Ford guy here... 3 expeditions, 2 f150s, a mustang cobra, and 2 rangers, an escort, and two fiestas in the last 20 years i went to purchase a maverick for my wife in 2022 and was treated so poorly i now cant stand my ford themed garage. Also the turbo in my 3.5 ecoboost expedition had to be replaced at 40k miles it was thousands. I am 40 years old and i have 4 daughters and a wife and i dont think ive been shown enough love by ford to carry on ford tradition any more generations.
Your Expedition wasn't under warranty?
EcoBoost engines share the Crankcase oil with the Turbos.
Change it at 5000 mile intervals, not the recommended mileage as per owners manual.
It will live a long life.

@@MasonCatalone nope it had a oil leak they said was my fault somehow I followed regularly scheduled maintenance. It ended up costing 2200 in parts and another 2000 in labor the dealership said they couldn't get the parts for weeks once they did it was in the shop for another 2 weeks. So a little over a month total it was unusable.

@@jacobm5521 Sounds like a problem with your dealership being greedy. I would try another Ford dealership to see if they're more reasonable

Hi Nicole! The White Mountains are breathtaking! I've been thinking about planning a visit, but I'm a bit worried about the amount of rain the area gets. I love exploring, but I'm hesitant because my new 2022 Metallic Blue Ford F-150 XLT Crew Cab FX4 Offroad edition has a risk of flooding due to an improperly installed windshield by Ford when it was built. Do you know if the area often has heavy rainfall? By the way, please pass on my regards to Roe. Thank you in advance for your help!

Have had several since the 1960s and still do. All my work trucks are Ford. I race Fords and I am also lucky to be Ford GT owner (midengine)

TIP: If you get an EcoBoost, change the oil often (around 5000 miles) not the recommended miles.
