The tail gun is so op. I have put 2 full belts of standard fighter ammo in bomber before the gunner does anything, he fires for 4 seconds and ruins me

Dude, especially if your plane isn't going in a straight line and is actually trying to evade the enemy plane. What Mat can do in 2 seconds, takes me (and most of my friends on console) over a minute of constant shooting and compensating to the plane's movement.
you basically die as soon as you approach a bomber on PC if they have even a half decent gunner

I know right dude?! I didn't even play bf4 as much as this game, there's just something about old school warfare that makes it that much more appealing to me. No more having to deal with Javelin squads and stinger missiles flying everywhere makes it that much better also lol.

Maddgear9 Gaming Wasn't for a single round (the one where they were raining hell on everyone, i even got killed while on the AA trying to stop them), got put on the same team next round so i figured i'd just join their squad and try to be a teamplayer, i.e. be a medic and revive them when i could.
Why are people saying i was caught? You can see me clearly in his squad at one point, then there's the prime example of me shooting Lvl with the Martini as well as him killing me on the AA.

Finally bombers can defend themselves without being flying hunks of free points for the other aircraft. I don't know what those pilots were thinking to go after you guys without the bomber killer load out and from directly behind you but they were pretty unbelievably stupid.
The way you take out bombers effectively is to fly low under them in the fighter with the bomber killer load out then pitch up climbing almost vertically until you can unload all your rockets into it, by that point it'll be almost dead. Then simply switch to machine guns and hit it a few times to finish it.
Yeah I have 4 service stars in the fighter plane and have been flying since bf3. So before you initiate a conversation with "fuck you!" you should consider that maybe you aren't as good as you think you are, which is why you have the views that you do

Man, Bomber and attack plane´s gunners are really OP. They can finish with a fighter within 2-3 seconds, better than AA.

Jake Cooper The fighter guns take 3-4 reload cycles to take down the bomber but the passenger guns only take about 15-20 shots to completely fuck over my plane. Just about every time I come up behind a bomber it just shoots my wings and I immediately nose dive towards the ground and die.

fighter planes are weaker but after but on the bomber buster class and come in from angles and underneath if you can and they are easy kills if you slowly fly behind a bomber you should die otherwise whats the point of the turret

But the problem with the whole bomber thing is I break off and come back, but their guns wear me down faster than I wear them down, and I have to go repair, and when I am done repairing, so are they.
It is simply tedious.
I have still downed a number of them, but it is way harder than it should be. Plus the fighter rockets are way less powerful than they were in the beta.
I was practically Manfred von Richthofen in the beta.
Or you could just equip the rockets for the plane and shoot them down in half a second.
I watched lvl's video of these matches on his channel first and they were basicly videos of matimi0 crushing, nice to see it in matimi0's perspective.

I find myself playing more simulators and RPG's on the PC now and leaving the FPS stuff for the console.
