I’m so conflicted. I believe that when you visit another country you have to respect their cultural norms and when discussing controversies you can’t be ethnocentric. However, the fact that people are calling for her execution and she was arrested for wearing “suggestive clothing” is a little absurd.

Because when western countries did that, we have to agree that the clothing that most women wear these days are inappropriate. @@joygun9415 For every ban, it must present reasons for this ban for conservative countries. Wearing short shorts that show your thighs unlawful and forbidden, in Islam. Hijab covers these areas. Not every woman wants to charm men or show her body in public. There are respectable women.

A lot of people talk about how it’s culture and tradition that makes people find this offensive. Just because you are offended by how someone acts or dresses doesn’t give the right to prohibit it. Every person owns their body and can therefore choose what to do with it, as long as they don’t damage anybody else’s body. When we see something that offends us we turn away, so surely religious people are capable of that if they really are better than us?

Most European countries forbids niqab did u see us making a scene about it ? No of course because it’s ur country and we have to obey ur law. This is a conservative community u have to respect that otherwise don’t come.
