    Dear Maria, your VO2 explanation is so concise and elegant. Listened to Attia go on for for hours, and did not get much. And they we say women bubble too much hahaha.

    What’s a good mileage to run daily? I run 3 miles daily but I feel like it may not be enough for capillary density.
