Thanx a bunch!! Just did my 03 Durango and it was a breeze with this vid. Even with buying the pump and gauges it still only cost around $200. Shop wanted close to $600. And now I own the tools.
I'm glad this video was useful to you! If there are any other procedures or useful tips we can provide please let us know. We r here to help! Ps. Sorry we haven't posted any recent videos. The company has been super busy!
Pro HID what does it mean when i put the hose on to recharge my ac and the needle jumps back n forth everytime the clutch clicks? My ac blows really warm and its hot outside. So your help is really appreciated. Ps its a 99 dodge durango thx
Wouldn't it be a better idea to throttle the refrigerant into the high side behind the condenser since on the low side the suction line would go right into the compressor with liquid refrigerant?
if you left your manifold gauges closed after turning the pump off, you are only leak testing the manifold, the AC system has been isolated from the manifold.
You're dead wrong, the gauges will still read the pressure/vacuum in the hoses. The valves only connect the high and low sides to the yellow service hose. If you left them open all you'd do is let air back in through the pump.
Hey Pro HID, is the procedure the same for recharging a new system. It looks like on my 03 Durango that I will be replacing the pump, dryer ect.. Thanks for the video.
I think that you should have to say that you should keep your hoses away from the AC hoses and the motor I was getting all kinds of crazy reads because the low side was heated up.
You should never use stop leak in an a/c system like was used in this video. All that stuff does is gum up things like orifice tubes, expansion valves, screens, etc. It's also worth mentioning that you need to be careful not to slug (hydrolock) the compressor with too much liquid at once when filling.
Hello I had one problem I bought new compressor I fitted the temperature go's up inside the temperature is in 18 degree wat should b the problem I charge gas 600 germs
More often than not "they'll" recover the refrigerant for free? Everyone says this. No one ever gives examples of who. I've yet to find a company that does it for free.
This guy did this video for FREE to help other people! Why would you complain about such a trivial thing? If you listened to his comment, he did allude to the fact that it may not be free. Look for the good. It is much easier on you!
@@therealestateresource lol, a reply to something from 4 years ago and you totally kissed the point which wasnt a complaint...... well to someone as non understanding as you I guess it would be interrupted as complaint....... move along little man, move along.
Thank you for your video. I didn't have any leaks in my 2004 Dodge Dakota. I saved a lot of money because of you.
Very clear instructions and great tips. To the point covering all the bases. Great video coverage. Glad I found this one to follow
Best video ever!!!🔥🔥🔥

Very important to show were on the gauge is the correct low side pressure.
Thanks a million 😁

The cans show how many grams in each one (340g). 1.11Kg = 1110g. No need to convert back and forth.
