If you have the expertise open the PC and take the hard drive . Then connect it as an external to a PC with Antivirus to scan it. Once the scan is complete, go to C:\users\ your username and copy your files to another disk. Once that is complete format the disk and connect it back to your old PC and do a fresh install.

Hi, you can turn it on but it won’t boot to your desktop because it will tell you Operating system not found. You can watch videos on how to install the operating systems. Use another computer to make a bootable USB drive once you have prepared the bootable drive connect it to the dead computers and turn it on. Then follow the instructions on how to install the Operating System. It is pretty easy and you can do it. But just understand that if you have deleted your files you won’t be able to get that back unless proper recovery has been done.
Too bad that you deleted that hard drive because the operating system restoration files were part of what you deleted. Now you need a disk or a thumb drive with your Operating System on it and you'll need a windows Key (even your old one will work) but if you deleted your hard drive you deleted that too. Reply to me here if you have your Windows installation key and I'll send you a link to where you can download a copy of Windows 10 (from there you can upgrade to 11 if you wish)..
@basit4457 your cd could be dead and it is a possibility. First go to the bios settings and make sure cd-rom is your first bootable option and try again. If it doesn’t work use the usb and create a bootable from it and use link above the comments to guide you with the installation
You are right not for everyone but for the majority of PCs. The purpose of the esc is not to take you to bios. It is to display function key options including the bios key just incase the user doesn’t know which key to take them to bios or boot menu since that varies from PC manufacturers.

No you don’t. Also it is not a good practice if your computer bios is set to boot from usb. The Bios try’s to locate the OS from the usb and this could make the computer tell you that it can’t find an OS present.

Hi thank you for the question. Media test failure meant that you are trying to boot from the network interface connection and the system could not detect any existing boot setup on the network.
Repeat the process. If it stuck again that meant your system possible doesn't meet the installation requirements. or the operating system is currupted.
Please make sure to check the system requirements on installing the operating system. If all the requirements are correct please replace you computer memory. If it still stack please rebuild the installation drive. If it still stacks change your hard drive

If you have not formatted the drive, the files are still there. Learn how to perform a dual boot so that you can login to the old operating system.

What if it says: Interrupted operation: Insert the Recovery CD or other Recovery Media amd reboot your PC...
