I got a violation for not having the entire manual for my elog. I gave the idiot the card keep-trucking gives you and they also have a digital copy on the app. He said. nope, I need the manual that came with the unit. These cops don't even know their own laws. Im getting sick of the bullshit they come up with. I got another violation for having a magnet mount for my phone. Because my elog is on my phone. He said that mount is not secure enough. Yet I can't find any law that says how secure it has to be. Just mounted. they hunt for any little thing they feel they can get. They also target hotshots.

I here that u just have to release you deal with different personalities with all of them and try to have a good vetting process and then just do the best u can but sometimes a Asshole slips in and u have to fire them
@@therealtruckingguy yeah it sucks because usually it's too late and the damage is done...then they just jump to another carrier. I call em hoes...the carrier jumpers.
Lot of company drivers I've trained legit forgot everything you have to check for pre trip. Look idc if u got your cdl 10 years ago you need to keep up with your knowledge. If u don't use it. You lose it.
