Hi, Andrew here, thank you for your seamless content. However, I need help with Logic Pro sound library download. When I download the basic or any of the additional sound libraries, it says failed in the end, I also get a notification that I check my internet yet I have a very stable internet connection. When I try to access the sound library from the logic window, there's a lot not downloaded and when I try also to download one by one, it will still not work. What can I do to solve that problem? Thank you.
Your coverage has been more helpful than ANY of the Logic Pro X posts I've watched. NOW...if only I could learn how to transfer MIDI sequences from my old Yamaha QX-5 and incorporate my tone generator (Yamaha TG-33) into Logic... If you have any ideas or can recommend another source, it would be a blessing.
@@andrewm.k3896 I had that but then when I upgraded the Logic Pro it worked, and I had only just bought it, so try upgrading there is likely a newer version out there :)
I actually liked the video but a down thumb seems to be the only way to get ANYONE'S Attention on RUclips. I've recently switched to MacOS after being a Windows user since 1987. All I'm seeking is a means of using the thousands of dollars of plugins in Logic Pro. It's as if Apple doesn't want you to know. I'm very well educated both musically and engineering wise, both hardware and software yet I can't figure out how to point logic to a plugin on a $4k M1 MacBook Pro Max. What is wrong with me. I chose you for this question as you seemed on top of things. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Bill
This is one of the best tutorials on logic pro x I've seen anywhere! You've done an extraordinary job defining & breaking down these tips. I use your videos as my "bible" to approach all things logic pro x. Thanks so much!
You worked very hard to make this 3.4 hours video, thank you very much for helping us. I kinda feel guilty for watching it for free, this is a lot of work and knowledge. Thank you.
I know you commented quite some time ago. I felt the same way! Getting all of this for free is amazing! I actually paid for his Pro Course and it blew my mind. Well worth the money!!! I feel like I should have paid more. He goes through everything, the basics, to writing recording and producing a full song from scratch. All the tips and tricks and ear candy all the way to mastering. Blew me away. Cheers!
Charles for someone who found Logic Pro overwhelming you are now always my first stop with anything relating to Logic Pro and recording. By far the best out of the many online tutorials available. Thank you.
40:20 for those of you who are still yet to watch this and don't know much music theory, when Charles refers to 1/4 notes, he mistakenly hovers over it 1/16s. Each beat is a 1/4 note, meaning 23 1, 23 2, 23 3 and 23 4 all mark the 1/4 notes, and the small grid lines in between depict the smaller increments.
Yes Charles, see how many people you make really happy with this for most of us intelligent lesson. Save this in a playlist is recommended. I need days to suck it all up

Great job, bro. Lol

Amazing work, Charles. So many helpful tips in the video, especially for a Logic Pro beginner like me. I loved the tips and tricks in particular a lot. Thanks so much! You may already be aware of it now, but in case not, for 1:45:51, you could use Shift + Option + Mouse Scroll Wheel for horizontal zooming instead of using your trackpad. Also, Shift + Mouse Scroll Wheel helps in horizontal navigation. Moving the Mouse Scroll Wheel only does vertical navigation, obviously.
Coming back to this again. Probably the best reference/tutorial for simple but productive quality of life improvements you can add into you Logic workflow. A bit of a word salad there, but its just a great reference. Thanks Charles.
