"Steve Jobs was not the one who built the iPhone. Steve built the team that built the iPhone" That hit me like a ton of bricks! This Presentation is absolutely Gold!
- The speaker shares their experience of scaling businesses to 100 million in sales using other people's skills. - They emphasize the importance of having the right people (the "who"), the right strategies and systems (the "what"), and the right processes (the "how") to scale a business. - They share their journey of starting a company and struggling to scale it until they realized the importance of talent acquisition. - The speaker provides insights and tactics for effective talent acquisition, including specific job titles, avoiding abbreviations, and speaking from a place of assuming nobody knows about the job. - They discuss the distribution of job ads, highlighting the limitations of relying solely on personal networks and the benefits of cold reach-outs. - The speaker introduces the Value Acceleration Method (VAN), a proprietary process used by their company to teach businesses how to scale effectively. - They provide success metrics from businesses that have implemented the VAN, showcasing significant revenue and profit growth. - The video concludes with the importance of finding the right people to help build one's business and the role of a leader in talent acquisition.
I love how relatable you guys are. I mostly hear about the success of building a business, not the many failures, frustrations, and mistakes that go with it. Makes me think that I can do this. Been trying to build one on my own and I'm hoping this would become a success. Thanks for being an inspiration!
This is Absolute GOLD! Thanks for sharing! Can't wait for the next 2 bits of the VAN process, you guys are really doing something no one else is for the community, Big praise for that, keep rocking!
Your a gem to the world Leila. I remember Hormozi saying that your either dating a cheerleader or a running partner. Looking at you & Alex function inspires me to only settle for a go getter woman. I settled 3 years of my life dating a girl who was my biggest cheerleader. She was perfect but things never felt quite right. You & Alex Hormozi have such a way of putting things into perspective. I Love that God created both of you.
thanks for sharing this quote - the cheerleader vs running partner that's super helpful to identify the difference! Also love that they were both created, happy birthday leila!! best free content out there
You’re never “ settling “ when you have a running partner! You’re refusing to settle for less than you deserve ! It’s not easy to encounter the running partner! But when you do, never let her go!! And crush it!! ❤
Refreshing to see a different take on this. Many men on social media keep trying to dismiss the “boss babe” saying she isn’t feminine enough and that women need to stop being ambitious career women. The boss babe isn’t for everyone but, very specific highly ambitious men will see her value.
I love this video. Thank you, Leila. You're a true world-class achiever and I'm working to be a better operator. Thanks for all your good will. It will pay dividends!
Descriptions like rockstar and similar or hiding salary range, including negative terns when expressing expectations, not including salary range will scare away any young talent that has options because it sounds abusive and like a bad work environment, not a place where you can thrive and grow! Same counts for bad application fill out platforms people who have skills and options will run away, knowing that there is probably so much competition and hr is so incompetent that they rather write 1O other recruiters instead for wasting their time on something that sounds like toxic crap with no growth opportunities in the first place. You want great people, be great!
Teaching our international post grad students how to apply and interview and realise it’s a 2 way street to find the right company first then a starting role that opens opportunities for their futures Adds mentorship and support to grow them and their results So good will share with my students Thankyou for honesty
Highing A-level players will make all the difference for your business. A great funnel on the front end for this process will save you a lot of time and money. Great content, as always!
I just started my cleaning business and have million dollar ides to get patent for my business I would love to get the skills to grow my business into a million dollar really billion dollar company coming from the healthcare industry I love helping others and need help to succeed but I been binge watching Alex videos and just found yours Thank you for entrepreneurs like you guys !
Even just hiring for a basic production worker job is a pain in the ass, so many awful candidates out there. But what to do when you’ve got no money for hiring? Our sales are 📈 in winter and 📉 in summer
😂 she definitely named the video cause of the 10:41 second mark lol!!! I think she is awesome and I especially adore her sarcastic wit. Thank you for great content mama.
Great content! Some feedback walking too much pacing lots. Eyes are getting tired going back and forth. Could keep one side to stay on when talking about stuff and then the other side walk to and stay there when you hit the point home
There are only two people in the world I don't mind hearing expletives from. Leila Hormozi and Gary Vee. Why? Because both of them have hearts of gold.
Just a question Leila. Of course you learned all of these things by doing them over and over and over, but have you ever read or study a book or course about Interviewing, Human Resources, culture building inside of a company (for employees) ?
Very good presentation. Could really take something and have actually discovered things about me that I can and should improve. Thanks for the input 🔥🔥
Hi Leila! I was wondering if you would ever be open to sharing your framework and process for building out keynotes like this? I love these videos and the old videos of you doing the screenshare keynotes. So effective. I would like to expand my skillset in this area because it is so effective in both breaking belief patterns and delivering actionable tactics. Thank you! Appreciate you!
You gotta realize when you make 400k per month, your also embracing large amounts of chaos complexity bullshit that never ends. Like a monster you cant escape.
True, lets step back and look back at the situation for what it is. First: Your born into a system that values this no matter what. Even if your parents teach you different it's still surrounded by our direct environment that influence us directly. Bringing the mindset, if you decide to be good the game that's in front of you, not a fair choice, because its limited. It's natural to measure success in this way you mentioned but, not morally correct, necessarily and I agree with you. Any ideas on how to reverse or fix this? just curious, and not sarcastically.
TL:DR manipulate and use others, includes employees and customers, convince and recruit talent to work for about 10% of the value they will provide. Be sure to take credit and profit off their results.

@@SageLazuliyes, could not agree more. Not for everyone and can intimidate and turn men off. It’s a shame
Alex is BLESSED

This is great
If a business owner makes $1,000,000 in revenue. What percentage of that would become personal profit?
Depends on the type of business and stage of the business
10/10 value
It seems like the ONLY measurement of “success” is greed and money 💰 these days.
