Really good to see that you care about your hammy and that you upgraded the enclosure!! But because you have the hight you can put way more bedding in so he can burrow and make his own tunnels! And I recommend a larger area with sand because he can not roll and get a good bath in that small sand bath… If you want to learn more about hamster and proper hamster care I reccomend Victoria reachel! But you are on the right way in giving your ham a beautiful home ❤

And you might be wondering “but she can just take him/her out of the cage once/twice a day” that is not the case, because Hiro should be able to get to the sand at all times! Hamsters 🐹 like to roll and dig in the sand whenever they want and sometimes sleep in it. Hamsters 🐹 are also nocturnal (meaning they normally sleep 💤 in the day and are active at night) so she wouldn’t be able to take him out to play in the sand in the day because Hiro would probably be sleeping, also she doesn’t know when Hiro wants to play in the sand either. I love the idea for a cooling dish to sit in in case he gets too warm! I've never seen that and have been worrying I've been making it too warm for them so I'm really glad I stumbled on this
hi!, the cage setup is really cute but you should probably get a larger cage and a larger sand bath cuz that's going to be you hamsters little world to explore and you should also compress the bedding more so that it's tunnels can hold.

Helloo! Since your hamster is a dwarf hamster the minimum cage should be about 100x50cm aka 1 meter and 50 centimetres. The bedding needs to be 8 inches minimum as hamsters burrow a lot. I also recommend getting sprays, a bigger sand bath, small tree logs. Also need a 8 inch wheel too its hard for hamsters to run in small wheels. Thats my advice! Cute cage ❤

The accessories are great but the cage is still unfortunately too small you need larger cage maybe use a 60 gallon fish tank 😀 also more bedding is better at least 6 inches , 10 inches deep is even better 😀
You need to add more bedding even if it's not very deep. If the hamster falls it must not fall on hard surfaces! Also maybe bigger sand bath bowl cause that will not be very comfortable for it to bath in 🙃

Hello! I love the cage but it's too small for a hamster. All hamster types should have min. 100x50 cm (sorry idk in inch) so that they could be happy as ever! Also bigger sandbath, wheel. A little wheel makes hamsters back curved and damage their spine. I reccomend Victoria Reachel! She's not the best, but still a very good hamster owner and knows a lot about hamsters. THank you!😊
This is a lovely cage however it is still under the bare minimum for a hamster of any breed or size. If you have the money to buy a brand new acrylic aesthetic cage like that. I’m sure you can afford to get him something a bigger size. Otherwise, the enrichment is great.

Cute little cages are too small. Hamsters need big cages. They may be small. But thet will escape if they are in little cages. Chew their way out. Loving a hamster. Means giving it a good size cage. Like ikea detolf. Or savic plaza.
Hamsters need a bit of protein in their diet, so its best to also give your hamster dried mealworms you could get from the petstore like in the bird section

ii know youve already upgraded it but sadly 60cm isnt enough. Would shoot for 80cm onwards, i would recommend 100cm cage
