Great stuff
What a great tutorial and app!!! Amazing work for 4pockets and also great video Doug
Top beans, love this one.
Paul does great stuff 👍.
My dream come true…Stepic for IOS.
I'm having trouble with this. Doesn't it seem like the idea was stolen from Devicemeister?
@@mrtinacrispoti You could say that about many step sequencers. The concepts and functionality are all pretty common and desired. Hard not to see the similarities. Cycle and Neon for instance also have much of the same functionality. Cykle predates Stepic I believe and Neon is quite new but they all perform many of the same functions so the "idea" is basically universal.
@@raydiognome You're absolutely right. I should have said something more along the lines of "the same UI and functionality" rather than using the word "idea." Anyhow, I'm happy as you are to have a Stepic style sequencer for ios. Cheers,
@@mrtinacrispoti It's all good. We're always searching for that "perfect" app that ticks all the boxes! Cykle was close for me but it was missing some things that IMHO would have made it perfect. Coincidentally, they were all feature the Stepic program had. I had spoken to the developer and he was open to the ideas, just waiting for the next update. I like Paul's apps because he tends to have or adds all those "missing" features that we typically wish for.
Having watched this a second time, (unless I missed it) I noticed there was no note length or lack of tying notes to make them sound longer. Lets hope that's coming in another update. Pauls apps are always great. Epic video. Thanks, Doug.

@@chris6442 Thanks, Chris. I think I meant note durration like on a piano role 🙂
Looks similar to Neon by Aaron Meyers.
Similar but différent, more randomisation
