    MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
    1) That bell at the end scared me!
It definitely shouldn't be loud. 🙂 Keep your volume LOW -- 20-40% max.
    2) "I can't hear anything!"
    Headphones are REQUIRED!
    3) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (Atmos, DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
    4) "Can I save this to my phone?"

These videos have really revolutionized my life. I work 12 hour shifts outside during the day. I’ll come from work and do the 15 minute nap. Then I’ll go to the gym for an hour. When I get I’ll do another 15 minute nap and then work on my second business for a few hours before I go to bed with a longer video. My productivity has absolutely gone through the roof. Thanks so much for this material. This has literally changed my life. Much love and respect.

I love these power naps they really do work in putting me in to a semi hypnotised space. One strange effect though is sometimes it makes my body forget to breathe and I have a sudden awakening gasping for breath, very odd, today it happened me three times. I think it happens way less with the longer sessions. Maybe there's something in that?? Anyway despite the air gasping I love and need these videos for quick zone out times to refresh and revitalise when I get tired! Thank you

I do not have a history of sleeping well at night and very rarely get sleepy during the day, but recently became acquainted with binaural beats and theta waves as an aid for meditation, but all the audios I’ve listened to have distracting music or sounds. So I decided to use this power nap video for meditation this morning. I did not fall asleep, but did feel relaxed and mental activity slowed down. So thanks for this opportunity, Jody. I really appreciate the absence of background music/sounds.

Thank you so much Jody. Your recordings are now MY FIRST GO TO when struggling with my ADHD, anxiety or sensory stimuli overload. I've found them extremely beneficial and it's helpful having a selection of varied timed recordings to choose from.

@@bestbinauralbeats we were having a nap day in my facs essentials class (we were learning about stress relief and she arranged a day we could sleep) but people wouldnt shut up 😂. Plus sitting on a backless stool leaning my head over on a table isnt my way to sleep. So i popped on this video and just chilled. Thanks, it worked pretty well

There's always value in relaxation! If you aren't "feeling it," there's a chance you might still be in stage 1 sleep. If you awaken someone who's in this stage, they might report that they weren't actually sleeping.
