- This 1965 Gibson Dove had a B Bender installed to it. Possibly by Gene Parsons himself. Will confirm asap.

This song is my wife’s favorite Beatles tune. I played this video for her, and she sang along with it. I kept hearing myself saying,”wow” and “ oh, man” under my breath. At the end of the song we were both in tears. It was a very good way to get our morning started. I will be humming this song all day. Thanks for getting our Saturday off to a great start!!

I was never really a Beatles fan. I had never heard of this song and caught it when Rhett Shull came there and hung out with you a while. You brought this guitar out and I had never heard of a B Bender before. When you played this song I was struck with awe. I didn't know the name of it. Then I found THIS video. I went and listened to the original song and discovered that your version is a lot better than the Beatles did it. I love how you did it and the B Bender is the secret. Good work!

I was born in 1990 and always remember waking up hearing my dad play his guitar. He is now 72, had the worst and most harsh tests in life that you can imagine and he still plays everyday. The Beatles - In My Life is his favourite song and your version is absolutely incredible and I'm going to show my dad. Amazing mate, from the UK.

Ps when it comes to playing guitar I'm 56 & don't practice anywhere near enough to get beyond average intermediate (depressive illness) but every time I hear Nathaniel play I always reach for one of my three guitars not just a mind blowing player but very inspiring,makes me want to become a better player

Hi there Nathaniel, my wife and I stumbled upon you yesterday watching a video on RUclips about some cat coming to the exchange to look for a Les Paul, your favourites were the top line one in from the left and two more in the Center bottom area in from the left. Anyways, you all chose some and picked one of what you said to be one of your favourite amps and went downstairs into a cool private room to have them try the selections. You then showed them the b-bender and honestly my wife and I are both bass players and we’re blown away with your playing and just loved you! How you incorporate bass techniques and piano techniques it’s really beautiful. You played an arrangement you had been working out on the b-bender for Kashmir and we thought what you had done with it was phenomenal and we both wanted to ask since you stopped and said “I’m not going to play the whole thing, we’d all have to sit down as it’s five minutes” which was hilarious but we REALLY would love to sit down for that five minutes please kind sir and watch and listen to what you’ve done with Kashmir. Pretty please would you kindly shoot a video of it on the Doce b-Bender for Bonnie and Joshua, bassists from Canada? Nothing would make us happier to watch that and for how much I love music and my wife, would you maybe consider dedicating it to her as she absolutely fell for it and your playing? I know you don’t normally speak in your videos so if not, no worries, just a thought as it would surely make her feel super special. Thank you kindly and we will both be subscribing to you and spreading the word throughout Canada about you and your excellent playing and style!! You are more than an amazing guitarist, your talent is like non other, you are very gifted. If they have a major league guitarist (like major league baseball) you'd be the all time best player. We are amazed how play all the different parts ( rhythm, bass, drums, melody like the guitar is singing the words, and lead riffs) all at the same time. We are also amazed on how you memorized all of those songs. We are in total awe

Oh shit you read my comment. Just showed your videos to my kid. He just wrote his first stuff today. Came up with a rhythm and lead. I've never gushed in written word before but I've just come across your stuff and your translations from original to a single guitar are so nuanced and beautiful it made me weepy. I simultaneously hate and love you. I'm gonna be watching a lot more of your videos over the next week or so so my apologies for all of the subsequent gushing. How you make a fretboard sound like different humans I will never understand.
Amazing arrangement and the guitar certainly helped with the bender there. It really lent itself to the melody going on behind the backing /comping . I’m not sure if you have instructional material out but it would be great to see how you Honed many of the techniques deployed here
