    The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

    I read that in a research, a lutein supplement improved eyesight in patients with AMD. But that's a macula issue, in most people myopia is caused by a cilliary muscle+eyeball shape issue.

    I think the vitamins and minerals in real food helps your eyes, but mostly its eating processed foods, sugars, and vegetable hurting them that is the problem. But I think this has more to do with glaucoma and macular degeneration and probably has nothing to do with near or far sightedness, except in extreme cases..

    • @halfers83
      @halfers83 5 лет назад

      Yes vitamins and minerals are extremely critical for healing process but myopia is something you have to address physically which Jake has been demonstrating but vitamins for addressing elongated of the eyeball (myopia) won't do nothing to reshaped the eyeball back to its roundness. It make perfectly sense.

    High dose of Pure Ascorbic Acid actually reduced my dry eye and reduced my eye power. Testing for blood panel is a waste of money if you can listen to your body. Reducing exposure to toxins inclusive of radiation also helps.
    I do agree however with most of your ideas on reducing myiopa.

    You can eat your way to better eyesight by the choices you make in your diet nutrient dense vegetables along with intermittent fasting will absolutely improve your eyesight to some degree. No I'm not a doctor, nor am I a nutritious. Neither do I have any personal experience from this at this point yet. Just in the experimental process yet you may Wonder why do I make the statement absolutely? That's a good question. Doesn't that logic make sense to you? What have you got to lose give it a try. Try fasting for 22 hours you will be shocked at the positive results I guarantee it. Now that I have contradicted myself on a semi level I must leave. goodbye.

    What about wearing differential glasses / no glasses for eating? "You eat with your eyes" as they say. People focus up close to see the end of their fork. Or is that treated the same as reading a book?

    Hi, currently I am starting my endmyopia journey. I am cycling and running a lot, i spend around 3-5 hours outside daily.
    Now I am thinking about buying those sportsglasses with a prescription adapter inside.
    With cycling maybe i can use the upclose prescription adapter because most of the time I am staring at the front persons wheel / my bikecomputer and with running eventually taking prescription adapter for far away.
    And just wear those glasses on a regular too... I am currently in Ecuador for the next few months and I dont have to worry much about my looks 😎. (not that i did in first place)
    Do you guys think this is a good idea? The downside on this is that I will always have to look through two glasses (the lenses itself and the prescription adapter).
    Oh yeah, I have - 4.5
