The Canes played about as well as I've seen a team play in the last few years. The played great defense but they took it to the Laffs all night offensively too.
This year...they actually played Samsonov after they placed him on waivers and nobody took him. The Leafs lost that game. I don't have high hopes they'll even make the playoffs this year.
