Hey Coach, I just started training a few weeks ago. I find when someone has my back or choke in (strong feet hooks), i get slight lower back (jerking feeling). My core/mid strength is ok. Does this get more bearable over time or any tips to alleviate this . cheers.
Scoop up the same side ankle, drive the opposite side knee through to the ground on the hip of the leg that you scooped up, and go directly to a belly down ankle lock. What Reilly Bodycomb calls the tripod ankle lock.
Not sticking out my chest gents - just got big pecs from doing Jiu Jitsu. Much love to my fellow veggie heads and the meat eaters. Personally don’t care what your diet is, as long as your trying to better yourself every day 🤙❤️
