Congratulations too the 6 hunter on some awesome black bear 🐻. PA BEAR Just started for archery in muzzloader dad went camp for muzzloader. I had work this year. No baiting or calling here. Dad been canda few times over bait . Two years ago pass few and 2 year before that seen nothing. Think few before missed one and hit one with major blood spot size kitchen table but guid said black bear got taken by loggers in area bc found skid tracks not to for off with atv trail. Few before missed one if i remember. Said guid their leave bait area super thick shoots less then 10 yards for rifle and tell me ur better off with shotgun or muzzloader.
Mange the growing population and let younger ones get bigger. Plus bear meat actually not to bad eating. Few people I hard use fat off them for cooking
