Lexis Nexis is also what the credit bureaus get their information from when you dispute something on your credit report on any of your accounts. If it is on there, it is verified, so if Lexis Nexis has inaccurate info, good luck getting your inaccurate items removed or corrected on the 3 credit reporting agencies. If you want your Lexis Nexis report, it is typically a couple hundred pages long, and has a lot of stuff about you that you probably never knew. Many financial institutions look at that report in lending decisions.
I did this and they where able to see my information the car insurance company I had applied for Nexislexis said this "Permissible Purposes are mandated by each state, therefore a consumer's state of residence determines what information is permissible to return." I was so piss off because in other words the freeze doesn't protect anything!
Yes even the overlooked - reporting towing as a claim loss. I even see with NON fault accidents being underwritten high premiums and denying coverage, even with good driving aged records (via CLUE REPORT). As I have experienced this myself...These are insurance cartels, and the whole purpose is to raise rates and the financial bottom line for them. There needs to be an insurance reform comprehensive consumer protection ACT.
Insurance company just sent me a CLUE report stating I had 5 "claims" and therefore was denied coverage. They are all $100 or less towing bills! Why are towing claims showing up as "Comprehensive Loss" since they are on this report, and how can I get them removed. I tried calling Lexis/Nexus, havent managed to get someone live on the phone? State Farm won't help.
Why is my "not at fault" auto claim impacting severely my rates. Police report places blame 100% on other driver who totalled two vehicles and put herself and my wife in hospital, me with non hospitalised stay injuries?
Just another way for them to make more money. It’s a huge greed scam. They are using anything they can to raise your rates. Not at fault accidents never affected your rates until recently.
LN said they could not dispute the Clue portion of my report. They have my brother, his truck, my ex sister in laws information in my clue report. Any suggestions?
I am and I want to know exactly how they’re allowed to use my name to falsely state information about my MVR ?? US federal government is responsible for allowing this to happen. I want a civil action suit brought against them all - advice on the process
lex nexis is a big pain in the ass, my insurance wont renew my boat because i got my license suspended due to partial vision loss. i reminded progressive ins, my wife is on that policy. made no difference. they wanted to start a new policy for her only. now if my wife are in the boat, and she has a medical emergency, im technically not allowed to drive the boat...im not insured to drive the boat back. the sales guy said we would make allowances for that. but when i asked to see that in the new policy, guess what it not in there, and he got irritated at me for asking for that on the new policy. yea right.
There was an individual who sued LexisNexis about being denied insurance and won.

@@RaminPopal-jm5sq IM GOING THROUGH THIS NOW
How do I get Lexisnexis to provide the report of any accidents? as they are autophone only
They also report tickets. How do you correct tickets being reported to insurance companies after they’ve been dismissed?
Contact your insurance and show them the verdict. It's how I did it.
