Got it now. Windows Edition. 1. Ifrit and the 1st King. 2. Go to the elevator and kill the 2nd Boss, go to the elevator again and kill the Red Giants. 3. Kill Nagarani, Yojimbo, Ariadne, the Troops and the Daemons in the Underground. Now the Psychromancer must spawn. That works for me.
@@devilixir oh yeah I’ve defeated the red giants, killed the giant flan and aranide and went through the underground pass but it didn’t appear, so I have to beat all the enemies? (Excluding Omega)
the Regalia Type-D can only be obtained in Chapter 15, after you have performed all Cindy's side quests for the Regalia Type D when you time travel back to the past. Once you have completed all the Type-D quests, return to the present and Talcott will be there standing at the Glaive's entrance. Talk to him and he will give you the key to access the Type-D from the garage nearby. Completing all Cindy's side quests can be done in chapter 15 or before that, but Talcott will only spawn in Chapter 15
My playthrough in the video was done in chapter 15. You can see that I was driving the 4WD Regalia which can only be unlocked in 15. This is in the Royal Edition though.
@@devilixir Right, and I'm playing Royal Edition as well. It's just I've tried this several times, doing it differently almost each time, and the Psychomancer hasn't spawned. I do have one theory though, so I may just start at chapter 14 anyway, or start a new game at chapter 15. Either way, I think since I've gotten it before, probably on the save I'm still using to try to get it again, it won't spawn since I haven't started a New Game+ with that save and starting at a specific chapter. As to why I don't have the kukris when I've done this before, I have no idea. I don't remember selling them. I remember having them at one point, but now I don't.
I think for the regular edition, you'll need to enter the elevator and then exit later. For the Royal Edition, I didnt enter the elevator (since entering will initiate the battle with the Rogue) and the strat still works.
@@xlLightning if your Insomnia level is bigger, and if you faced the Fierce earlier before the elevator, it should be the Royal Edition. (The standard story has lesser content)

thanks, it finally worked unilike many other videos I’ve followed! you’re a god!!!
You're welcome!
Thx✌️
I’m playing it on PS4 and I did it the wrong order though I defeated the monsters underground and opened the gates but the Psychomancer didn’t appear
You need to defeat all the mobs in the map. Some people would miss those enemies in the underground pass

Did you defeat it before in an earlier playthrough?
@@devilixir no , i defeated psychomancer after kill 2 Giants then i go straight to the psychomancer location and kill her
@@delpier5423 I see. Yeah think in the video, it was mentioned that all mobs have to be cleared in the entire map first.
@@devilixir all mobs have to be cleared before defeated ifrit or after defeated ifrit ?

So how do you have the Regalia after the time skip?

Oh that's neat may do that in my next run.
Can it be done in Chapter 15 or does it have to be done in Chapter 14? One video I found claimed it has to be done in Chapter 14.

That underpass is blocked for me.....😢
Did you enter from the correct entrance?
The black flans aren't Spawning for me
That's strange. The black flans are the most commonly spawned enemies right in the middle of the map. You might wanna reset the game and try again.
@@devilixir
I've restarted the game and they haven't spawned
And I'm progressing the main story to see if they spawn again
@@TheMossDrake do you have the royal edition because i heard that they only spawn in the royal edition
How the actual heck do you have the regalia in insomnia??? Is this a mod??
No, this is an unlockable in chapter 15 from Talcott once you have completed all the 3 Cindy races in Lucis(need to go back in time to complete them)
