    i just bought the bundle.glad .can one eat portabellos mushrooms and shiitake raw?

      Shiitake can give some people an itchy skin reaction but not everyone reacts like that. Nate does but I don’t. So we don’t do shiitake raw here. But portabella yes, black trumpet, oyster and many others we do raw and marinated in the dehydrator.
