The black inlays on the headlights are why they aren't LED. I would like LEDs on my but the black inlays help tie in the look, especially since I have the Black version of this truck.
LED's should be standard on "ALL" vehicles nowadays - My F-150's I keep buying have horrible headlights. I think I had better lights on my cars from the 80's. 2 Worst things about Fords = Headlights Suck & When I go over a bump my truck jumps sideways. I have bought 6 new Fords - They all do the same. All my new Chevy's I had bought before I switched to Ford had great Headlights / At the time.

NSNorfolk Except that’s a base XLT that was previously a rental. And no, it’s not a diesel. It had an original window sticker of 45-46. You could buy that truck brand new in a 2019 for right around $40,000 with zero miles. Which makes that Enterprise rental a terrible deal.
They have over inflated these prices because the public is willing to pay it. Only a fool spends 80 to 90 grand on a pick up truck. The first sustained fuel hike and this same truck cost 50 grand.
@@james-sz9un I should have added that its gonna have to be high gas prices combined with a flat or poor economy or even recession. At that point you will see them offering 20 grand incentives on a truck like this. I'd have to think that gas prices would also have to get up around the high 3s or closer to sustained 4 dollar a gallon. Then again I'd hate for that to happen cause I'm already driving a gas gobbler lol. If they ever pass that green new deal thing you'd probably be able to get this truck for 40 grand or lower.
I just recently purchased a 19 platinum power stroke and I absolutely love it. But I’m not diggin this truck. For a “sport” model I think ford could have done better than a few blacked out accents and factory painted wheels. 🤦🏻♂️

Me to 05 6.0 150k Bulletproofed it when the cooler started to fail and now it runs great. My friends keep buying the next great truck and then enter a new cycle of recalls and break downs. Ford is a sh*t company now but so are all the others.

Suggestion you can take it for what it’s worth. I have been in sales for almost 3 decades from outside to inside and have been in management and I can say that it is a major turn off when you are trying to buy a product and the salesman keeps trashing the competition. Its not Kool! If you site your differences IE “where we differ is point A and point B however they are still a very competitive company but I am more bias in favor of our company” the way that you site your differences though sound like you have been scorned by the other company! You come off as being an angry salesman! You are exactly the salesman that people say very informative and knowledgeable but I don’t like him! Way too cocky and aggressive and you talk to fast!Just a suggestion. Take it for what it is worth.
I plan to use my new F-450 Dully as a tool for my business which NEEDS 900 + Ft Lbs of Torque to tow over $200K worth of product and living space all over the Nation. While doing so, I want the most comfortable seat and cabin with all the bells and whistles available. If all you need is a (Pick up truck) to fetch groceries and things from Home Depot, buy an F-150. The F-450 and 550 are work horses designed for doing HEAVY DUTY JOBS, it's right there in the name. Heavy Duty. No reasonable person would buy an F-450/550 to pick the kids up from soccer practice. Duha!

I know the smoked out light can cause an issue with with LEDs but those halogens are tacky for its model year. I’d buy no questions asked if it wasn’t for that.

I love my 17 f250 xlt. Im making my own sport version. Leveled it, added powrr folding running boards, new 18" XD's on Toyo hybrids this week, g2 bak flip tonneau after that, tinted windows, no dealer mark up.
from a german perspective, this thing looks mean and madly intimidating, imagine driving on your average narrow german road in your volkswagen tdi ( you know, the tiny clean diesels :-) ) and then seeing this massive thing approaching from behind in the rearview mirror. most of our cars on average have the size and could be sucked straight through the front grille slats, and pass through the throttle body. ( I Know this particular one is a Powerstroke) . heck it seems larger than most homes here on average. lol amazing thing !
My F250 diesel was $62000 drove it of the lot got on kelly blue book and with 35miles it was worth $44000. $62000 base price not including ttl and extended warranty.

I remember when a 1995 high trim F250 was 40k. Now it’s 80k. I wish they made a lasting truck with quality. But they don’t. Fix it repair daily. Found on road dead.
I will say the one thing that bugs me is their “keyless entry”, keyless entry to me is walking up to the truck and it unlocks without having to push any button. GM had that on their Cadillac in 2005...eventually they will get there. Still a ford guy 100%, I just think if I’m spending 80k on a truck, that would be a no brained for Ford.

If you need blond spot awareness to drive your truck you shouldn’t be driving the truck to begin with. These upgrades are just a way for ford to up-sale the hell out of the truck and get the price up as high as possible. Sorry for my rant, I’m a ford lover but over the last few years the prices have just gotten out of control. I make pretty good money and I still couldn’t afford this truck, it’s not reachable for everyone and that’s my problem. A vehicle shouldn’t cost almost as much as a small house.
I have a 2016 Ram 2500 Delmonico Red Laramie. Bought that about a year with 9k miles, for 34k out the door. I absolutely love it but I have to say that I've been looking at this exact truck that parks near me at work and its absolutely badass!! The stance on it is awesome and ooks like like an extremely tough truck. If I ever trade mine in I'll be looking to get one of these!!🤓
Although I'm not happy where the diesel truck prices are going, these trucks are being bought and used as family vehicles more and more frequently and the interiors are on par with the new high end SUVs. I tow a boat, and wanted a nice truck. Ended up with a ram Laramie 2500. Couldnt. Be happier especially when I compare what I paid in 17 to what they want for 19s/20s
Do you guys turn on the OCR,,,operator command regen? My dealership didn’t know what it was, I had to show them a RUclips video on how to do it, I bought a ‘18 XLT Premium, love the truck, the reason I ask, why don’t the dealerships know about this feature, it’s really a big deal for Ford, Ford is the ONLY manufacturer to allow a diesel owner to do a stationary regeneration, it’s a big selling point, I figured there be commercials on this alone, this feature was a must for me since I cannot always drive another 30 minutes to complete a regen, I can do it at work or in my driveway,,,,AWESOME!

I never use for towing i need a new truck for work and play im getting a AT4 GMC 2020 for new years and tune and lifting it 8inchs so i van still tow. People say GM design for tail gate to drop on tow hitch will hit it doesnt hit i try one out all ready at a expo for GM few weeks back. Drove the truck drives amazing!

I found a new one of these for 62,450...with the weirdo sound system, sport, double moonroof, etc...but with the higher gvw so it doesnt have those god awful blackout rims, they are still black but look alot more like the original lariat 20" wheels from the previous gen.
putting the def tank inside the fuel tank means I don't travel as far as I did before. Never mind reducing the tank size every time they get the engine to have better fuel mileage, now they are just taking up more space inside for shit we are going to delete anyway. Make me want to go buy a Dodge. that touch release on the tailgate is crap. This is not a feature that should require the truck to have a working battery. Bed bolts are still top-down, heads in the bed = get the grinder and cut them off. Every car since the 60's has had a way to dim the dashboard. This is not a feature, it is the same as saying this car has Tires, not every car has tires don't you know. It appears having to take the cab off to work on the engine is still a feature

I love my 17 f250 xlt. Im making my own sport version. Leveled it, added powrr folding running boards, new 18" XD's on Toyo hybrids this week, g2 bak flip tonneau after that, tinted windows, no dealer mark up.

from a german perspective, this thing looks mean and madly intimidating, imagine driving on your average narrow german road in your volkswagen tdi ( you know, the tiny clean diesels :-) ) and then seeing this massive thing approaching from behind in the rearview mirror.
most of our cars on average have the size and could be sucked straight through the front grille slats, and pass through the throttle body. ( I Know this particular one is a Powerstroke) . heck it seems larger than most homes here on average. lol

My F250 diesel was $62000 drove it of the lot got on kelly blue book and with 35miles it was worth $44000. $62000 base price not including ttl and extended warranty.

@@andrewmorgan7500 i use it to haul my car hauler i needed a diesel. My gas truck only got 4 miles to the gallon pulling it i filled up 10 times on a 900mile trip. I agree with your comment 100% i have already told my 4year old don't tear it up its going to be your first car beacause I'm not buying another one for awhile..

2019 ford f250 6.7l power stroke , i don’t know much about diesel, how would this truck do as a daily driver/short trip truck, (no deletes) no towing or hauling, 6 miles to work and 6 miles back home? a grocery getter. long trip once a year. i just want a big truck, i like the sound of the 6.7l power stroke diesel.

I wanted to revisit this video cause I remember everyone complaining of the price, $74,000, well it pays to wait closer to the end of the year, now I know it’s summer, but with the 2020’s on their way in a few months, my local dealership has two of these, one red and one black, both on sale, msrp 72k, sale price, 64k, and I bet you can haggle 2-3k more, they need to get rid of 2019’s

I remember when a 1995 high trim F250 was 40k. Now it’s 80k. I wish they made a lasting truck with quality. But they don’t. Fix it repair daily. Found on road dead.
I will say the one thing that bugs me is their “keyless entry”, keyless entry to me is walking up to the truck and it unlocks without having to push any button. GM had that on their Cadillac in 2005...eventually they will get there. Still a ford guy 100%, I just think if I’m spending 80k on a truck, that would be a no brained for Ford.

If you need blond spot awareness to drive your truck you shouldn’t be driving the truck to begin with. These upgrades are just a way for ford to up-sale the hell out of the truck and get the price up as high as possible. Sorry for my rant, I’m a ford lover but over the last few years the prices have just gotten out of control. I make pretty good money and I still couldn’t afford this truck, it’s not reachable for everyone and that’s my problem. A vehicle shouldn’t cost almost as much as a small house.
I have a 2016 Ram 2500 Delmonico Red Laramie. Bought that about a year with 9k miles, for 34k out the door. I absolutely love it but I have to say that I've been looking at this exact truck that parks near me at work and its absolutely badass!! The stance on it is awesome and ooks like like an extremely tough truck. If I ever trade mine in I'll be looking to get one of these!!🤓
Although I'm not happy where the diesel truck prices are going, these trucks are being bought and used as family vehicles more and more frequently and the interiors are on par with the new high end SUVs. I tow a boat, and wanted a nice truck. Ended up with a ram Laramie 2500. Couldnt. Be happier especially when I compare what I paid in 17 to what they want for 19s/20s
Do you guys turn on the OCR,,,operator command regen? My dealership didn’t know what it was, I had to show them a RUclips video on how to do it, I bought a ‘18 XLT Premium, love the truck, the reason I ask, why don’t the dealerships know about this feature, it’s really a big deal for Ford, Ford is the ONLY manufacturer to allow a diesel owner to do a stationary regeneration, it’s a big selling point, I figured there be commercials on this alone, this feature was a must for me since I cannot always drive another 30 minutes to complete a regen, I can do it at work or in my driveway,,,,AWESOME!

My friend has 2018 Limited that i kinda like but it broke down on him with only 3k miles trans went back to dealer. He ended up buying a Cummins 2019

Varedz the Ram is a beautiful truck with an amazing engine and a nicer interior. However the irony is that Ram has the worst transmission of the three major HD brands. Just asked Scotty! Lol

@@fredconrath4606 My 05 cummins 5.9 has 1,013002 miles on it trans is stock and motor has a tune new intercooler bigger trubo 4.48 gears 40inch tries Laramie megacab long bed 8inch BDS long arm lift with track dual track bars. I never use for towing i need a new truck for work and play im getting a AT4 GMC 2020 for new years and tune and lifting it 8inchs so i van still tow. People say GM design for tail gate to drop on tow hitch will hit it doesnt hit i try one out all ready at a expo for GM few weeks back. Drove the truck drives amazing!

I found a new one of these for 62,450...with the weirdo sound system, sport, double moonroof, etc...but with the higher gvw so it doesnt have those god awful blackout rims, they are still black but look alot more like the original lariat 20" wheels from the previous gen.
putting the def tank inside the fuel tank means I don't travel as far as I did before. Never mind reducing the tank size every time they get the engine to have better fuel mileage, now they are just taking up more space inside for shit we are going to delete anyway. Make me want to go buy a Dodge.
that touch release on the tailgate is crap. This is not a feature that should require the truck to have a working battery.
Bed bolts are still top-down, heads in the bed = get the grinder and cut them off.
Every car since the 60's has had a way to dim the dashboard. This is not a feature, it is the same as saying this car has Tires, not every car has tires don't you know.
