- Want to know the TW200 Horsepower and Torque numbers? I load my TW200 on the dyno and find just how much horsepower and torque this little machine can dish out! We all know the TW200 is a beasty machine, will this prove it?
I'm running the Dunlop K180's during this test. If you want these for your TW200 you can find them here: www.rockymount...

A HUGE Thank You to Jeff @ Blackball Powersports for humoring me and setting his Dyno up for the TW! If you need anything for your bike make sure you hit him up at 801-785-3966!
Next you should jet it and pipe it and air filter and then dyno again to see how much gain. Also would shorter or taller gearing change the HP and TQ numbers?
@@LTZ400Mark That was a thought for sure. This'll give me a baseline for anything else I do to the bike. I'll take my other TW that has taller gearing to see if it'll be different. I don't think it will, but it sure takes off better than this one!
This was definitely the coolest thing I've seen today. And even more impressive that she'll hit 70 with the right sprocket, doesn't need a buttload of power.
Thanks Justin, I am glad you liked it! It was a lot of fun making this one.
Really interesting and cool test!
Thought about 10 or so horsepower…. 13 was a surprise! Like it’s been suggested, pipes, airbox, Jarvis jet alterations would be interesting… wonder the change in hp with each alteration made
Thanks again for a cool blog!
What is the highest HP you got on a modified TW?😊
I did this at a local bike shop a few years ago with my 2012 TW. Was 12.5HP and 8.5FT.Lbs stock with 1500 miles on it. I added the DynoJet carb kit to it with a FMF pipe (Cost was $450 for both) and it then did 15HP and 12FT.Lbs. Not much on paper, but big increase in "seat of the pants" feel on the bike. Was a lot more fun for the $$$ spent!
I have thought of adding the FMF pipe to the bike and seeing what it'll do. I'm more a fan of the FMF just from dirt bike background.
@@MOBStreet83I wanted to see the horse power difference with new pipe and jet
The difference between 8.5 and 12 is huge. Over 60%
I guessed 12 so I was actually pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t seem like much but I think it’s part of what makes the bike fun. Sure more horsepower is always cool but it also depends on what you are doing with it. I really enjoy mine!
Good guess! It's like they say, it's more fun to ride a slow bike fast than a fast bike slow. I think this little bike has plenty for what it is and I am with you, I have had a great time with it.
My KTM 450EXC supposedly has 55hp, I use about 13 of it. In super moto set-up on the street, yes I will ring it out. For its intended use, a XT250 or TW200 would better suit me. I keep the KTM since I paid cash for it and have had it for 10 years, really no other reason. I am seriously looking at selling and getting a TW200 or XT250, I would use them a lot more
@Michael Conran Ever do it? I'm 42 now and I've owned 2 of these, first when I was 15, second when I was 22. Now I have a CRF300 and I'm back craving one of these again. I cannot get this bike out of my heart. It's legendary to me. There's something magical about this little tractor. Besides, you can only put so much power down before it's just wheelspin.
No expectations but perfect in my mind! Always great videos!
Same with me! I really didn't think it would do as well as it did or that it would rev as high as it did! This one was a lot of fun!
no !! why it would be not correct to test dyno that kind of bike. when you are interested in a bike, no matter what it is , if someone did it , you happy to see it. Thank you very much to have done it, and continu to do all kind of bike. Thanks again body !!!!
Thanks Syd! I had a lot of fun making this video!
Thanks! I couldn't find this anywhere else.
No worries!! I had a blast with this one!
This was a excellent post I'm glad you did that. I was curious
Good! I'm glad you like it. Thanks for watching!
I guessed 15. I had a 2009 Honda CRF 230L, Put a Canister delete on it, opened up airbox and Modified stock exhaust. Felt like power literally doubled. It obviously didn't, but power was cleaner and crisper throughout the power range. I bet an exhaust, carb tune and canister delete, will give a sweet boost. I watch a lot of motorcycle videos, many doing dyno runs, this was by far the most interesting. I belong to a lot of Harley pages, mostly M8 ones, many post dyno numbers, why? compensation, it is a Harley, not a Ducati. Thanks for doing this.
Pretty close! If I were at a lower elevation I think it would be a bit higher. I have had someone tell me to get a new carb, filter and add the DG exhaust and it'll feel like a new bike. I wasn't really worried about the hp of the TW but I thought it would be fun to throw it on the dyno and see what it'll do. We did a 4th gear pull to see if it would make a difference for those that have the 52+ tooth sprockets and then the 5th gear pull for those with stock gearing. I couldn't believe it wound up to 8,000 rpm! I had a blast doing this one, so I might have to make some changes and do it again!
Amazing what you can do with the TW. I love mine. You always have well thought out , informative videos. Keep up the good work.
No joke!! There are loads of places I have taken it so far. This video shows a bit of it: ruclips.net/video/mQVnJQqSKY8/видео.html They are a ton of fun and extremely versatile.
15 stock
FMF Pipe , jet kit
BIG IMPROVEMENT ❤
If you can find the FMF for it anymore. I called them last year and they said they are so far behind that they are only making pipes for the popular bikes.
@@MOBStreet83 Darn , TW not popular? LOL
Horses was right on the money, but torque had me a bit surprised. As TW rider I thought it has more torque, but then again I live at sea level.
You're absolutely damn right it was a fun video 😎👍👍👍
Nice!! I would love to have these at sea level to see what difference it would make. I know my car runs a lot better when I am on the coast, I think the bike would have a bit more grunt as well. Thanks for watching, I am glad you liked it!
all the power of a 125 cc bike
It’s building data. Data is necessary in all endeavors. Excellent video.
Excellent way of looking at it. It was some of the most fun data I have ever collected!
Thanks for this one Mob Street! Interesting. I'm learning to ride on a 2018. I'm moldy out of the box at almost 50 yrs old, but I'm having a blast on my own TDUB! I'm down here at 800-900 ft sea level. Probably 1 or 2 more horses? Now that I have really started to feel comfortable on mine, I think most folks are going the wrong way with gearing changes. Will probably buy a much more powerful bike to go faster sometime, and put a setup like 14/55 or 14/60 on the TDUB (it's a keeper). Great video and no, I don't think it was a bad idea to Dyno. Best way to get the truth is usually to find out for yourself! Credible proof there 13 horses of fun folks!
Hey John! I'm glad your liking the bike. My father in law just got his and he's just over 60 years old. He's just cruising around town on it. Yeah I would think that at lower altitude you'd have a bit more power. I'm with you, don't need to go too fast on it. That's what my Harley is for. Nothing but a good time on this bike! Thanks for watching and for the comment! All the best. Matt
Hey Matt! Fun information to have. BTW, I just got a call from my local Yamaha dealer. My 2022 TW should be here in November. Thought you and others who are waiting may want to know.
Thanks for watching! That's good to hear that you have a date on the new Tdub! My father in law still has his on order and hasn't heard anything since February.
Thanks for this Matt - I figured 16hp and about 12hp at the rear wheel.
You bet! I had a blast making this one!
You are right Matt . I have never seen any videos or would have thought to put one on a dyno lol . Great video man
Thanks Man!! I gotta think of new things to make sure I keep up with you and my riding skills ain't as good as yours yet! Congrats on hitting 2,000 subs, You're knocking it out the park.
New sub, love the TW200. Very cool to see your experiment.
Thanks for subbing and for the comment! I love the TW and I have a lot more coming up on it. That Kennesaw Mountain Cruise video looks like it would be a great time on the TW!
Modify the opening of the air box shim the needle and fatten up pilot jet also drill a couple holes next to outlet of muffler for additional power. I briefly installed 28 mm flat slide carburetor and that really woke it up .! 30mm probably would work better and keep valves adjusted…have fun
Good to know! You said you "briefly" installed a 28mm slide carb.....why only briefly? Thanks for the insight though, I appreciate it!
Thx for this great video... thinking of getting a tw200... for trails only.
Hey Jean-Yves! Thanks for watching. I am really glad you liked the video. The TW is great for trails as long as they are not super technical. The suspension travel on these are only 6.3" in the front and 5.9" in the rear. I've taken it all over the place though and I haven't had any issues yet!
I am considering the TW as a dirt road mountain rider. Good to know the numbers at elevation. Thanks.
Hey Bill! Thanks for watching and for the comment. I ride mine in the hill here in Utah all the time and I live at 6,000' I have ridden from 4,200' to 9,200 without any issues with jetting so far.
My initial thought was 15hp, but 13 isn't bad at all for what it is, especially being able to change sprockets and gear it down. My Rokon has about seven HP, but that thing will go just about anywhere mainly due to the gearing.
Good thought on the hp! My buddy had a Rokon and that sucker would definitely climb. You're right, gearing makes a huge change.
Yep.. my ROKON has ?? 6.5 HP ..
Will climb a tree
The TW's are jetted extremely lean from the factory to meet US emission standards. Put a DynoJet carb kit in it and you'll pick up 2HP and the engine will run MUCH cooler and last MUCH longer.
Good to know! I am at 6,000' and I haven't had it hiccup once. I will check out the carb kit though! Thanks!
Probably runs great at my 6500 k elevation
The TW will teach you things with it's limited power,.
Things like you loose a mile per hour if your jacket is unzipped, or your chain is slightly out of adjustment, For me , I loose a MPH when I open my mouth on a cool day! Tire pressure is big on this wonderful little donkey of a bike too. Thanks for doing this!
Ride Well!
Hey James! Great points on everything. But I love this bike for all sorts of things and this video was a blast to make since I hadn't seen anyone do a dyno run on the mighty Tdub. Thanks again for watching and for the comment!
Very cool video. That result is 13 horsepower, but that is at the wheel after the horsepower loss going thru the drivetrain so that little motor is putting out more than 13 hp at the crankshaft!
Yep!! I had a blast making this video. I haven't ever seen anyone put a Tdub and just wanted to see what it would do. It's a great little bike.
I wag'd 18hp. Boy was I wrong. Good, no, great video idea, and well done. Thanks.
What I like is that the TW200 if fun by way of travel, not horsepower. Tough, cheap, super super fun.
Hey David!! Thanks for watching. I had a blast with this video because I wasn't worried about the power output at all, I was just having a good time. I agree, Tough, Cheap and a good time. Thanks again!
TW Dyno Day!!!!
Great content! Look at the torque (curve) like a table. So tractable!!
We have 2, 07' and 14' If we were close Id like to get in on a dyno day, hell yeah!
But the ride would take a month, hahah! (Oregon)
I would love to see the 19 on the wheel, and some mods? Pipe?
Thanks Matt!
Thanks!! I am glad you liked it. We did two different runs on there. We did a 4th gear run, to show what the 2019 would've been like with the 52t sprocket. Then we did the fifth gear run to show what the stock 50t would do. The two lines were pretty much on top of each other so both bikes would've turned darn near the same numbers. I am thinking of adding the FMF pipe on there to see what difference it would make, just haven't bought it yet. I'd ride my TW to Oregon! Gotta quit my day job and have this channel support me to get out there.
Would be cool to see this tested again after jetting the carb (if you ever end up jetting the carb)
I haven't needed to jet the carb yet, but with and intake and new exhaust I will have to do that.
Little less than expected, especially the torque, at least we got gears!
Yep! Crazy thing is, it could have revved more! But, that's not why we buy the TW's.
I got impatient and was going to buy Chinese. But 2 more weeks and I'm going get a Tdub.
Been wanting one for years. I'm not a fan of CV carbs, but it will do for now.
Patience is a virtue, especially with the TW! These things are awesome and I haven't regretted mine once! The CV carb hasn't been an issue with mine yet and I have been from 4,000' to 10,000' with it and now issues. I think it'll be worth the wait. Not to mention, they are great Bigfoot searching machines!
Yamaha say 16, so guess that's at the engine not rear wheel. Fun test!
Yeah, I know they do. But, I am also at 4,200' in this video, so it could be more at sea level.
I guessed 15 hp. Maybe it could at sea level. I have owned a TW and they are remarkable bikes for what you can do with them.
Good guess! Yamaha says it's 16hp so I'm pretty happy with the results. I think at sea level it could post those numbers. I Love this bike!
That test was both scientific and funny! I was guessing about 15 hp.
Thanks Steve! I had a really fun time making this one! Thanks for subbing to the channel as well, I really appreciate it!
I guessed 9.25 so I was pleasantly surprised when you said 13 HP !
Yep! She's a powerhouse! 🤣 Not a lot, but still a blast to ride!
Inspired me to get the TW out and ride today!
Sweet!! I'm glad it helped. Gonna go out and work on mine in a bit. Hopefully it was a good ride!
Love your videos Matt , but I didn't know a dyno could go so low .
Thanks David! I didn't know that you could rev the TW to 8,000rpm! I never thought about whether or not the horsepower would register on the Dyno....😂
Well I guess I can't blame my neck pain on taking the '19 on a short rip a bit ago then. Anywho...great idea for content!
You could, if you wanted to.........but, you rode it at your own risk! 😂
How about changing the muffler and opening the air box. It would be interesting to see if it is worth the time and money
Yep, I have been tossing that idea around and just trying to figure out which route I want to go. Any suggestions?
cool vid! I would have guessed a bit higher. I was SURE you did some mod before the vid.
Nope, the only thing I did was swap the tires. I was pretty happy with what it was and I was surprised at the numbers as well.
I think it is very valuable.
Be good to see what you can do to make power.
Like one of those efi kits there starting to sell.
Or a Lectron or smart carb corborator ?
Maybe a big bore kit and higher compression pistons and do a little head porting.
Would it make enough of a difference?
I mean it’s a extraordinarily simple little air cooled engine. So many people could do these modifications themselves minus the Machining. Does efi give power ? Do they work? Does it even run better or get more mpg? And same with the fancy aftermarket metering rod carbs, so also no jets to get plugged or need to change out with elevation.
Then the engine stuff. And maybe aftermarket exhaust and intake?
Can you put a stroker crank in ?
Idk but would be Awsome to find out!!
I mean what if there is a easy way to make like only 2-3 more peak hp, but average 1-2hp over the rev range. That would make a HUGE seat of the pants difference!
Hey Hunter! Thanks for the great comment. As far as upgrades go, I have thought about the Lectron carb and intake and exhaust. As far as big bore kits or larger pistons, the cylinder wall is too thin as it is and there isn't any room to bore them out at all. There has to be a way to get a bit more out of them, but I haven't jumped too far into it yet.
Thanks Matt, that was very interesting! I guess 12h 10 T.
Good guessing!! That was pretty dang close to actual!
My guess was 15 hp. I was optimistic. I would still like to get a TW sometime.
Hey Robert! Good guess. They are still a blast to ride and will take you all over the place. They are worth buying. Thanks for watching and for the comment.
Thanks for the Vid, I found it hilarious to dyno the TW. We have a 2021 and definitely don't consider it a HP beast. LOL
No worries!! I had a great time making this one and found it kinda hilarious myself since you don't really associate a Tdub with a dyno.
Time to try this test with a new FMF!
No Joke!! Did you end up getting one?
@@MOBStreet83 Still making repairs since my last ride. You will be the first to know!
I might need to get one as well!
Hello Matt, great idea to put the Tdub on a dyno. Just wondering if you checked the noise level as well. How many dB did you get? I am trying to make mine quieter. Any ideas? (would be a video project for you...)🤔
Hey! You know, that is a great question. It still has the stock exhaust so I didn't even think of that. I will have to see what I can do!
Runs like a tractor, not a sprint car. Actually impressive. Could probably chug along all types of terrain without breaking a sweat.
And that's why I like it! Geared and reliable as a tractor as well! This thing is sweet. I've had it on all sorts of terrain so far and it has done it all. Here's the video with it: ruclips.net/video/mQVnJQqSKY8/видео.html
@@MOBStreet83 Good video, thumbs up.
I can be in first gear and crawl around at walking speed with the clutch fully released
Blows the socks off a mini bike with Briggs and Stratton!
And it's street legal as well!
Just catching up on some of your videos. I guessed 12 hp without considering temps and elevation. So I guess it outperformed my expectations. Where I live on the east coast of 🇨🇦 at sea level and 99% of the time cooler temps I’m sure it would do at least a couple hp better.
Hey Gary! I was pretty surprised at the numbers. I was really happy with the torque curve though. I think it would be a few more at lower elevation and temps like you said. Easier to breath at sea level!
@@MOBStreet83 According to the numbers I googled you’re down close to 20% just on altitude.
I don't doubt it. It hasn't given me any issues yet though! I need to get out towards the coast so I can see what the difference feels like.
Great job 👍
Thanks Mark!
Good video, but i' d have been more happy if you had showed the "power and torque graphic at 4:22" closer and more visible on your video...
Thanks for letting me know. I want to do a few things to it and then I will have it on the dyno again and I will make sure to show those numbers. Thanks for watching!
@@MOBStreet83 Ok!...Thanks for answering...I appretiate...
Hey Matt I’ve been watching all of your Tdub videos in getting hyped up to buy one of my own (been wanting one since 2015!) I finally got my hands on a 2022 with 60miles, although it looked new it did not run well but I took apart the carb and cleaned the idle jet, now she’s perfect (does this happen often?). My question is what experience do you have with aftermarket exhaust? Do you need to do a re-jet and does it improve performance or will I regret it? Love your videos !…and want to start my own Tdub click up here in New England
Hey Frankie! I don't have any with my bikes, but all other bikes I have installed exhaust on has needed some sort of adjustment. So, I'd just plan on it if it something you wanna add. I have been wanting to install the FMF on mine but haven't been able to find one yet. Bradley Performance has one that I might look into.
196cc "beast mode"...
I giggled.
You and me both! I was smiling through this whole thing. Who would ever have thought to put a TW on the Dyno? 😂
Nice. Thanks
You bet! Thanks for watching!
Awesome!
If I had a RV I would definitely have one of these hanging on the back! Lol
Well, just get a TW now and then when you get your RV you'll already be set!
Hilarious. Can't wait to get a TDub
I had a lot of fun with this one Tim!!
I watched this on 08/24/22 and guessed 11.2hp... you got 13, which surprised me. What can you do tin increase the HP and torque so that you can change the gearing a little bit so 65Mph on the highway isn't running flat out.
All I have seen so far is folks swapping out the carb and adding a different air filter and pipe. There isn't much room for performance mods on the TW.
Most of these dual sports that are still carbed TW, DR650, XT etc. with a good re jet carb kit ,exhaust ,air cleaner and air box mod will usually get you 10% hp over stock and a lot better riding feel and seat of pants feel. Is the 500 -700 dollar cost worth it ? Most times it is.
All good points! I just wanted to do this video for fun since a friend of mine has the dyno. However, now I have a base run so when I do add all those parts I will have something to run it against to see the gains.
Ha I guessed 13 based on a Honda recon 250 I had that's awesome
Nice guess! It's a sweet little machine!
the briggs 21 is 420cc and 13.5 go 21 foot pounds or torque at 3t00 rpm.
argh ! , 21.0 foot lbs of torque at 3600 rpm and 13.5 horsies. 420cc briggs
That's a torquey little thing! I wonder if that would fit in the TW frame?
Bit less than I guessed but thank you for give it a go.
No need to thank me, I was having a ball!
Have you considered the Bradley performance cam Sprocket?
Yeah, but I haven't been worried about it. This video was just for fun. I don't need the TW to do much more than it does.
That's actually comparatively very good horsepower for a 196cc engine. A DR650 puts out about 35 to 40 horsepower, but it's 3.3 times larger than the TW200 engine. So 13 horsepower times 3.3 is 43.11 horsepower, which is actually more hp's per cc than the larger adventure bikes.
Well, there you go guys! I had no idea about that, but that is good to hear. It's such a fun bike and I love riding it.
I had one the first year they came out, sold it for 700 bucks, should have kept it. Wish they came with 250cc motor
The original 1987's are going for a lot right now! They are great machines. I sometimes wonder if Yamaha is going to make a few "options" for the TW. A bigger engine for those who want it and the kickstart and a six speed is what I have heard folks want back on it.
Lol dyno for a tdub is hilarious. 14.3 hp is my guess, either way my 21 has 5k miles on it, sharing time with a cruiser 😊
13 is exactly what I guessed. That's not bad 😋
Not bad at all really! This was simply for fun but I was happy to see the numbers it posted.
What is the top speed you can get out of a TW with all the upgrades you could possibly do
Well, I honestly don't know because no one has added all the top parts for it.....except maybe Bradley Performance. He has some great mods for the TW engine. www.bradleyperformanceproducts.net/?ref=bfjxsx34
16??? But they always get you from point A to point B and back again faithfully and they run forever if you even take care of it. What more can you ask for???
It's taken me everywhere I have wanted to go so far. I did this just for fun and laughed the whole time. I didn't buy it to see how much power it has and I have literally done all sorts with it and have had a smile on my face the whole time.
I'm gonna guess about 10 to 15 HP before watching.... Well, not bad! I knew I wasn't buying a power house when I got it and that is A-Okay with me. Didn't wanna scare my momma too much hahaha.
Yep, I didn't buy it because of the power either. But, it has still taken me where I have wanted to go with it!
👍👍👍
Thanks Chris!
Hi, it's maximum RPM 8000 t/m for TW200 ? It's the red line ?Thank you and have the nice day
That's where we had it at and felt comfortable taking it to.
Yea I thought it would be more but I don't know too much about that dyno testing other than watching videos of people blowing engines of cars and trucks on them lol
Well, this one didn't blow up! Luckily. I didn't really know what to expect going into the dyno, but to watch it while there was awesome!
Old T Dubs are cool. I was hoping for more HP. But didn’t realize how pathetic that is. Man Yamaha scored big on that little tank. Wow
I was actually surprised at the numbers this little thing did. Not to mention the red line on it. We hit 8k rpm and it was crazy!
I'm sure its designers from 1987 are probably wondering what happened, how of all bikes, this one would be the one to still be around. Single digit foot pounds sounds tragic, somehow worse than a horsepower rating that rivals some garage door openers. For some reason I was thinking 16. But damn if it isn't a fun little bike. Thanks for this.
Hey David! You're right, this thing is an absolute blast. Remember that I am at 4,000+ feet elevation so at sea level power will be more. But, the folks of 1987 sure nailed this bike and it has had a very loyal following ever since. Thanks for watching!
nice
Thanks! It was a fun one to make.
So I have to wonder if an older TW would generate more power, or less power?
Good question......maybe we need to have a Tdub dyno day and invite anyone who wants to know what they are running? Good Question!
@@MOBStreet83 Good idea
I guessed 14.5 bhp at sea level. My Regards Mr. Dominic James Austin.
Good guess! I was happy with the results. Thanks for watching and the comment.
My irrelevant guess was 14.7. I based that on absolutely nothing. Still want a TW but don't have the space. I hope Yamaha keeps making them for a while
You're pretty close! The Tdub is a great machine and I think with how many the Yamaha dealerships have on back order will hopefully be enough for Yamaha to continue making them for a long time. Thanks for watching!
It puts out more ponies per cc than my Yamaha V-Star 1300.
Not every bike can be as good as the Tdub! 😂
If I could get this bike in the Philippines it would be my everyday rider.....
I hear ya! They are great little machines.
I was hoping it would get to 12 hp I was tickled to death when I saw 13 hp 😊.
🤣 Yep, and she was a screamin! 🤣
Whoooowheeeee ! That's a face stretcher out of the gate !
It'll still carry two-up, walking speed and go most anywhere mortal men want to take it.
I'm glad it was strapped in, cause those launches aren't for the faint of heart! 😂
I would have guessed 10 and 10, and am a little surprised it can rev to 8,000 rpm.
Good guesses!! I was laughing that it was revving as high as it was, but it did it!
Good video but please, i would much rather hear what’s going on with the engine than any music you have selected.
Hey! I really appreciate the advice. I wanted to do more of the engine sound but the fans in the dyno room were so loud you could hardly hear anything. I will work on that. Thanks again!
Yeah but did you see what it can do when you "emergency" upshift while WFO in 5th gear?
What us pros call "The High Five"
They didn't even test half of what it's got ! ...and not many even know it has an overdrive !
Well, we aren't able to show the real numbers. It is highly classified information on those items you mentioned above and not the general public is capable of such truths. Good thing no one reads the comments or this info my get out.
Power is not really a concern in some situations..
Power is useless if the wheel is just spinning on mud
Very True Jasper! I just thought it would be fun to see what numbers the TW has cause I have never seen one on a Dyno. But, I have more fun on this bike than I do more than a lot of others. Thanks for the comment and for watching, I really appreciate it.
Now put that DG can on it and repeat that test please.
I can't decide if I want the DG or the FMF........Do you think the DG is better?
@@MOBStreet83 I have the DG on my 2020. Louder than I thought it would be. Jetted up, sea level here. I'd stay stock.
That's good to know. I have been leaning towards adding the FMF pipe, but don't know if I want to go that route either.
I'm guessing 14hp.....are you on FB?
Hey Solo Dad! That is a pretty good guess! Yeah I am, here's the link. facebook.com/matt.bretzing.5
@@MOBStreet83 I sent a message.

LoL, I was way off. I've never even seen a dyno machine in person. Cool video.
Yeah, more than double what it actually was, but in its heart it has that much power! 😂 Yeah, they are pretty sweet machines. This guy taught me how to work on Harleys a long time ago and he ran the dyno at the Harley shop. Now he has this one in his shop and it is pretty slick!
Haven’t watched yet but about to my guess is 12.3hp and 14tq
Wow I thought for sure more torque then that… and I was close on horse power.
The Torque number surprised me as well....but I didn't buy it for the power and I've had nothing but fun with it!
I had one of these when I was 15 I remember it would do 70 mph I guessed 14 hp
Pretty good guess Dylan! I love these TW200's and I am sure that I will always have one from here on out. Thanks for watching!
i guessed 15 but still in the ballpark.
Hey Bladesmith! I bet it would be closer to that if I were at a lower elevation. But, I'm still happy with it. It takes me everywhere I've wanted to go so far.
400 hp it got to be, please let it be 400. Did I win !!!! Lol.😃
Revving it up that high, I for sure felt like it had that many!!
Cool bike but for sheer off road ability why not just get a Rokon?
The Rokon is a cool machine but the TW is more practical for most everything in my opinion. Its done everything off road I have wanted to do so far. Here's my video on the off road riding. ruclips.net/video/mQVnJQqSKY8/видео.html
Rode mine to Cabo
What was your round trip mileage?
@@MOBStreet83 From Irvine Ca so about 2500 miles
Nice! How'd the TW do?
I would love for you to try it with an XT 250 for sh!ts and giggles 🤭. Great video.
If I can get my hands in one, I will!
@@MOBStreet83 That would be great 👍
20 hp! .. 13 hp?
kinda shocking huh? It's deceiving!
I was guessing 19-22 hp.
not too far off!
@@MOBStreet83 I wanted to give a honest guess. Apparently it's 16 horsepower at the engine. And now we know it's 13 at the wheel. All your videos are quality. It is my understanding that long sustained high rpm will blow up the trusty TW 200. Thank you for doing what you do. 🇺🇸
Yeah, I think that Dual Dorks proved that sustained higher RPM will grenade the engine. I think that is what happened to his. I love doing this and would love to make it my full time gig. I really appreciate the comment, it means a lot!
13 matt knowing you 17
Nailed it. It is 13. There are somethings I want to try and see if it will increase the numbers at all, but I don't mind. It is a blast the way it is.
About 16hp
I might have to mod it up a bit to hit that number.
