I am a video editor and making a 29-minute-video THIS engaging is absolutely insane. I can't imagine the ammount of work the editor of this video put into it. Kudos to him and/or the team
as an editor myself I feel like editing is only half of the job the other half is the story told in the raw video if the raw video is crap then no matter how good of an editor u are it will be worthless. I worked with someone who had the most boring videos ever and tried my best to make them atleast a bit interesting but it didnt work so kudos to both the editor and Leila
@@elina-ru9mf That's very true! I think we all have struggled with that. The way I tried to fix it was helping them craft their scripts or at least give them a framework, usually helped both them and me. Thank God I now only work with short-form content and most creators are extremely aware of the importance of a good script in that medium
This was brilliant. Alex and Leila are like a super team. All this at 23! Bloody hell. Some people are machines. Beast mode all day! I am sure mentors as well as experience made a huge different.
This is a great reminder that it is possible to reach your goals if you stay focused and engineer environments for success. Thank you for sharing your story!!
Thanks for this Leila, so honest and frank. You are so frill-less which makes you so relatelable. From listening to Alex for years now, I never got the sense that starting gym launch was such "fraught" journey. Tnx for showing that y'all are just as real and flawed as us 😊❤.
I always come back to this video when I feel demotivated, and hearing your story always inspires me to get up and keep going. Thank you so much, Leila!
One of the best RUclips videos I have watched in many years. I’m an accountant and I own my own business and I have to say you are very inspirational Leyla!!! I love your content!!!
This is your best video so far, because you also share the struggles and the mistakes, so we can clearly see the chaotic path leading from 1 success to the other through trials and errors. Now im less scared at starting and fucking it up because anyway this is normal part of the process.
This was an excellent piece of content. I learned a lot, gained perspective, and really enjoyed the format. I am very fortunate to have been introduced to your videos. They are incredibly valuable.
Leila, thank you for CONSTANTLY reminding us that: We all have a story to tell and every single person watching this is capable of getting to the MILLIONS if they truly apply themselves. Your channel really shows that if you apply consistency and discipline over time, you can build an empire. Hopefully everyone can see that you can come from anywhere and still make it. Keep making moves people.
Leila after discovering your channel, you have become such an inspiration for me to build a better life for myself as a 19 year old girl . Thank you for sharing your business journey ❤❤
At first, I admit I had some judgment towards you, but WOW, I absolutely love your content now, and it has made a tremendous impact on my life. Thank you sincerely for all the care and support you provide to people like me who are striving to reach the next level. Your help means the world to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
@@pinksugaar I think we all judge people, if the person admits it online and for all to see and express its admiration , when you say to quit judging, its you that are judging also. Its a process for all of us. Best wishes with love
I worked at Subway too. My owners were reasonable but it was all business relationship with no personal connection of belonging there. The one thing that made me quit was some of the rude repeat customers that came to talk down at me and to ridicule me especially in front of other customers. However, on the brightside I learned the skill of how to cashier handling money and got free food during rough times. Leila, your story is so inspiring I've saved this video in the library folder.
My husband loves watching your husband’s work, and I’ve only just discovered your work… your recent video on women of impact deeply inspired me. I am so thankful for everything you’re doing! We have been in that “suck season” building our channel (caribeswim) and business from scratch (your start up story is so similar and I know there’s a light at the end of the tunnel!) and your content has invigorated me. Thank you thank you thank you for being so authentic, honest and BAD A**. ❤ Sincerely, a new raving fan!
Rich, beautiful and smart. I only hope you're also happy and grateful, just the perfect human being (Even though humans are not perfect, the word itself is a limitation of the limitless complexity of the real concept where imperfection is part of it).
1. Get a job any job 2. Change your environment to make you bad habits harder 3. Choose the hardest job to push your limits 4. Dated Alex of Gym Launch 5. Sell the Secret to Selling! 6. Hey Leila! Hope you are well, love your content as always. I had you on the my show not too long ago. I’d love to do a part 2 would you be available for another 30 minute episode!? Let me know
Moved to CA. Met Alex. 3 seconds in y'all know her $100,000,000 story. Not to denigrate her. I've watched 4 of her videos after watching a few of Alex. She isn't 100mil w/out him. After a year of working her "manager" suggested dating. Like....come on.
I have a question! When you take on businesses, do the business owners announce to their employees "We've joined Aquisition" and that cause the employees to work harder, or do you keep your involvement secret to a certain extent and work it through the top down?
We need more women in.leadership Leila for women by women to inspire their lives, your amazing life changes women with all you have given us happy to discover you and your husband Alex changes lives forever and ever.
This is truly inspiring to be so successful at age 29. I am 38 unemployed female, but I don`t give up and continue to search for a great job!
Me too, 24 here and sometimes it's so frustrating, but I won't lose hope.

Cute pics. Lots to be learnt in the service industry. I find shite jobs are good motivators too e.g definitely not that life path.
