Hi Reiji, curious if you struggled with any particular races on howhardcanitbe9? I have started my playthrough recently and Moses was incredibly difficult, took a few restarts to beat him, but everything after that past Dice has been surprisingly easy. Is the difficulty somewhat inconsistent in your opinion, or is the chest possibly deactivating? Do you notice more traffic in races than usual or are the racers just much more competent compared to the base difficulty? Splendid clear, you're quite good at this game, too!
I honestly zoned out half the time now that I'm older and have more driving experience compared to when I first tried this game out as a kid. Just letting you know that the difficulty resets to default every time you log out / turn off the game. If you did it in one sitting or already took that into consideration then congratulations! You have skills.
@@notReiji I figured out after things started getting bizarrely easy that I had to enter the cheat code every time I logged into the game, so I instantly wiped my hard mode save and started fresh and made sure to type myself a note reminding me to enter the code each time. I basically did all of LA/Paris/Tokyo in a single sitting, then came back and did Makoto, Savo Tokyo races, then Paris races and LA races on another day. It didn't feel easy of course (when does MC2 ever feel easy? lol) but I was honestly expecting to beg for mercy by the end of it haha. I feel like howhardcanitbe9 should max out traffic for every race and increase the racer skills. Weirdly I tried howfastcanitbe9 but I genuinely could not tell a difference in game speed or opponent speed. I feel like the cheats might be broken...

Yep.
proved me wrong. fair enough
