@@VanHalenFan1964pregnancy and child birth!
Nice sound, sounds better than where I was sitting but was an awesome show.
Rosie Langley .. absolutely kills it on the violin.. not hard on the eyes either lol
:O))))
I love how she owned her moment in the spotlight! And clearly enjoyed it!
She is absolutely adorable! :)
The lovely Rosie Langley
:)))))
But is she pregnant? Otherwise, she is very homely.
:))
As a kid i was inspired by this song because i thought he said, 'i'm taking a dive on the slide'. Something i use to do and most exhilarating. I still feel that way every time i listen to this song.
This is what any song should do to us - generate a special meaning, emotion, energy impulse... Thank you for sharing your wonderful story, Utu Langi. 😊😊😊😊
@@tetmax and thank you for sharing your special moment with us. You've put us in that moment and experience. Precious.

I was to your right, Row 12. What a concert!
We saw them August 10, 2018 in Houston. That was the best concert ever!!
That is great to hear! From what was posted here it looks like Jeff's performances in 2018 are amazing anywhere they play!
First saw ELO in 1974. The Lineup was Elf, ELO and Deep Purple. Jacksonville, FL Would love to see Jeff Lynne's ELO
Thank you for commenting, Paul! :))
Well done I love it
I would have loved to have been there. Thank you for sharing this. I adore ELO.
Thank you for watching and commenting, Nan! :)))
Very cool! I wish he was playing more dates in the states.
Thank you for dropping a line, Geoff! I wish that too. Had to travel both times to see Jeff, but it was worth it! :)))
Thanks Max

Amazing👏
Thank you for commenting! :)
Great seats and camera work.
Thank you for watching and commenting, chessic4

I was at this show, I gave it an "A+", kinda sad "Strange Magic" was not included in the set list but all in all, I am glad I attended, Jeff Lynne sounds just like 1976...
Thank you for commenting Lido! I really loved the concert! Strange Magic is an amazing song, but he has so many great ones it is really hard to do a perfect setlist! Talking about the sound. Did you mean they sound like 1976 as a whole band or just Jeff's voice and his singing?
@@tetmax I am referring to the sound, the concert sound production was astounding...and yes Jeff Lynne's voice is relatively unchanged...
That is not what I imagined in my mind when was watching older footage. The sound of the band felt to be more rough and wild - like The Beatles 'Walrus'. I am surprised it was the same mellow and consistent flow of sound. Wish I could go back in time to hear them! )))
They did Strange Magic in UK on 2016 tour and it features on the 2015 recording of 2014 Hyde park, London concert.. here it is at the O2 ruclips.net/video/ssLZibj67_A/видео.html
Secret Messages another lovely one not now included. I know he cant do everything..
My God, it took me two hours to look for you !! Friday night again. Well I have checked in !?!? Be good..so you in again in a few weeks !! HHa

Thanks for uploading. I love Jeff and that backing singer Melanie Lewis is one hot Fox. All the best from the UK.
Thank you for commenting. Great to her from the UK! :)) Hope to come to see Jeff one day on his motherland!
Thanks for getting back. People go on about the Beatles etc but for me Jeff is up there with the best. Wild West Hero !! Love that. Get over to the UK, you will love it. All the best to our American Friends.
Sorry to add, you should check out the Langley Sisters doing "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy. Rosie and her sisters going for it. So good. Again all the best,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
I will check on them. :)))
I do want to come and not only for Jeff. I hope to see Ray Davies too. He is one of the few living songwriters that I admire the most and love with all my heart! I've seen him once but he was not with a band just him and his fellow. It was an amazing concert (Ray happened to be an amazing entertainer with great sense of humor), but I hope to see him with full sound too. If his brother and Mick Avory decide to tour after their reunion album I will travel to see them anywhere. :)))
Hello Max. Hope you are OK. In trouble tonight listening to your uploads !! Joking. Me Mrs just doesn't get it. Few beers listening to great songs. Ha,,keep rocking son. All the best.
Great to hear from you, RED MANCHESTER! I am a bit in the same position here with people around not getting it! Lately was listening to Jeff's 'One Day' song for like a couple of weeks none stop! Will rock on forever! :)))
Hello Max. Hope you are OK again !! Aww, what a song. It's hard to say to a friend I have never met. Be good ,,,,,,,,,,,,ELO.
Thank you! And the same to you! :))))
Hello Max !! It's me the pain in the ass !! She off at Bingo at the Local church and I am on the Devil's water,,again !! Friday night . Never mind worked all week. On WILD WEST HERO again. Be good now. Look after yourself.
Hello RED MANCHESTER! Always great to hear from you! You deserve your time of happiness listening to great music you love! Especially at the end of the hard working week! :)
..making Mik Kaminski proud!
:))
The problem with being this close at an ELO concert is you don't get to see the full effect of the light show.I was all the way to the back. Especially when the laser show started, I got to see the full effect
Hello Marty. Thank you for listening and commenting! I am a musician and a songwriter and Jeff Lynne is one of my biggest heroes. So I am the most interested in how they do it on stage, what parts they play, what harmonies they sing, etc... so that's kinda the reason I did the close up shots when was filming. So glad it was a great view for you from the spot you were experiencing the concert! Will add some more songs later with possible more distance shots. ))
They included all the details too. If it was on the record, they included it in the performance!
Agreed. We sat on the second level, slightly to the right. The images on the screens in the back, esp during 'All Over the World', really enhanced the performance. But in THIS view you can at least see how incredibly well Lynne [who is 70 yrs old] appears to be holding up, for the duration of the show, which is really remarkable.
I want him to go on writing, recording and performing for long years. Want it with all my heart! He is one of the few best left.
@@tetmax I love the close ups..like to see the expresions on their faces and how they are playing 🤩
I was there, in general, it was good, but didn't like they start late, the show was short and some big hits were missing like "last train to London".
Thank you for commenting Isaac! I drove to see Jeff from another state and did not care them starting late, although I think they started on time - right after the first band finished - and it was announced that it would be that way. Talking about big hits. I would like them to play more less know songs or Jeff's amazing songs from the last 3 albums he released, but I know most people want to hear exactly what Jeff played that day. I've talked to people around me after the show and they were happy about every song 'cos they are his biggest hits. As Paul McCartney says when he asked why he keeps on playing the same old Beatles songs over and over - he says "If I go to the Rolling Stones concert I want to hear 'Satisfaction' first of all." So, we should be grateful Jeff tours right now. I got tickets for the Zoom tour back in 2001 but it was canceled and I was sure I would never see Jeff live. So, I am very happy I was there regardless of anything. Hope Jeff will go on recording and touring and will add new songs into his setlist including, of course, amazing "Last Train"! )))
who is the violinist?
Rosie Langley. :)))
As Max says her name is Rosie Langley, one of three sisters. They do there own stuff too. I know it's a bit off beat for some people but you should check them out doing Boogie Woogie. There is two vids, the best one looks like it's done in a bingo hall !!! All good, enjoy. All the best.
there are actually four sisters..Amy plays cello with ELO and Edie and Gita have their own band..I forgot the name..The trio..Langley sisters broke up
Rosie Langley. She's very talented.
Sorry
Thanks Max
Thank you for watching and dropping a line, Jeffrey! :)))
