Who is the flutist?
Mathieu Dufour, principal flute, previously principal of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. The oboist is Jonathan Kelly, principal oboe, previously of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra. (The other principals who share the work are Emmanuel Pahud, flute, and Albrecht Mayer, oboe. All four are brilliant musicians and outstanding players [as are all the BPO wind players!])
