I appreciate how you address that issue in Hollywood about autism. As a autistic man, I can tell you that nothing annoys me more than people saying that my autism gives me some kind of superpower. I had a cousin who asked me to look at his taxes when he found out I had autism. This is the same genius, who just 30 minutes earler, was going on & on about how autism was caused by vaccines. I was so annoyed that I told him off & revealed to him that I was autistic.
I get that there are idiots out there that take the tropes and stereotypes used in movies too literally, but that's not a problem of the stereotype being used in said movies, that's a problem of the person being ignorant. Realistically, movies require some amount of generalization. Characters have to be simplified to their stereotypes to at least some degree as part of introduction within storytelling, and it's unrealistic to expect writers to fully flesh out a character past what is absolutely necessary in just an hour or two. I'm just glad that of the two options for portraying me and people like me, hollywood tends towards the one that portrays us as smart. Their other option isn't quite so flattering.
I'm Autistic, and I think I can understand what that would bring to the Predator's Race. It's probably the fact that every sense is dialed up to eleven. The only issue is the feedback that we get from it, so I don't think it would be worth getting that kid's spinal fluid. It would only lead to a failure to evolve.

I read the AvP books and was stoked when I heard there was going to be a movie, then so so disappointed. In the book, it starts on a different planet with settlers, the xenomorph eggs happen(I forget exactly how), and a Predator group shows up. The main girl helps hunt the xenos and the Predator bloods her by using xeno blood to put his mark on her(and we find out that Predator blood neutralizes xeno blood so it doesn't burn all the way through), and she actually goes with the Predator. Later stories, she is armored and a badass warrior that has earned a name for herself among the Predators. The movies are only decent if you completely forget about everything other than the first two movies.
As someone who hasn’t read all the comics asking those who have, is there a specific Predator that just goes in with nothing but a knife, maybe two, like Kraven the Hunter from Spider-Man?
Not a specific story but predator earn their weapons as they gain experience/successful hunts, only to go to hunts with less and less weaponry as they grow even more experienced.
The eldest clan leaders or something go to planets infested and overrun with at least three hives of xenomorphs with only a knife and arent considered successful until they wipe every single one of them queens. Ducks Unlimited was founded to make sure there is fowl and ducks in the future. Haven't checked them out lately thou. The hunter who hunted an elephant with a bow and arrow has my respect. Honorable hunting was how i was raised. Lucky for the animals I'm a terrible hunter. I step on on every stick.
You also have to do more research on legal trophy hunting. The money goes to the preservation of the animal hunted. And there is a reason why they choose specifically what animal you can kill.

I thought the movie was good, the only bad part was the film's depiction of Raphael Andolini. I remember Karl talking about this character in the comics and I thought it would be cool to see him in a film adaptation. Well atleast he taught Naru how to use his gun.

As an Autistic person I just find it funny. My life is messed up enough, I might as well call it superpower in the same vein as people with prosthetics being called "cyborgs".
I read the AvP books and was stoked when I heard there was going to be a movie, then so so disappointed. In the book, it starts on a different planet with settlers, the xenomorph eggs happen(I forget exactly how), and a Predator group shows up. The main girl helps hunt the xenos and the Predator bloods her by using xeno blood to put his mark on her(and we find out that Predator blood neutralizes xeno blood so it doesn't burn all the way through), and she actually goes with the Predator. Later stories, she is armored and a badass warrior that has earned a name for herself among the Predators. The movies are only decent if you completely forget about everything other than the first two movies.

Not a specific story but predator earn their weapons as they gain experience/successful hunts, only to go to hunts with less and less weaponry as they grow even more experienced.

1.) Character struggles with societal effects of disability the writers really don't understand
