Humungasor is like fourarms from the precalibrated Omnitrix. He's incredibly strong and can grow to a skyscraper height, but that's not always necessary in battle. Ben's other aliens are far durable, not to mention they have a vast range of powers that are far more useful than strength. 🎉
Here's a nice theory. In ben 10 omniverse during the feedback Arch asmuth states "If you overuse the Conductoid DNA it will limit your ability to access other transformations" what if for the final Omnitrix, asmuth remembered the situation with feedback and programmed a function into the omnitrix to prevent the user from overusing one transformation.
The Omnitrices never hated Humungousaur. It's just that Ben is a bit obsessed about the Vaxasaurian and most transformation error was due to glitches (S3 and UA) and Ben not paying attention to the selection screen (OV)

At least the reboot revived Humongasaur as being really strong as he has really good combat skills and defense and didn’t even flinch when Kevin tossed himself as cannon bolt towards Humongasaurs back
I think the reason why isn’t because it hates the transformation but rather it doesn’t want it to end up like feedback all those years ago and since Ben developed an obsession for humungosaur the omnitrix does it so that history doesn’t repeat itself again

I always thought it'd be fun if we got an episode where ben actually states he likes Humungosaur, or like they visit Vaxasaurian homeworld and he learns how to use the alien more properly from a master combatant, kinda like how Tetrax is like Ben's clue on how strong Diamondhead can be.
Dee Bradley Baker (the VA for almost all aliens in AF/UA) hated voicing Humongosaur too, because it hurt his throat. I guess that's one reason why John DiMaggio voiced him in OV
I personally like to believe that Omnitrix isn't allowing Ben to stick to one alien a lot because last time he did that, he got too cocky, lost the alien which led to removing the Omnitrix altogether. Talking about feedback.
I think, in general, Ben tends to overuse some transformations, and that is why the watch just transforms him into something else, knowing the transformations are about knowing and connecting to other species overusing them is against the original purpose. Also, feedback, one that was overused and then forcefully deleted.

Also, there is a similarity between the name of the alien x and clock work the name of type alien x Celestialsapien but in another hand the name of clock work Tyep Chronosapien I believe that it is not a coincidence that either the two came from the same place as the Forge of Creation, or that there is a relationship between the Chronosapien and Celestialsapien species.

We do not know what planet or original habitat Crashhopper is. He may have come from the same planet as stinkfly, due to the similarity in the word pterran.

Nah, I just think the watch has special functions that choose random new aliens if Ben uses one alien too much. The point of the Omnitrix was never to be a weapon; but to be a bridge between species, allowing the wearer to "take a walk in a different alien's shoes". You can't experience all alien lives if you only choose one. So if Ben keeps over-relying on one transformation, the algorithm could occasionally calculate if a different alien could work better and choose that instead. I also think the Omnitrix is just making a better choice overall. Humongasaur has super strength, size, but nothing else. Meanwhile many of the other transformations have super strength (if just a less strong) AND some other special abilities. Ben is strongest when he relies on his quirky, situation adaptability and randomness; using different aliens in clever ways. Can't always punch your problems away.

@@luukzilla1519 I'd drop hyper beam. Tyranitar has better attack then special attack. Giga impact could work though. As for a dark type move there really isn't a better option for tyranitar. Humongousaur probably has no intention of retreating so pursuit is out of the question and it can't learn knock off. Assurance can work but it requires tyranitar to move second. Maybe tyranitar can set up a curse so that it is slower than humgosaur.

Short anwser its cause hes bens go to alien for fighting Long anwser: omnitrix worked perfect up until ben and kevin hacked it then it started mistransforming again. The ultimatrix was a cheap knock off made by albedo so that is why it constantly mistransforms The official omnitrix is confirmed to mistransform because ben is too clumsy and hits the dial rather than pressing it. The self awarness thing only kicks in in life threatening situations.
My theory is the Omnitrix is over correcting. Its programmed with a Failsafe after the Whole feedback issue to stop giving ben an alien if he uses it too much.
I never noticed that Humungousaur never used his growth ability in Omniverse that show is truly disrespectful to its predecessors I still hate the art stuff for that show to this day
