, to Tommo, so it is 3 : 3. However, this said, I do still believe the reveal made reflected more what I would have expected from Alpine. The Alpine reveal showed all the scraps comeing from the gorgeously stunning A424 and stuck on the A524. Absolute shocker.

You could always try importing these models into something (assetto corsa?) to get some background scenery/reflections on the car that might elevate the look, and make it more similar to the renders that the teams put out.
Im sure there are in depth guides on how to make some lovely custom renders in AC if it at all interests you (i really wanna see a stonking render of that white version 🥵)

I think it might just be the fact that there is actually colour, but I think this is probably my favourite car livery thus far. I really like the colours they chose, and I think the lines and how they divided up the car looks great. I think the more I look at it, the more I think I like the Stake F1 Kick Sauber F1 Kick Sauber Stake Kick F1 Sauber teams design a bit more, but the Visa Cashapp Racing Bulls Cashapping Visas Bulls Racing F1 RedBull Visa CashingApps F1 car is still a damn good design.
I think I liked the white lines enough to prefer the original over yours, but I think you did a bang up job with the Sponsors. I think the points you made about sponsor overload were right on the mark and I really like how you cleaned the car up. Its pretty close between the two, but again, I think the white on the original really did it for me. That white livery though...... A THING OF BEAUTY. I know its a special edition, but THAT is the best car design Ive seen so far, Original and Redesigned by you. Damn, I wish theyd have gone white now lol.

Love it tommo, love that you're the only one doin this. As a fellow designer, i would love to see you do more radical redesigns. I dig the touch up, but youre just touching up an already existing design... I say go balls out. design the car the way YOU want it! i wanna see YOUR vision, but i love the edited cleaned up enhanced versions you've been doing. but lets be real, we all want a white car. do us up a nice white car, go ape, flex those skills and i bet you'll probably end up getting one of your designs made. youre the only chap out there doin this.... go tommo on everyone and give us some REAL bangers.

Love the blue and its better than the original, but the white one is amazing too. The red one could be great too, but its too similar to Ferrari, Ferrari own the colour Red in F1.
So overall: Blue > White > Red

Love your re-design but this time around I can't decide if I prefer it over the actual livery. Yours is a peoper '17-'19 Toro Rosso livery on a '24 car and I like keeping the cashapp green consistent everywhere, but I also like the greater amount of silver/white in the original livery so really can't choose. The white version of your re-designed livery is absolute fire and I'd love to have it on the grid for a few races.

It’s a very redesign, however I believe it’s to be too similar to the Toro Rosso liveries 2017, 2018, 2019. I like how in the original, it made the reference to those liveries a little more subtle while also trying something different.
F1 should just hire Tommo to design all cars 🚗!

I would have a go with daniel in the blue version because of australia and Yuki in the white, obviously because of Japan. I guess they have to be both the same livery, but, i like the idea, of being more of an individual aspect, and the driver can have the right to have his own sponsors on the car
