We know Azmuth kept working to make the finished Omnitrix. What I think makes the most sense, is that while Azmuth was doing that, he also updated the prototype to have some of the features he worked on, like the hologram projection. He likely also figured out ways to shrink the actual hardware to fit in a sleeker form-factor, and made a design that somewhat resembles an earth watch, so that Ben could wear it without looking like he has a giant piece of medical equipment on his arm. These updates were just sitting and not actually transferred to the omnitrix until Ben turned it back on by wearing it. This also explains why it took a little while, since it first downloaded the update in the background (before it started the blue lights), then disabled itself to actually install the update.

It could also just be as simple as the omnitrix choosing aliens from the codon stream based on the user when it's put on. (Albedo would have had the same ones as Ben because his omnitrix and ultimatrix was connected to Ben's. Vilgax's playlist is a bit harder, but it could be that it doesn't do it if you put it on again fast enough, or it might have glitched out, since it was removed in alien form, or it might just be that there are multiple commands for removing the omnitrix, and the one Ben used was one that would keep the aliens (Likely one taught to him by Azmuth, so that he could temporarily take it off if he had to idk, use an MRI without needing to learn how to use 10 new aliens)). If Ben wanted to change up the alien playlist, he probably could have by just connecting it to the codon stream, but the ones he had were in most cases more than good enough, so why bother going through a million DNA samples just to find the right ones?

I just think the Omnitrix recalibrated because of the hundreds of updates that Azmuth made, that was installed all at once because the watch was powered off.
Also the Omnitrix has a bit of Ben's DNA inside so the updates of the prototype that needed fixing like the broken timeout function so that's why it also ''matured'' and Albedo was trapped in Ben's body. We already knew it change forms eventually. Classic Ben 10,000’s omnitrix takes up the man’s entire forearm. And his son Ken acknowledges that it’s appearance has changed over time. I don’t really appreciate it getting smaller and less organic-looking though. When Ben first found it it leapt at him and wrapped itself onto him like some kind of goo. When Vilgax finally removes it, we can see how it’s integrated itself into Ben’s skin. After the transformation, it just looks like it’s made of metal. And it’s so small that I have more trouble buying that it’s bonding to his dna. Same for the Final Version in Omniverse. I’m just a big fan of the Classic Omnitrix’s design.

My understanding was different, as we get older our own dna actually changes, i figured the reason ben10ks watch looked the way it did in the original series was because he never took it off and it grew with him. So when he took it off and put it back on in alien force. The watch was like. This dna is similar to the original sample, but not the same, and recalibrated itself in turn. Understanding that the user had changed over time. But their experience had not. So it still limited him to 10 aliens.
@@Raven-Clockwork but it didn't give him the option to swap Playlists yet. I think basically, it knew since he didn't gain that experience with using multiple Playlist of aliens. Or simply having another 10 besides the original 10. It gave him another set to practice with again. Was always my theory.
Not exactly, the 10 aliens limit is the default, for a question of practicity, the manual interface it's impractical for more than it, Ben 10k has the master control so is not a issue. Besides the recalibration unlock several freatures for him, that are really dangerous if you think. The energy límit replace the time límit, meaning that Ben is mature enough to not pass more time that he should in any alien form. The DNA Repair, that can manipulate and alter DNA, besides the user mind is vulnerable in while that process. Though he didn't knew the code, his voice was authorized can trigger the autodestruction. And that imply the voice commands were enabled, simply don't knew the command for.some action, but he can literally order the watch change the DNA of a entire Race
I mean the watch is indeed part of his body, completly merged on his flesh and DNA so it can alter it. I guess it made sense the Omnitrix did that. It also shown a glitch on tge Ultimatrix where Aliens could gain conscious, showing the AI of the watch might as well be semi-sapient and independent of its own? but still affected by Ben's mind and body. Idk. Its quite abstract.
I feel like the recalibrated watch is cool the only problem is being locked out of the aliens gained prior to being removed before it recalibrated and there’s no warning before timing out
its not time out, more like energy drained all out, so its need time to recharge its different from the time out, since time out will store some energy left so that when Ben is in danger it could be used again
I always thought it was a security protocol. After being reactivated after so long, the watch probably reformatted itself to prevent a potential thief from misusing it. After all, we saw that Vilgax didn't know how to use its new user interface.
Probably because Ben grew up and his mentality changed. Remember that the omnitrix IS ben himself. So his style and his body is a lot more different than last time.
It's like a phone who wasn't used for long time ago and then you boot it up again and asks for all the updates to be installed and the same happened to the Omnitrix. Heck even Ben when for 1 episode went back to 11-year-old the completed Omnitrix at first didn't recognise Ben until he provided self-identification. So basically as Dwayne McDuffy said. The more Ben matures, his Omnitrix too and even the Omnitrix cointains a bit of Ben's DNA so that's why Albedo when tried to make a copy of the Omnitrix he forgot that the Omnitrix has Ben's DNA so that's why he got trapped in Ben's body, especially when the Omnitrixes colided that nearly drained both of them inverted his colors. But also the original Omnitrix had many bugs and glitches that needed fixing like broken timeout function especially.
I think the recalibration is a downgrade in some department like how the watch returns the user into the clothes he was wearing when he first activated the watch
This actually makes a lot of sense although I still don’t understand why didn’t Ben’s Original Alien were Removed in the Playlist and Reset 10 New Ones? I know that the Omnitrix is a Multi Transformation Gadget but still.
I still prefer the OG Omnitrix. It actually looked like something made by an alien. The other versions were too watch-like, they looked like something made in Japan or Apple.
It turned into a smaller more watchlike version so it could be made easier and cheaper to sell thats for sure . I wish it was a bit more alienish as it seems cheap even in the show.
I also like to think that the omnitrix recalibrated because of how ben uses the watch. Both the first prototype and standard version game ben wrong alien sometimes cause of how hard ben slapped the watch. But after recalibrating, the omnitrix gave ben the right alien almost every time. The omnitrix must have recalibrated that force and allowed ben to transform into aliens he chose.
I always believed that the omnitrix recalibrated to better match Ben’s DNA, the watch binds alien DNA to the user to transform them into the alien they chose, so if the watch has data on 10 Y.O Ben, it’s natural it would need to rescan the older and more mature version as well, since biologically speaking your body undergoes changes both physically and chemically, so if the omnitrix was trying to bind DNA it would have to know where and how to bind it first, hence the recalibration to “new Ben”
I always figured it was removed but not turned off properly and being reactivated caused it to reboot activating new systems shut down old systems change appearance and lock all a unlocked aliens and give a restart of 10 alien playlist
Hey im pretty sure I remember watching one of the original episodes on Cartoon Network where they had the pop-up fax about the show from the creators and I vividly remember it’s saying the reason why the Omnitrix looks different after it recalibrated itself is because the original Omnitrix had a protector shell on it, and once it recalibrated, it was removed, revealing the Omnitrix that was underneath the protector shell
I think simply revive 5 years of updates accumulate that not apply as was deactivated until he put it. Though I think the statement continue to be true, between these updates Azmuth decide Ben was mature enough to use some of the function were initially locked, like the ADN Repair, and the remotion of the timer replaced for the energy limit. The later is the clear example, the timer was not put for the energy consumption, was there so the user don't pass to much time in a single form forcefully regulating it, now the energy limit allow him to regulate it himself, now if the watch is in cooldown is his own fault.
Actually 4 years. Ben was 15 when it recalibrated and in Omniverse flashback Ben was 11-years-old and he still had the Omnitrix on. But it was removed because Ben lost his favourite alien - Feedback and he somehow managed to live a normal life for these years.
I think the reason that the Omnitrix recalibrated is because since Ben has turned 15 And Has A Whole Different Personality, his DNA might have Altered and is different to when he was 10, and when he put it back on, the Omnitrix Got Confused if it really was Ben or someone else, so it did a verification proccess and scanned the users DNA, it confirmed it was Ben but in doing so it Recalibrated to match Ben and his new personality. Either that or Azmuth knew Ben took off the omnitrix and when he found out that Ben put it back on, he sent a signal to the Omnitrix to recalibrate so that Ben would Gain more knowledge About the Omnitrix's functions.
It's indeed due to ben's maturity, similar to a computer software device in real life the omnitrix always seems to slowly updating itself,so leaving it deactivated in a domant state plus user become biologically matured and simply different(teenage hormones are different than that of little kids)so the device ultimately needs to compleyely re adjust itself in a whole new general random way to avoid malfunctions as the it's old date isn't up to the date, i believe this is truley what happened
Source of music: A channel called Niall Stenson, dudes real good. You can find the music used there, the video is called "Ben 10 Theme on Guitar" all his videos are great, recommend you give it try.
For me the watch recalibrated because it had been out of use for a long time, because of this it accumulated enough energy to become a personal version for Ben, that's why Albedo transformed into Ben when he imitated the omnitrix and that's why Vilgax didn't I knew better how to use it in AF
The watch wasn’t being used in a while so cause the watch is basically the smartest watch in the universe and it’s been 5 years since it was used it had to reboot and when it rebooted it had a firmware update and software upgrade which most likely Azmath was the one who sent the update to the watch
Needed change plot but just because we never see how he took watch of but recalibrate to his genetic jeans mix heat blast and swamp fire and 1 other reason it give more alien and timer red just longer now. But be. Aliens change but thing is not all ways with age is watch update and made new skills
Easy example: there were theories that the watch wants to fuse with Ben but the watches DNA 🧬 fused with Ben Tennyson already so if bens DNA got more stronger so did the omnitrix yes so the more stronger bens dna and his body the more stronger the bens omnitrix is which was a animation from a RUclipsr we can also say that the video we are watching is also saying these comment I just posted Thank you for listening ❤❤❤❤❤
I always though when ben took off the omnitrix azmuth would have though that ben would never use it again so he cut off the connection to primus and started working on the complete omnitrix and after ben wore the omnitrix the omnitrix started to reconnect to primus and recalibrate in turn factory resetting it and fixing all the problems with the original and the reason why ben got new aliens because since it factory reset it had no aliens so the omnitrix gave itself brand new aliens
You made a couple of mistakes. For one: The classic omnitrix didn't have two green buttons. It has one. Any time it was drawn with two is an animation error. And secondly, it was a four year hiatus, not a five year one. Ben was eleven years old in the Omniverse flashbacks, which all take place before he takes off the omnitrix. He was 15 when he put it back on in Alien Force.
If This is the case..When Max Wore the Omnitrix In a different timeline The Omnitrix Should've Changed According to Max's Age.but it Didn't.And Its a Device Which had a fixed Design. The watch Recalibrated because When He Decided to Took Off the omnitrix Azmuth Made the Recalibation Update and added into the watch..Which Contained the code of A galvanic mecamorf( Upgrade species) and Changed its whole molecular structure..Azmuth Thought If ben ever Decided to Wore the omnitrix again to save the world,He must have powerful aliens...And May have thought that He'll be more mature by then.. That's the Reason he even added alien X..Ben's most powerful transformation which can alter the universe into the watch even though he knew the risks of the transformation..Alien x was one of the 10 aliens in the recalibrated omnitrix
The omnitrix recalibrated because it was updated not because ben has grown, if that were the case then the omnitrix of ben 10,000 wouldn't look similar to the 10 years old ben, and also it would have looked different when ben got transformed into a 5 years old but that didn't happened did it?. So the only logical reason is that azmuth sent an update for the omnitrix.
I Think that azmuth made the omnitrix to grow on the user so it would not splat there hand when theu got older and also the omnitrix smoked a little after the episode back with a vengeance when he put it back on also dna can probably detect age after all it is a watch and im still not 10 years old but... Idc im 9 also as you said the omnitrix turned blue so it detected age dna or something im not mat pat

Though he didn't knew the code, his voice was authorized can trigger the autodestruction. And that imply the voice commands were enabled, simply don't knew the command for.some action, but he can literally order the watch change the DNA of a entire Race
ben 10,000 alien amount is actually 10,000 he said it is maybe more
@@swagbrando2611 original ben 10k said that he stopped counting when ben meet him
We all know the watch upgraded to match Ben's outfit lol!
The watch never recalibrated.
Ben: I wasn't able to go hero.
I always wondered why ben had to take off the classic omnitrix but now we know why
I always thought it was a security protocol. After being reactivated after so long, the watch probably reformatted itself to prevent a potential thief from misusing it.
After all, we saw that Vilgax didn't know how to use its new user interface.
Hear me out: the creators wanted a new design for the Omnitrix. That's it
Man, I like your actual voice so much more then the text to speech you used to use
Since its somewhat living due to it being bonded to bens dna meaning if ben hadn't taken it off he woukd stay ten forever
Probably because Ben grew up and his mentality changed. Remember that the omnitrix IS ben himself. So his style and his body is a lot more different than last time.
The watch underwent puberty huh? I cannot argue with you there.
The update triggered the recalibration. That's it
I think the recalibration is a downgrade in some department like how the watch returns the user into the clothes he was wearing when he first activated the watch
This actually makes a lot of sense although I still don’t understand why didn’t Ben’s Original Alien were Removed in the Playlist and Reset 10 New Ones? I know that the Omnitrix is a Multi Transformation Gadget but still.
I got distracted by the Ben 10 Classic Intro Music the entire video.
I still prefer the OG Omnitrix. It actually looked like something made by an alien. The other versions were too watch-like, they looked like something made in Japan or Apple.
It turned into a smaller more watchlike version so it could be made easier and cheaper to sell thats for sure . I wish it was a bit more alienish as it seems cheap even in the show.
bro got his voice recalibrated in a bad wayy😂😂😂😂😂
The thumbnail bro 😂
Great video!
Always preferred the original design it looked cool and wasn't too on the nose like the others
Yeah, the alien force and omniverse design look way to much like actual watches for my liking. I like the hologram display if the alien though
i love the ultimatrix og looks ass compared to that
@@JaelinBezel
Respectfully disagree. AF has the best design in my opinion because it looked liked a watch. It just looked more appropriate
Off topic but like is it just me who loves the alien big chill so much??? LIKE ITS SO SICK
Yeah, it looks like an alien grim reaper with blue drip
Great explanation. 🎉
I thought it was a 4 year gap I'm pretty sure the omniverse flashback stuff showed 11 year old ben the summer after classic took place.
It's 4 years gap yes, not 5.
I always figured it was removed but not turned off properly and being reactivated caused it to reboot activating new systems shut down old systems change appearance and lock all a unlocked aliens and give a restart of 10 alien playlist
Nice Explaination
Thanks!
My Pleasure bro

This 10 yr old was fearless 😂
Hey im pretty sure I remember watching one of the original episodes on Cartoon Network where they had the pop-up fax about the show from the creators and I vividly remember it’s saying the reason why the Omnitrix looks different after it recalibrated itself is because the original Omnitrix had a protector shell on it, and once it recalibrated, it was removed, revealing the Omnitrix that was underneath the protector shell
I just figured Azmuth pushed an update to improve his prototype and because Ben might be ready for more ^^
I think it's something like software update but as it's advance technology it's possible so send hardware update wirelessly
THE GOAT IS FINALLY TALKING
They need a new toy to sell :))))
Because I think every time Ben10 gets older the omnitrix changes or what over word to say it changes it also gives ben10 new aliens and features.
can we be real it's mainly because there wanna sell more toys
Alien force omnitrix was the best design and best series in my opinion, was peak Ben 10
Because of Primus (may be)
I think the reason that the Omnitrix recalibrated is because since Ben has turned 15 And Has A Whole Different Personality, his DNA might have Altered and is different to when he was 10, and when he put it back on, the Omnitrix Got Confused if it really was Ben or someone else, so it did a verification proccess and scanned the users DNA, it confirmed it was Ben but in doing so it Recalibrated to match Ben and his new personality.
Either that or Azmuth knew Ben took off the omnitrix and when he found out that Ben put it back on, he sent a signal to the Omnitrix to recalibrate so that Ben would Gain more knowledge About the Omnitrix's functions.
I think it's been hinted at that the watch may have an AI bordering on sentience.
Omnitrix received software update 😂
Technological puberty 💀
The Omnitrix has Ben's DNA, why you are surprised.
1:20 malware isnt mechamorph's natural predator, he is a malfunctioned mechamorph
For me the watch recalibrated because it had been out of use for a long time, because of this it accumulated enough energy to become a personal version for Ben, that's why Albedo transformed into Ben when he imitated the omnitrix and that's why Vilgax didn't I knew better how to use it in AF
Forearms or humungasour
Ben was ready for a new Playlist and omnitrix
way better than the ai voice
The watch wasn’t being used in a while so cause the watch is basically the smartest watch in the universe and it’s been 5 years since it was used it had to reboot and when it rebooted it had a firmware update and software upgrade which most likely Azmath was the one who sent the update to the watch
I just assumed the Omnitrix received updates during the 5 year gap.
Hi
Needed change plot but just because we never see how he took watch of but recalibrate to his genetic jeans mix heat blast and swamp fire and 1 other reason it give more alien and timer red just longer now. But be. Aliens change but thing is not all ways with age is watch update and made new skills
Bro where can we watch these episodes like website name please bro
Malware isn't actually predator necessarily, he's just a corrupted mechamorph.
Easy example: there were theories that the watch wants to fuse with Ben but the watches DNA 🧬 fused with Ben Tennyson already so if bens DNA got more stronger so did the omnitrix yes so the more stronger bens dna and his body the more stronger the bens omnitrix is which was a animation from a RUclipsr we can also say that the video we are watching is also saying these comment I just posted
Thank you for listening ❤❤❤❤❤
It saddens me when they changed whole art style of ben 10 omniverse into nerd and baby art style
Also, it probably had to update the default because ben was 15 as opposed to 11.
Real voice 😊
That could be the reason why Albedo got Ben’s human form
well we did see the omnitrix change before. remember ben 10,000 first episode. His omnitrix change and upgraded as ben got older
This is facts kind of just confirms the theories even more that they are linked
I have a question When ben 10 transforms into aliens does it hurt in the process of transformation?? Please reply
1 hour gang
Malware is the natural predator of the mechamorph? The guy is a mechamorph lol
Basically the omnitrix hits puberty 💀
No need to act childish with the skull emoji.
Watch puberty is crazy
Bro face also recalibrated 💀
Omnitrix had software update.
Both went through technological and human change
I think he took it off when feedback was destroyed by. Because i think by the logic of omniverse
I think they wanted more designs to sell more toys
I ask me can anyone explain me in more detail why and by what event did Ben take of the omnitrix?
Malware destroying feedback was a big part of it
Malware ripped Feedback off the Omnitrix, to crush Ben's spirit, prompting him to have it removed with Azmuth present
Is anyone knowing where to watch alien forces and omniverse for free
@@Johanjanneshave you found it yet?
@@Johanjannes Soapbox
It calibrated for 1 reas and 1 reason alone. MERCHANDISING
I see a problem, Why Omnitrix dont recalibrate whit vilgax take this?
Meta reason: they need to sell more toys
you know that actually makes sense cuz gwens omnitrix and aliens looks different
first
I Think that azmuth made the omnitrix to grow on the user so it would not splat there hand when theu got older and also the omnitrix smoked a little after the episode back with a vengeance when he put it back on also dna can probably detect age after all it is a watch and im still not 10 years old but... Idc im 9 also as you said the omnitrix turned blue so it detected age dna or something im not mat pat
You know Malware isn’t a predator right? He’s just a corrupted Galv. Mechamorph.
I think the Omnitrix BARELY fit him anymore so the it changed it's shape to not only fit him but fit his older personality. The new aliens were probably just updates the Omnitrix was having
I thought it recalibrated so CN could resell the watch replicas to those that bought the original one
It recalibrated because the watch is theoretically blinded to his DNA so like you said when he changed it changed
