Hey! I had the same problem, but the solution was really easy. Check if numlock is enabled, it can mess up your writing, especially on 14" and smaller notebooks without dedicated numpad.

Check you have the first password right. In the video the first password is listed wrong. On the console its listed as 3hqgo3 and not hqgp3.
