This game was my first racing game ever, to say that I started spoiled would be an understatement, this game shaped my taste in cars and customizations, chop tops, big rims, dropped low, candy paints, car magazines, it even got me introduced with sport bikes and choppers, without it I wouldn't be so involved and in love with cars which is my main hobby in my life.
So true, bro
Cool
Thank you for acknowledging that this game had a good soundtrack.
8:52 don't forget the lackluster car list.
Also the game has a decent amount of cut songs
Hey man, Thanks for making a Beautiful Tribute and a very well made video for the Midnight Club 3 Game, This game is a MasterPiece , i Love this game my childhood was all that time thinking on that game and playing , having fun and have alot of fellings whit the beautiful songs of the game, in other words : Keep'in Gangster Dude
Oh boy and the jumps were epic, Jumping over an entire town, an aircraft carrier and jumping over the interstate during a Big Playaz race was insane
That is one of the reasons why Big Air is one of my favorite circuits
I remember when I bought my PS2 in december 2010. It came with a lot of PS2 titles that the local shop give with the console. One of these games was Midnight Club 3 Remix, but it was copy, so it didn't have the case and I asked to the seller what the game was about and he said it was a racing game. I was 9 years at that time and can't understand english properley, so I expected the game was some kind of kids racing game, like Mario Kart or Crash Tag Team. But when I put the game on, and man... It was love at first time, because I was also a kid maniac for cars. The game was just perfect.
Good times.
You're gonna blow up man, you have similar production quality of massive youtubers and your voice is easy to listen to. Keep going
Your edits were ON POINT
7:05 rly put me back 15 years when I was a kid playing on my ps2 hearing this soundtrack rly made me tear up and
I love this game A LOT
most wanted 😑🤚🏻
Midnight Club 3 😌👉🏻
Both are big sucessful games from 2005.
@@Silva_GP Midnight Club 3 es mejor
@@octavioavellaneda4105 Doesn't exist the best, exist one of the best. Both are decent games, Most Wanted featured better cop chases while Midnight Club featured better arcade experience.
@@Silva_GP Si queres persecuciones policía, tenes al Hot Pursuit
@@octavioavellaneda4105 Hot Pursuit have a lot of differences, Most Wanted pursuits improved the experience from Hot Pursuit 2.
GOOD VIDEO
This is my favorite game of all time and I always love hearing what people have to say about it
A great tribute to a legendary, one of a kind racing game. Well done
Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition was the Best Midnight Club Game Ever and still is!
I agree
I disagree I still think midnight club 2 is better because it may be a bit slower but not by much and it’s mostly the difficulty for me that does it midnight club 2 is so difficult in such a frustratingly good way comparable to the dark souls series and the wacky characters but I def don’t blame you for thinking it’s the best cause midnight club 3 is equally badass
@@9r4ss_No, it has no car customization and because of this it's worse!
Thanks so much for this video. Midnight club 2 and 3 have my heart and always will. I’ve never loved every aspect of a game like these. The soundtracks, the atmosphere. The midnight club world just has such a unique and out of this world feeling. No game will ever compare. Cheers buddy and thank you again!
You could try Midnight Club LA Remix for the PSP, it uses the same engine as Midnight Club 3
Ce jeu m'as fait aimer les Mopar et Detroit
Thanks for this and mc2 video, you had never played the first tittle? It was my first racing game and i wish you do a video like the others....
I've only played MCSR a couple of times so I don't know that much about it compared to 2 and 3
banger.
MNC still has the best car customization of any racing series that I know of. Sad that R* let it die in favor of shark cards.
This is one of the best videos about midnight club 3. As a fan of the series, I appreciate your work, but the last part of the video bothered me a little, specifically (MC3 was the last great game in the series). Frankly, and with all due respect, this is unfair to MCLA, as that game was a perfect conclusion to the series and provided an enjoyable midnight club experience, and even though it has changed radically from previous games in terms of control and driving feeling, this change was necessary due to the new engine and because it is a new generation of devices. The game has succeeded in providing a unique and arcade racing experience. It has presented one large city full of details and depicted Los Angeles in the best way and use it to provide an excellent racing experience while introducing new types of races, a good story with the first speaking hero in the history of the series, and expansion in other mods while presenting a good lis of cars&bikes Later, we got waht i believe to be one of the best expansions in the history of arcade racing games (South Central DLC) which introduced a completely new area on the map with new vehicles, new music, new missions, new competitors, and more content that added to the original game, and let’s not forget the many improvements from previous games With regard to quality of life features The game never tried to go for realism in driving, but all it did was give the vehicles a real weight that helps you control properly. Better with your vehicle while maintaining the arcade with all those jumps and super speeds, and do not forget that it provide a collection of the best soundtracks compared to all competitors of that period to embody Los Angeles in the best way. All of these things made MCLA a great game, and I see no real reason for it to be less than any other game in the series.
Good video 👍🏼
would it be possible to have your detailed feedback about my work in progress project that is heavily inspired by this era and genre of games ?
if yes let me know and i'll send you the video link
Sure i'd love to see it
@@AriseSG i have replied with the video link, incase that comment was automatically blocked because of the link, let me know and i'll try to do the (dot) trick to send the link
I didn’t like midnight club la as much when I was a kid I still preferred the older titles then and now
Yeah, thats bcs 2 and 3 are better. When emulators can handle MC La 60fps constant, its on par with them.
@@artuqs9027 in not the fps it’s the overall gameplay it will never be on par regardless of fps. The steering is objectively worse because of the more realistic approach and midnight club is lesser for it
Plus I can play la on rpcs3 at 60 with my pc actually just tried it yesterday game still not as good compared to the other previous titles
0:20 Why cars have no shadows in this shot?
They are distant, the shadows are rendered to appear near to the player.
I've always been a fan of the franchise but to me, mc3 feels souless when compared to mc2
Not even close.
You're smoking crack
Because the game focused more on customization, american culture than in anothers aspects, leaving the game with mute and faceless rivals (except for the Biker ones). All of that to compete with NFS Underground 2 and Most Wanted 2005.
I disagree
