- easiest hardest racing game soundtrack of all time
I've started playing midnight club 2 once again recently and realized that I've missed on some really good bangers for my previous video, so here's the updated version with more soundtracks. - Игры
>be rockstar
>you’re known for making a great sandbox open world series
>start making a car game inspired by street racing
>it’s actually very good
>you suddenly stop making them
>refuse to elaborate further
>gta 5 is released on ps7
worst timeline imaginable
Midnight Club franchise stopped because Rockstar destroyed the old San Diego studios formation, the developers got bad job conditions during the development and finish of Los Angeles. Sadly after GTA 5, Rockstar creativity died.
@@Andre_VOSthat's so sad...
Unironically Rockstar is my fav gaming company, and a LOT of that is actually owed to Midnight Club 2 and 3, not exactly GTA San Andreas, though obviously that one is an absolute monster.
a lot of games companies nowdays stopped making fun games and begun milking their most successful game and makes it full of micro transactions and nft, a lot of these companies used to make masterpieces like konami with the sh and mgs franchise, rockstar with rdr bully midnight club and manhuat, and ubisoft with many many games it's sad time to be in
Midnight Club cancelled soz
Imagine a night club with Midnight Club music banging in the background
I would go and dance my socks off
I've been lucky enough to experience some of the Michael Da Brain tracks in a club. Its just as fun as you'd imagine, even more so if you're surrounded by people who have no idea wtf Midnight Club is.
P.S: I know its still a really small phenomena, but video game soundtracks being part of DJ sets in clubs and festivals is actually increasing. I've been lucky enough to play some tracks from the Cyberpunk and Doom 2016 soundtrack, and I've heard everything from Pokemon and LoZ to Wipeout OST and remixes in clubs. Plus, VGM DJs are a thing, maybe you'll get lucky and find one performing near you!
You described the 1990s early 2000s club scene in Europe, from the stories I've heard from DJs that were around during that era.
you already know😎 3:41
I'd go there every time!
No music beats MC2 main menu theme. The vibe is just..... mysterious
Totally agree. Really sets the tone. I kinda wish the games that came after kept that kind of vibe
I love how the Menu theme literally has multiple moods depending on the section of the song LOL
Lmaooo fr one second it’s foreboding and the next it’s “READY TO RACE?”
@@SJ-su1ki *GET ready to race, mate
Midnight Club 2 is not just a game. It's an underground electro festive.
I played in 2022 and turned into my favorite racing game.
@@branislavweber76351:10 Gina looks a lot like Suki from FF2 🤔
Only now reading these comments I realized something I never noticed all these years. Gina is inspired in Suki! And she drives a Honda too. 😮
@@ivanleal4432 but, MC2 was released before FF2 and Gina drives a Civic not an S2000 ☝️🤓
(R* should make Angel and Gina swap their own cars before launch! (that makes sense)
@@Nikko619 oh crap you're right. They are a few months apart, and MC2 was first. 🤯
This game has lived rent free in my head for almost 20 years
IN THE BACK SHAKES TAMBOURINE, NICOTINE FROM A SILVER SCREEN
*Car going at light speed*
I always understood "In the buttcheeks a tambourine"
I was usually too busy raging to realize just how amazing this soundtrack was.
Also that part with Live 135 and CSGO was very clever lol
fr that's how I experienced this game as well, then I played it for the 2nd time and realized how PERFECT the soundtrack was
@reichsfuhrermonika6469mostly because you are going to be stuck on savo for the longest probably
1:31 WHY DOES THIS FIT THE CLIP SO WELL???
timed with the nitrous part too
"Careful, he got reputation!"
He will show the Dice in full effect
Stop wasting all of his time and DRIVE!
@@True_Religions he's got some nice skills...I'll give him that
I have listened to Midnight Club 2 OST for 10 days
I am now trancegender
removing paul walker looking at a map while brain 30 is playing is a crime
The MC2 soundtrack will still remain as one of my personal favorites in racing games, just can't get enough of it.
Brain 30 feels like having a panick attack after inhaling helium from a party balloon
Easiest Trance Of All Time
One of the best racing game in 2000s
3:49 me during the paris race 😂
The Stress
Along with NFS 2 SE, NFS 3 Hot Pursuit, NFS High Stakes, Need for Speed Porsche Unleashed and Blur, Midnight Club 2 have the best selection of eletronic songs.
You my friend, you're a connoisseur! I played those games in my childhood (except for Blur) and they changed my life with their gameplay, cars and music. Long life to techno and super cars! 😊
2:10 made me feel weird for some reason.
So fitting.

2:34 One time I tried playing MC2 while stoned and when it peaked, I was getting ready for Nikko. His song or any Tokyo song is anxiety educing lol
"I got no car! Where the hell am i supposed to go?!"
MC2 while stoned is not the best of ideas... But listening to Michael Da Brain sure is. Amazing what a 303, 909 and some distortion can do to the soul.
honestly super happy you got to play this gem, despite it being rage inducing
Some crazy rubber banding
Massive respect for including Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven here
Brain 29 is extremely relatable for me, man thanks for reupdating this masterpiece.
Midnight club 2 wasn't just a game it was a stereotypical musical experience that everyone loves, the characters have their own theme, car and race style
Even racing games can be turned into a dance contest
Brain 26 was really damn banging of all time
3:12 literally, Kansai roccoco be like:
Hey this is a really good! All of them encapsulates the feeling extremely well. Stephane's music as well as Nokternal's Aurora are my favorite songs in MC2.
Stephane’s unordered race was so fun banging Thomas Bangalter
Mc2 i feel was more about the 90s scene than the 00s the music really pushes it for me, just full of mid 90s styled acid trance and euro rave, mc1 will always be my top 90s style racing game though
Early 2000s still got elements from 90s, so Midnight Club 2 still have elements from early 2000s.
seriously the music did not need to go that hard on MC2
but i am glad it did because its fucking awesome
When I got my first car, I blasted the entire Midnight Club 2 soundtrack with my best friend in the car. I still do to this day!
Midnight Club 2's aesthetics combined with a soundtrack that actually tries to make every opponent and race feel unique, creates such a fantastic experience. It's a racing game with an actual atmosphere and tone of its own, dancing on the threshold of feeling believable and being some sort of a dreamlike music video in motion. While the trance music is pretty simple, its use here is excellent, making it easily the most effective soundtrack in the franchise. 3's has some good rock and occasional neat song, but it's mostly a very lackluster soundtrack with many baffling song choices and very homogenous drum and bass. LA is more consistent in quality, not having notable lows but also no notable highs, hitting that very passable middle ground soundtrack tier. I guess the first game also exists.
mc3 had a lot of hit songs in their soundtrack, i was impressed
still, mc2 is the best street racing game to exist, and nothing will change my mind
mc3 had a lot of awesome detroit techno picks though, which is very fitting considering detroit is one of the game's cities. the hip hop selection i think also did a better job representing what was actually relevant at the time than any other racing games, with a few real classics in there. i agree though that the dnb selection was pretty homogenous, especially considering theres like 8 calyx tracks, but theres a couple great tunes like renegade snares and final fantasy. overall i do like mc2's soundtrack more, but i think youre underselling 3 a bit
The first game have a lot of Drum & Bass too, and Derrick May - Strings of Life on the intro its great.
@@plinkynutMidnight Club 3 have great songs on Rock, but the eletronic and Drum & Bass part are boring.
@@TomokoxKuroki I can agree on hip hop selection having a couple of neat ones, and Welcome to Jamrock was a pretty good.reggae song. The electronic music I found to be rather weak, sometimes bafflingly weird and cut down, sounding more like sketches rather than fully fleshed out ideas. So all in all I like about 20% of the soundtrack if even that. The large selection ends up making it feel very inconsistent in terms of quality. Sean Paul makes me laugh every time I hear it.
0:35 *Time for you to get the boost!"*
Jump Jet & Timeshift always give me chills, as the well constant looping of Outrun
and as always, the beat drop of Brain 21 & live 135
Brain 35 “Only An Illusion” would work best for the final race in Tokyo Drift, especially since both have Yakuza ties.
And for Han chase before the crash.
@@Andre_VOSPersonally, I believe Syntrax works better for that chase.
Syntrax be my favorite song in the game. Along with Elements Of Trance.
I didn't expect to see my Chicago Cab video re-used at 1:03. Thanks BK4. Laughing hard on it 😂
My man Overdosed MC2 Soundtrack
3:08 my favorite
the menu theme is a whole ass experience
Main menu video - really a perfect companion for this perfect music
It really impacts on you like, and you will like it, very viby, futuristic sound, love it since my first initiation on 2011
Yay more Midnight Club II. This game's soundtrack is better than any other in my opinion
If I remember correctly, Hector and Dice also use "G'z Up". (I have not played Midnight Club II in a while xd)
Good Video 🎧🐱👌
3:04 so accurate
Which movie or show is that
This is how the soundtrack for 3 worked... I would be switching genres back-and-forth depending on what car I drove and what vibe it gave me and fantasizing about the driver in that car
Man i'm so glad i grew up with this game and series ❤
Midnight club 2 was my entrance to Acid Trance, one of the best things that happened in my life.
Best videogame soundtrack ever made
brain 29 is so accurate with the clip of the rave festival, i was bouncing in my chair as i was playing
0:29 i can feel that
Theyre all bangers
round about midnight slaps so hard
I love how gz up is entertaining tommy angelos moment from mafia 1
nfs pro street deserves a video like this
I think this is my favorite video on the internet
See, the problem with this video is that it ends
Midnight Club II is (literally) The Fast and The Furious as a videogame
This is so well made. What a trip 😂
As always. Midnight Club II has such a phenomenal soundtrack.

certified banger from the master of all senseis himself!
This video is gold. Love it that MC2 still gets love after all these years
3:49 that's exactly how I feel during first paris race with savo
Haley's theme is by far my favorite in the gane, with Savo's being a close second.
Remaster of a legendary video has come. Thanks my man
I can‘t describe how accurate they ALL are. I can remember how scared I was of escaping sao paulo as a kid
It warms my heart to see people still care and love midnight club 2. Such an underrated game that got overshadowed by midnight club 3.
This is amazing, thank you for this!
Finally, after 2 months of waiting, its back. Thanks boss.
One of the Best Midnight Club II Videos i ever saw
Man, I had a good laugh. Those insects bugging around on the Stephane tune is just perfect !
You should look out the ending scene of Lost Highway (1997), I think it would fit marvellously with these tracks.
OST of this game is bomb
This is the Dark Souls of racing games and I love it, I remember literally clenching my teeth while racing Savo and that damn song started playing when I was a kid
thanks for updating it, brain 29 gotta be one of my favorites from this soundtrack
I am so grateful for this.
And once again this is very accurate!
Silver Screen is so damn underrated, it's such a vibe.
this is so true
HOW AM I THIS FAST
Midnight Club II OST selection was amazing.
back when I first played this game, I remember that... during the first Paris/Blog race, 'specially at 1:33, played the moment I released the handbrake (after doing a 180 turn & preparing a Burnout)
I'm glad I came across this, sometimes it would feel like I was the only person who even knew what MC2 is since most people talk about MC3 or MCLA
2:10 it's so true, now i just stare at the screen and want to cry out of nostalgia, playing the game on my ps2 back in 2011
Thank you for making this
Midnight club 2 had amazing soundtracks no racing game comes closer not even mc3.
OMG why is this so accurate.
3 stages of madness in savo races encapsulated perfectly. Love this game.
I did that once: i used to have a big Stereo hifi in my room when i was a Kid . I was Home free and the neighbors were out too. I got curious and wanted to see how loud i could turn it so i connected my mp3 player to it, started Brain 21 -Something for your mind (Kaylab Remix) and turned it up. It ripped off picture in my room😅. Never dared doing that again.
i love these so much
"Escaping Sao Paulo" 🤣 that's similar to what I usually imagine when listening to that theme.
I thought it wasn't possible to beat the first video, but you made it! And you included the BANGER main menu music. Nice use of the Taxi movie too, very fitting. I miss Aurora, Stealth and Brain 35, though.
I loved it. But what I love the most is... that you hated the game and now you have played it two or three times. 😂
thank you for this gem

brain 21 haley is my favourite and never played midnight club 🤣(dont know why i got recommendation from yt, but it Slaaaps!)
i keep rewatching this vid to the point i decided to download mc2 on my laptop. thank you, BK4
Midnight club 2 sem dúvidas de toda a franquia tem uma das melhores trilha sonoras, dá vontade de ir uma festa e pedir pro dj escolher essas músicas
1:25 is so accurate 😂
Brain 30 but intense race in paris 😂
brain 29 > brain 30
brain 35: well...
The best midnight club by far
