mine didnt perform well like before when i banged the top right corner not very hard but mid after tht it was lagging a little and not as smooth as before i would run 120-90 now is 90-40 idk i really need help i run diagnostic there was no problem i reformat/factory reset it still didnt worked

Can a dead battery affect my laptop performance?

Computer is updating for over 4 hours and I'm trying to get it to reset but think Microsoft update on windows 11 may have killed it.
Having 11 is a death sentence for any computer. Especially, when microsoft is spying on you through it.
