I love these power naps!! I've been struggling with fatigue at the moment, wanting to do a million things but running out of steam. Can you please do a video where we tap into our power reserves and remind ourselves of our abundant energy?? I love your video ❤️😘

I had nose surgery less than a month ago I been struggling at work today I had to take a nap before going back home but after one hour I still felt I couldn’t drive did this and now I’m ready!! Thank you so so so so much 🙏🏼 pura vida y buenas vibras !
