I own a 2023 Outback Touring and am happy with the whole car. The only thing that bothers me is the sometimes slight lagging when accelerating in order to get on the freeway. I had a Forester before and traded it in for the turbo which I am loving.

The only thing I agree on is the auto stop start other than that the lag doesn’t bother me at all 3:36

I have a 24 outback onyx. Touchscreen is a little slow, but doesn't bother me. I am happy at least the stop start button is right there. Apparently previous had to dig through a few screens to get to it.

24 subaru Crosstrek premium, things I dislike: 1. when my wife rolls down her window to get the mail, there is no time delay for the annoying beeping like my Lincoln mkx. By the time I back up the driveway it gets louder and louder. 2. The auto stop/ start function has to be manually turned to off every time you get in the car. 3. The heated seats and power seats are not standard. 4. A power lift gate is not standard. 5.OW-16 oil change is required every six months or six thousand miles. If you only have 2000 miles at six months, you have to change it. First car I have owned that did not go boo an oil minder oil change schedule.

Auto stop/start is like that in all brands, at least the ones we own. I was told that its a Federal rule if the car is test for mpg rating using it, it has to default to ON at startup.

My biggest complaint to Subaru is that they don't offer an Levoreg/WRX wagon in "MANUAL..... for the U.S.

I bought a 2024 Subaru Outback a few days ago and the salesperson said that soon the Auto Start Stop would be updated to allow car owners to turn it off completely, instead of each time you start up the vehicle. I'm really looking forward to that change.

The screen is what drove me to Honda. I can't believe they created this mess. I was a lifelong Subaru customer.
