the skirt of the walls is made of of two 2'x8' treated boards stacked on top of each other. Ensure you stagger the rows of skirt boards. On the short walls for example you have 1 row starting at 22'inches from the bottom of the post and you put it 10' on center. then a 20' board. Then above that you put a 20' 2x8 and then a 10'.
@@rogerl8488 12'x30' unit for 199 a month. No heat or electric. I am not familiar with carport storage (carport means just a roof?). Carport seems cheaper in that case. It all depends if your potential customers want full coverage from the weather and not store in plain site.
limestone screenings, packs tight but drains very well. Prevents moisture or rotting of the post (use treated posts also helps prevent that) The post needs to be sitting on a concrete cookie (plug) so it can handle its load though.
You guys work really fast!
Nicely done
What size boards do you use for the base on the concrete? 2x6? Thanks for any info

@Sawka's Backyard what size for 199? I live in WV rent houses which tired of thought about doing this. So is this cheaper than the carport style?
