I just added cayenne pepper to my regime a couple days ago along with cucumbers. I read a study that was done on people with high blood pressure that were given 100 grams of cucumber a day and the top number dropped 10 points. So cucumbers dipped in cayenne pepper is now part of my daily diet.

As a fellow health RUclipsr, I appreciate the insights shared in this video! It's fascinating how cayenne pepper, particularly its active compound capsaicin, can have such a profound impact on cardiovascular health. Research supports the idea that capsaicin not only enhances circulation but also plays a role in reducing inflammation and improving endothelial function, which is crucial for maintaining healthy blood vessels.
Incorporating cayenne pepper into our diets can be a simple yet effective way to support heart health. I often recommend adding it to meals or even trying it in warm water with lemon for an invigorating drink. Additionally, it's worth noting that the benefits of cayenne pepper can be amplified when combined with other heart-healthy foods, such as garlic and leafy greens, which also promote circulation and reduce cholesterol levels.
Thank you, Dr. Mandell, for shedding light on this powerful spice! Let's continue to spread awareness about natural ways to enhance our health. Keep up the great work!

My breakfast is chia seeds and basil seeds in a big mug soaked overnight. In the morning I add cinnamon, cardamom, peanut butter and grape water enhancer for a peanut butter and jelly flavored chia pudding. Lost 10 lbs since I started that in August.

Doc, you are a blessing to me and the world. I've taken your advice many times and it worked everytime! You've helped me way more than my physician and the Medical Industrial Complex. And that is exactly what it's become. In fact I was taken by ambulance to an ER in extreme pain. I couldn't stand up without pain shooting down my entire body.
Because my attending physician insisted on taking," The least invasive," approach first meaning only anti-inflamatoried. At x-ray the moved me 6x. Each time I screamed at the top of my lungs. I was hysterically crying.
The doctor, instead of being compassionate, became angry, blaming me because in my hysteria I dared laugh at him.
He finally did what he should have done had he not followed an insurance Co. directive. A shot of pain medication. He gave me a minimal amount just enough so I could walk with crutches. No pain meds were prescribed. I got worse in ER than before.
