I saw Dawn Of The Dead in theaters with my dad and was shocked. I ranted to my dad why he didn't take me to see movies like this. And he answered there are no movies like this.🤔
Killer Klowns 🤦🏻♂️ sigh lol well, I’m gonna have to learn to live without it, but that steelbook would’ve been awfully tempting the moment I knew it was available. I actually see it’s still is available but I can’t justify the $76.00 CAD cost on it. I realize the Canadian dollar isn’t worth as much as the US even though at one point a few years back, they were about even and have been before. But for comparison, it feels like $76 US can you imagine paying that for one steelbook? Typically around here we pay between $40 and $50 for a steelbook usually low 40s for a typical Best Buy release. But man $76? I enjoy the film a lot, but that’s too steep despite how cool looking of a steelbook it is. Definitely would love to have it in my collection because that IS a sweet looking Steelbook but I can’t justify it lol

Iger stated he went on a canceling spree though he tends to lie to get stock holders excited. There's a good chance he might get fired if we're lucky. I'm kind of surprised about the release of Orphan. I think it's already been on bluray. Lost Souls explains a lot about the movie. I never even heard about that new Gretel and Hansel. I'm curious about the 4k quality on Killer Klowns. I still don't have a 4k player. I've never seen any of the four Severin releases. Very cool about the Carpenter music! Also cool about Dawn. I'm just glad season two of Andor is being made. I am curious on the 4K of Killer Klown but I think it should look really good. It has the potential to anyway. The Severin films are good especially Cathy's Curse and Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker. Worth seeing if you can. I am so excited about the new John Carpenter album. I loved the last three of the Lost Themes. Always set a good mood especially when I'm writing.

I pre-ordered the same bundle of Killer Klowns from outer space as you did. For the same exact reason the artwork on the other slip cover looks to cool to pass up. I go it because I love the movie an I already got it on DVD and Blu-ray. But there is some things that don't look or function in a good way with them. The only problem with the DVD is the artwork they have a creepy looking klown on it. Like take the original Pennywise by Dancing Clown from the original it mini series. Then age it then dirty it up then you will have a idea of what I'm talking about. Then the Blu-ray has the same artwork as the DVD. By the way the sites did not show that as the artwork for them. They showed the original artwork from the original movie poster. Then the Blu-ray starts playing the movie as soon as it's loaded. Then all you can do is only pause the movie you can't stop it then when the movie ends. It immediately starts playing the movie again. So it's a infinite Loop the movie starts it stops and starts again and stops again Non-Stop. The only way to access the menu is through a pop-up menu. Wich has to be done with the movie playing in the background. Because if you pause the movie the pop up menu will not come up. So basically the Blu-ray is super inconvenient to use It was a MGM release. So I'm upgrading to a much better an more functional version of a Blu-ray version of the movie.

Just got ALIENS 4k today and am blown away by it. The picture couldn’t be better. Hardly any grain, great detail, color timing , brightness, color saturation. I’m 45 minutes in and am just amazed at pic quality. Sound is great too. Interested to hear your opinion on it. For me it’s a contender for best UHD release of the year, especially considering its age.
That is great to hear! I just got mine in but haven't watched it yet. I did watch and review The Abyss and I had some issues with the picture on that one. But the sound was amazing. I'm hoping to watch both 4K's of Aliens and True Lies this weekend. Haven't seen True Lies in forever.
I just found out about the Dawn 45 screening (from your video). It's playing a fairly close to me but it's already sold out! Apparently it's one night only with a single showing. Oh well, at least I'm seeing Argento's "Inferno" tomorrow at midnight in 35mm.
Oh wow! Hopefully they show it again. I'm hoping more showings pop up in the fall. I know the one by me isn't really near me and on a night I can't go. So awesome you are seeing Inferno! That has to have been amazing seeing it in 35mm.
A major missed opportunity by Scream Factory not to release The Orphan in 4K. That's one of the best horror films in the 2000s decade in my opinion. I wonder if was a licensing issue maybe??
I was thinking the same thing and from what I understand it was a licensing issue and they only had rights for the Blu-ray. I think the same thing happened with some of their other recent Blu-rays. Some of them should have been 4K but were only licensed to them for Blu-ray.
So far, Dawn is showing NOWHERE in my state. But, we have a ton of Emagine theaters. They're putting it out in some theaters. Fingers crossed it will come to a place near me.
I hope it does play near you. So far some of the screenings on the website are only over the next few months but I'm hoping a lot more will be added this fall. I want to see it again in a theater and hoping it plays again since I can't make the screening here coming up.

Yep Code Red did a dvd and a bluray of Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker. Then did a bluray of The Great Alligator. I believe Code Red did the last on camera interview with Susan Tyrell right before she died. :*(

I would have been happy with a new Blu-ray of Butcher Baker but so happy it's actually getting a 4K upgrade. Such an underrated film. I want to see Dawn again in the theater. The one showing by me isn't really near me and on a night I can't go so I'm crossing my fingers more screenings get added maybe in the fall.

Severin is really putting out some great titles lately. I definitely went with the bundle here. I want all of them. I wish that Scream Factory would include the soundtrack with some releases. I know Waxwork Records put out the soundtrack but I think it sold out so I wonder if a deal could have been done.

When I first looked for the Klowns steel on the Shout site, all packages featuring the steel were showing as sold out. Since all I wanted was the steelbook, I jumped over to Diabolik and had no issues ordering it there. I have seen Dawn in a theater, back when I was 14. My friend's dad took us to see it and we all had a great time.

I have seen it three times in the theater but the first two were just DVD's being screened and then the 3D version like two years ago. I'm hoping I can see it again this year. I'm glad I got this one out today. I originally wasn't going to be able to record anything but my schedule changed at the last minute. This one took awhile. I think it took over 5 hours from start to finish. One of the longer ones recently.

Butcher, baker nightmare maker looks good since it's getting a 4k release and I would love to see Dawn of the Dead in the movie theater.

Dawn of the Dead will be playing at Cinemark at the Monroeville Mall, the birthplace. It's not far from me, so I'd like to see it there.
