hi...i know this vids is quite old...in the future i wanna try to Teardown some stuff like this...what about if i using a Heat Gun blower to tear up the glue attouching each part. what do you think
I've opened up a Zealot S51 following your guide to replace the battery. It's the same design, but longer with 2 speakers. Only one 18650 cell that claims to be 1800mAh printed on a sticky paper... The passive radiator's glue was tough. I've tried alcohol and heating with a hairdrier. The alcohol helped a bit, the heat did nothing, I scraped the glue very carefully in circles with a tiny (watch repair) screwdriver then a guitar pick. Still on one part the plastic case was uneven, the rubber seemed to wrap around and the glue was like amber. Didn't budge. The rubber of the radiator was torn in 6mm, I don't even know when. This design is evil. It can't be opened non-destructively. Taking the two parts apart was also hard, at that point I just put all my strength into it and the thing like exploded, not much damage tho. There was some plastic insert around the radiator that was not in 2 parts somehow. Now it is 😀 The speaker still works, I'll put 2 battery cells into it with proper 3500mAh capacity. Assembly will probably be easy, the screws will hold it together. I try to fix the tear in the rubber with some tire repair glue or order a generic one from aliexpress. To glue the radiator back I'll use T8000 mobile phone glue.
@@TrickyboyLK Cheapo. The bass is better than some other chineese speakers, the high sounds aren't too good. But the most irritating is the loud startup sound saying "Welcome to use zealot products", that's a party breaker.
Dang, I wish I watch your video before I bought zealot speaker, now I regret bought it.. I bought this speaker to upgrade the battery.. I want to change it to 21700, but now it seems impossible. (mine is S46, not S32)
i have this bluetooth speaker. i thought it has 2 18650 battery considering how long it last. i wreck the power button recently this video will makes it easier thanks
Shame..... Sorry you lost passive radiator the price you pay for "teardowns" i shudder when start prizing but Taylor i love your breakdowns of all the bluetooth speakers " real and fake" you do it my favourite site for your that i thank you and always" like" ... and if 3 watt or 5 watt the S32 its a good speaker for the price !!
dude whata the effect of having a big magnet beneath the cone? btw this speaker rocks with the bass when placed in a open room i went down stair beneath my room is the kitchen and on the kitchen u can only hear its bass idk maybe its the passive radiator rocking because the bass is so good with this speaker compared to others
Just connect them in parallel, positive to positive, negative to negative. Voltage stays the same but the capacity increases, just not sure if it's going to fit though.
Welp the more thicker the passive radiator the deeper the bass if passive radiator is not thick enough it will move but the bass and treble is terrible
T&G Speakers have some thick passive radiators though but I don't hear any bass. The speaker drivers also have to be good or the passive radiators will just be for show. That's what I think, but I will be using a thick passive radiator to replace the original and put it to the test.
@@TaylorSoloaiJR yea! Also uhm dont put too much passive thickness or the hertz will get lower mine well My TG118 have some single layer of metal in passive radiator and i add 1 more single layer of metal in passive radiator now at betweem 40hz-60hz the passive radiator wont move anymore but if u play a music at 30hz-20hz it will move like a beast like JBL does!
Didn't realize it was 3 watts. This just says that the item description that they are advertising is a hoax. But 3 watts for that amount of bass for a speaker is amazing but the lifespan of the speaker driver will be short. Disappointing.
I appreciate you showing the measurements in inches also; most noob reviewers (which you are not) don't realize that the USA is the biggest market for views.
This (zealot s32) speaker, when connected via bluetooth on my android phone, and watching on zoom, it either disconnects and connect again after a few seconds, by the time it connects, the screen freezes or the voices goes robotics. Its frustrating especially when you are on a meeting via zoom and needs the speaker for projection. Have you experienced this? What remedy can be done to stabilize the connectivity?

Yes more cheaper if you do it
how will you repair the passive radiator? do a video of putting back the pieces together
I found one online that fits but its not thin like the original. Yeah, I'll make video for it. 👍
@@TaylorSoloaiJR better make more videos about t&g or fake jbl
Why is that s32 doesn't have recharging limit

Tarde buscando este video , por fin!! Yupii 🥳🥳🥳
S53 and s32 which is better bass ?
Can I connect it to the s51 model with the tws function?

The larger and stronger the magnet the more vibration the speaker makes.
can you make an unboxing video about the zealot S53 20w speaker? Thanks
If a lot of viewers ask for this review I will make it.
very nice teardown, 👍😉 thank you !
You know whats the measurement of th oassive radiator? I think i will be replacing the soeaker battery and radiator.
Where is the P??
What of the one with panel fault
How can i upgrade the speaker battery in 2 18650 without blowing the speaker board up
Just connect them in parallel, positive to positive, negative to negative. Voltage stays the same but the capacity increases, just not sure if it's going to fit though.
@@TaylorSoloaiJR because i tried in lipo 2x 1500mAh neg to neg pos to pos and my other zealot board exploaded because its 7.4v
@@TaylorSoloaiJR does it also applies to 18650?
Sounds to me you connected them in series not in parallel, that's how you got 7.4V
@@TaylorSoloaiJR hope u can make a video example for that cause i wanna do it carefully this time so it doesnt explode
how many inches of speakers
They are less than an inch
@@TaylorSoloaiJRUp to 2 inches?
Thanks for that tear down bro.
No worries
Awesome new speaker
Plz. review Zealot S39 Speaker Teardown
Name of the first song please
mine doeas not want to turn on. any fix?
It might just be a dead battery, but there's always the possibility of it being something different.
Great review! I have the Zealot s32 too and I was convinced that It was 5 watts, because Zealot states so. But It is a hoax, very disappointing.
Imagine if it was actually 5 watts.
@@TaylorSoloaiJR i wish It was actually 5 real watts, cause It is a great little speaker, bass and battery wise.

S32 orS30 better?
Need a Teardown video on Zealot S29
I'll try
hey man, my s32 does not play usb or 3,5 or sd mode, do you know why? great video
Have you tried using another USB drive?
@@TaylorSoloaiJR no man, it happens that I can't change the mode by double tapping the button, but i'll follow your advice, thanks!
You don't really have to double tap it if you turn it on first then plug in the USB. It should change it automatically without pressing the button.
@@TaylorSoloaiJR ohhhhh buddy that's true!!! thanksssssss, thumbs up
which sounds better? zealot s32 or tg113a
S32 sounds better to me but it's more expensive.
I almost bought this. Ty!
tip this board is configurable to stereo
Awesome brother 👍👍
Thank you!
Do you think the speaker is water proof?
Water resistant maybe yes but waterproof? No.
Can we bind this to another brand Bluetooth speaker ?
You can but it' won't work properly, it keeps disconnecting
Bro which is louder, s32 or jbl go?
Sorry I don't know, haven't tried testing those side by side
Hello sir is that empty area besides fits 1 more battery??
Yes, it should fit another 18650 battery, just make sure you have 2 x 18650 batteries that has the same capacity (mAh).
@@TaylorSoloaiJR ok thank you sir..
TG113! video please😂
I dont know why, but mine actually has 5 watts
Did you just buy it recently?
Maybe they saw my video and decided to put the actual 5 watts inside 😅
Didn't realize it was 3 watts. This just says that the item description that they are advertising is a hoax. But 3 watts for that amount of bass for a speaker is amazing but the lifespan of the speaker driver will be short. Disappointing.
I think they might have gotten the wording wrong, maybe it was supposed to be "output power is 5 watts"
I appreciate you showing the measurements in inches also; most noob reviewers (which you are not) don't realize that the USA is the biggest market for views.

I never tried using it in a online meeting, maybe try and use the aux port instead of bluetooth. Sometimes wired connections are better.
great
nice!!
Thank you! Cheers!
How to order this in INDIA 😅 Bro?
Sorry bro, I don't know.
❤️❤️❤️
I am a technical and I want to restore the sound
oh lol... on the shop specifications.. it says its 5 watts.. but its really 3 watts😂😂😂
Maybe the peak power of the speaker is 5W
Oh no! My speaker! 😭🤣
thanks for showing the tear down even though you ruin the passive speakers.
Thanks for the view
A speaker that is supposed to be 5W turns out to be 3W, what more need to be seen....don't think it's good.
it is good
